Only go here if you want to be treated like family. When you walk in you feel like you're home again with people who genuinely care about you. Even if I cant get in for a few months due to life's busy plans as soon as I come back the ladies make you feel so welcome and loved. Dr P does a great time and takes the time to help you not just feel better but understand what is happening to your body. She helped me understand my MRI and adjusts our appointments to what my specific needs are, not a one size fits all. She also shows what I can do between visits to alleviate tightness/pain. I was fortunate to find Dr. Sophia Padilla-Casto, chiropractor, the exact day my back went out. I have had various chiropractors since the early 90's and she is by far the best! She is blessed with healing hands. The atmosphere at this office is positive, happy and supportive. Every time I go for either chiropractic care or massage therapy, I feel totally pampered and I get relief from my back pain. Mary is an exceptional person. She is bright and cheerful, she answers the phone and I can feel the love! She is able to schedule all of my appointments and then when I arrive she greets me, takes me to my treatments and sets me up for comfort and checks in while I am on traction or anywhere in the office. She also helped my navigate my insurance. I did not have do do anything!! I love the massage therapists. Hazel has helped me with deep tissue/Swedish massage and she is wonderful. She found all my areas of need! Angie is highly skilled in cranial sacral techniques. She taught me home exercises to make sure I improve quicker. Thank you so much for your TLC every time I walk in the door. read more

After injuring my back from a gym-related accident, I was bedridden and had a hard battle just getting out of bed to do the simplest of tasks, and it only got worse each day. When I decided to seek help, I first went to a different chiropractor's office where I was turned away for treatment and suggested to seek emergency room services to pump me full of pain killers but then, after finding Temecula Family Chiropractor and meeting the amazing miracle worker, Dr. Padilla, and the wonderful Mary at the front desk, they immediately took action in my dire need for relief from my back pain. I left the first visit with the feeling of happiness that now I'm finally on a path of healing, thank god! And after each follow-up visit, I drastically improved with Dr. Padilla's treatments and her wonderful wisdom on teaching me ways of taking care of my spine and to never be in that situation again. From bedridden to back on my own two feet again, I have Dr. Padilla to thank for that. She literally saved my life. I wouldn't know what I would've done without the help of Temecula Family Chiropractor bringing me back to life again. I give them 100 gold stars! For the outstanding comfort and care. read more

I have been trying to write this review for a few years now. The problem is that I can't put into words how incredible Dr Padilla and Mary (the receptionist/office manager/office superhero) are. They are extremely professional yet easily become part of the family. Several years ago, I was fortunate enough to discover Temecula Family Chiropractic during my search for a Chiropractor who was specifically trained in the Gonstead method. Dr P is SO GOOD that I have since recommended numerous family and friends to her office. I was in an auto accident almost 30 years ago which left the top vertebrae in my neck rotated. It has caused almost daily headaches and stiffness since then. I have seen several chiropractors over the years who were unsuccessful in providing any relief. Dr P got my vertebrae in place and has completely changed my life! I am a forever patient now! If you're looking for a Chiropractor who is not only REALLY good at what they do, but also truly cares enough to take the time to listen to you and your concerns, make an appointment with Dr P and thank me later. You're welcome in advance. read more

Best chiropractor and office! Dr. Sophia was able to provide relief right away with it getting better each session. I have improved a lot faster with better mobility than before and with any other chiropractor. read more

I regularly visit Dr. P at Temecula Family Chiropractic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist, setting the tone for a positive experience. Dr P. is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge in chiropractic care. During my initial consultation, she took the time to thoroughly assess my concerns and explain the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated their patient-centered approach, as they actively listened to my needs and tailored the treatment accordingly. I highly recommend Dr. P. to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care in a welcoming and professional environment. Also, the traction machine is to die for. read more

What an AMAZING experience! From the moment I walked in the door, Ms. Mary was a ray of light and full of information on natural herbal medications. First off, I was looking for a massage with a well educated massage therapist and I feel like I hit the bullseye. From the first call with the receptionist Mary, to the booking which was super convenient with a next day availability and an absolutely fabulous intuitive, full-body 90 minute massage with Laurie I could not be happier. They have absolutely solidified a return customer. A very clean well oiled operation. Kudos to all. Thank you from one fully satisfied customer! read more

Dr Padilla is fantastic as well as her whole staff. She is very kind and personable. When you go to see her, it feels more like you going to see friends and family rather than a cold medical office. Can't recommend her enough! read more

Trying to think where to start with my review. Well first off I was in an an Auto accident and I could hardly turn my neck my chest has bruised ribs from the seat belt. I kinda resemble the hunchback of Notre Dame because my left shoulder is higher than my right and I feel like one big sore all over. I was referred to this practice by a coworker way before I was in the accident because her mom thought so much of this chiropractic office and we were just talking about it one day. However, this is the best medical treatment that I have ever had. I have only visited the office once for my initial appointment and I already feel better. Temecula Family Chiropractic Corp. is Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, warm, kind, understanding, patient, flexible and anything else I can't think of at the moment of their Chiropractic office that is Great! I believe everything happens for a reason and we are so blessed to have been introduced to this business. I usually don't ramp and rave about a medical practice because I try to avoid going to any medical business if at all possible but this one changed my thoughts on that. We want to say THANKS Dr. P and Mary, so much for all that you have done and doing for us. It makes the healing process so much better. (And drug free) Keep up the wonderful work! read more

