I had an appointment scheduled to treat my neck discomfort due to a car accident and several days later on the day of my appointment, I got a call from the front desk that they couldn't treat me. Ask why. The person in charge to call my auto insurance told me that they were just contacting my insurance company and that no one was answering. My daughter hurt her knee in a soccer game, and they were able to see her at 8:00 that following morning to examine her. Dr. G and Dr. Young were both very knowledgeable, diagnosed her injury and were thorough with an MRI, took their time with us to explain what was wrong and knew exactly what to do heal her knee. Tiffany, who is amazing, and all the other staff that worked with us were very kind and helpful with her therapy and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for our appointments. Dr Young was very informative on reviewing my previous MRI. He explained that they would be doing a series of visits with decompression, adjustments and laser treatments for my neck. This was to be cash services as I was not going through any insurance or workers comp. (they do accept workers comp and insurance) On my first visit they confirmed that I was there for decompression, laser and an adjustment. The front asked for my payment then I was taken back to do decompression. They did my lower back, but I was there for my neck. I mentioned it to one of the girls and she said oh... let me ask about that. So then they finished the lower back and hooked up my neck. After that I was told to go into a room where i would get an adjustment. Another girl came in and hooked up the tens unit. I then asked again, Am i not getting an adjustment and laser. She said oh... let me check, then said he'll be in a minute. So after all that, I was told to go to the front to schedule my next visit and in passing the Dr in the hallway he says " we'll do your adjustment and laser at your next visit" I was taken off guard a bit and felt totally cheated. I was a cash paying client and did not receive the services agreed upon. I did not end up scheduling any further appointments with them and explained this to the girl upfront. She said she would speak to the Dr. about this and have never heard anything back from them. Thankfully, I have since then found an amazing Chiropractor. read more

Temeku is a breath of fresh air after several other local chiropractors failed me by lack of availability (they are there 6 days a week), lack of manual adjustment, or overcharging beyond regular co-pay. Dr. O'Connor and staff are awesome. The manual adjustments and therapy have helped immensely in just a couple of visits. They are always available and can generally get me in same day.
