From the time I called to get information to booking my first appointment everything was amazing. I showed up as scheduled and was immediately evaluated. I was given 2 options regarding x-rays and even though I could have done it through my insurance the process would have taken at least 3 weeks. Here they set me up with an appointment the same day and my films were put on disk so I had them for my next visit. Everything was reviewed in detail and I was provided certain therapies to do at home and was also provided the piece for neck stretching. Treatment is very relaxing and not overly aggressive. I went in with constant headaches and after the first treatment with neck stretching they were gone. Everyone in the office is very polite, friendly and professional and they make you feel welcome. I actually look forward to going to my appointments. This place is definitely top notch. read more

Soft wave therapy my family has been coming here for a la while now but today I went in and received Soft Wave Therapy from Dr Marty for my shoulder pain and the result was amazing injured my shoulder 3 weeks ago and constant pain since after the first session pain pretty much gone probably do a couple more sessions should be good. I've been wanting to give this place a 5 star review since my very first day coming here ! It's been life changing for me. I'm a very active 28 year old with over 10 years of experience going to different chiropractors and I have finally found the best! I've been adjusted by both Drs but mainly Dr Marshall 3 times a week! When I first came here just under 2 months ago, I was under extreme pain. I had so many complications with my neck that I couldn't sleep at night, I couldn't tilt my head back to drink water, I couldn't turn to look left or right without turning my whole body, my head was constantly throbbing throughout the day, my headaches would begin first thing in the morning and not end until I fell asleep. I was forced to take pain killers just to get through the day ! On my first visit here and the first time ever in my history of going to the chiropractor, they actually had me get an X-ray done before anything ! Why don't more chiropractors make you get an X-ray?! The very same day they were able to show me exactly what was going on with my neck ! Not only was it amazing to see exactly why I was having all these symptoms but it's going to be awesome to be able to see the changes on the inside after my treatment is complete. After my first adjustment my headaches were completely gone. My head stopped throbbing. Amazing ! Two chiropractors before them were not able to adjust my neck the way it needed to be adjusted. I can finally drink water without feeling like my neck is going to break ! I have so much range of motion already and it's only been two months! Finally, after months of no sleep because of all the tossing and turning and pain, I am now sleeping like a baby !! Little things you take for granted like being able to look to the left to see something without having to turn your whole body. I've been going 3X a week for the last two months and I never thought I was going to feel as amazing as I do now, ever again. I was pretty convinced that at the age of 28, this is how the rest of my life is going to be. But thanks to Dr Marshall, I am feeling my best ever ! Let me tell you, this doctor is AMAZING!! I have been to several chiropractors before and this Dr. is the most knowledgeable in chiropractic care that I know! He is very thorough in explaining and going over all your questions! He doesn't do the "cookie cutter" adjustments, all the adjustments I've had have been slightly different depending on my personal spine needs! I came in for sciatica, and although I'm still going through the process of healing, I have faith that this dr. will help me make a full recovery. The gals up front are so friendly and welcoming! My nickname for Dr Carlson is Mr. Magic hands, I mean that is literally what my friends and family know him by. He is genuinely kind, funny, and truly his hands are made of a genius magician! Lol he does things I've never experienced a chiropractor do and is full of knowledge. If I could give him a million stars I would. I've had a very difficult few years for the past 7yrs..a very bad work injury, 2 car accidents, a newly diagnosed auto immune disease that has made my life less fulfilling to say the least. I have started a workout program for 4 mo and a week into it I was in so much pain and in the middle of my workout I knew I had to call Dr. Carlson. He's been my doctor through my accident, my workman's comp injury and now I just go to him weekly as of two weeks ago after a lapse of 2yrs away from him..keep in mind they are fully booked but squeezed me in the next day because of all the pain I'm in. That's another thing. I just adore Rebecca. Often times the front office staff is not the friendliest. You won't get that here. They are all so kind and sweet. I dread going to any other appt except when I come here. Rebecca remembered me and grabbed the phone to say Hi and she's the one who scheduled me right away! No matter what I need she always makes a huge effort to squeeze me in. In fact today I was 10 min late due to another appt and they were so understanding about it. Even thanked me for calling in to let them know even though I was the one who was not on time. Being late can totally throw off their schedule and Dr Carlson is a busy one so I felt awful! Anyways, I would drive from anywhere to come here because you will actually get results!!! You can't trust just any chiropractor. He is worth a million bucks and u will never go anywhere else! I used to drive from Huntington beach to see him..he is so genuine that he even recommended another chiro closer to me so I wouldn't have to drive but of course that would not have been an option for me. My family and I have been coming here since 2006, when we moved to this area. Dr. Carlson is the best. My favorite story and there are a lot, is when we took my 3 month old in because he was having trouble pooping. He was on breast milk so there should not have a problem. Dr. Carlson notice that his head would favor one position so, he in formed us that he was pinching the nerve that was connected to his colon. After and adjustment, he was farting and after a return on the following day for a smaller adjustment never a problem again. Kid was pooping like normal. We try to make it monthly because it's part of our health checks. You can't go wrong. Also, he's been a wealth of knowledge during this crazy time of Covid. read more

Great chiropractor, office staff could use some adjusting. When I called in for an appointment due to a tweaked back leaving me unable to walk without pain, the office staff was very "selective". They answers the phone very politely and seemed happy to help and get me in. This was until I was asked if I had been seen by the chiropractor before. I answered yes, that I had but that it had been two years. It was then that the eagerness to help me quickly changed to "ohhhhhhh" that was a long time ago......he doesn't have any appointments at this time. Let me look at NEXT week. Their change in tone only leads me to believe that the office staff - or doctor, would only like to schedule people that they can get to keep returning on a regular basis to plump up their pockets so to speak.