Dr. P is the best chiropractor I have seen in 20 years. She took the time to take in-depth notes while she asked about my history of pain, what types of adjustments worked for me and then did a full hands on assessment before my adjustment. She isn't just a left-right crack chiropractor. I actually had to search her because she is trained in treating only the individual vertebrae that needs adjusting. In one visit, Dr. P alleviated my pain from about a 7 to a 2. And Miss Mary, the receptionist, is so much more than that. She made sure my paperwork was in order and was delightful and friendly while I waited for Dr. P. Once a room was available, she brought me back, shut off the lights and even got me an ice pack until Dr. P came to see me. She even let me know that she would put my personal ice pack in the freezer so it would be cold for my drive home. I highly recommend Dr. P and drove over an hour to see her and will continue to do so. read more

I will do my best to make this short and to the point. THIS PRACTICE IS PHENOMENAL!! I don't ever write reviews (good or bad) but these wonderful people deserve the feedback. Mary at the front desk and Dr. Sofia Padilla are truly a blessing. There is so much i can say and i am doing my best to keep it short. They were thorough, educational, and best of all they made me feel like family. I highly recommend this business even if you don't have a back condition yet. Knowing how to prevent pain is equally important. I feel better and i know more because of Dr. Padilla THANK YOU for seeing me!! read more

Where do I even begin... from the moment you walk into the office you feel "at home." Every single person who works in this practice genuinely cares about you and your well being. Ms. Mary has a heart of gold and makes you feel so welcome! She took care of me and took the time to see if my visits were covered by my insurance. I was surprised to find out that they were especially cause I had been visiting another office and paying out of pocket (cause no one took the time to check). And then you have Dr. Sofia who is truly an angel sent from heaven! She took her time with me and worked my body to where I actually felt relief! I've been to many chiros in the area and have NEVER walked out feeling any different then when I walked in. After leaving Dr. Sofia, I felt SO RELAXED and felt like she actually did something!!! I was on cloud 9!! I'm currently pregnant and needed some relief and movement in my body to help prep baby and me. And now I feel SO GOOD and ready for labor and delivery!!! I can't wait to come back after my baby is here for postnatal and for her to take care of my little one!!! read more

Dr. Padilla has been blessing me through out 5 years now. I've had several back injuries and with so much pain, it is very hard to trust someone with your achy body. With Dr. P, I feel unconditional trust and comfort which has now lead me to recommend everyone I know and brag about how awesome is it to have someone like her in my life! My friends, family and even co workers have seen my pains and aches through out the years and have all been convinced that Dr. P not only is an amazing Chiropractor but an outstanding human too. The 909 Gang loves the hard work her and Mary have brought to our lives and for that, I am forever grateful. read more

Dr. Padilla is a wizard! I was suffering from a pinched nerve for a month. Chiropractor isn't covered under my insurance so the ER just prescribed me a shot of Toradol, steroids, and Norco. Pretty much just a bandaid. When that ran out, I was popping 800mg ibuprofen like it was candy. Another bandaid. Couple weeks ago the excruciating pain flared up again and I had enough of the torment. Called out sick and looked up Yelp and called Dr. Padilla to see if she'd squeeze me in since I was home and close to her office anyway. The office manager, Mary, made it happen for me. I showed up and Mary greeted me with sunshine and rainbows. She ushered me into a room and let me rest on a bed with a heating pad while I waited. When Dr. P came in and listened to my story, I felt like I was talking to a friend. She is so sweet and very compassionate. She had me lay facedown and gingerly felt around my back. Then she pointed at two spots, "You hurt right here and right here." Mind. Blown. Seriously. Spot. On. Turns out I have a double crush syndrome. Two pinched nerves converging. One in the spine and the other in the trapezius area. Ouch. Brought on by long term stress. Figured. So she proceeded to do her magic. The cracks are so addicting. Seriously like crack. She warned me not to get addicted because even if you don't hear the cracks doesn't mean the adjustments aren't working. She also prescribed supplements and herbal remedies to treat the inflammation and for joint support. I haven't used ibuprofen since. Thank goodness she accommodates my crazy schedule. She's a life saver. She also offers after-hours appointments and in-home visits. I look forward to my appointments. I feel so much better when I walk out. My pinched nerve isn't completely healed but I am feeling so much better since I started seeing her. She's amazing. Totally recommend her. Just don't take my weekend appointments away from me. Lol. read more

Pregnant Mothers Must Read! I cannot begin to explain what a game changer seeing Dr. Padilla-Casto is during my pregnancy. I was in a car accident at 24 weeks which rendered me unable to walk without being in severe pain. I had other physicians tell me that I would just have deal with the pain until my baby was delivered. Dr. Padilla-Casto is Webster Certified so she is more than comfortable working on expecting mother's. I'm so happy to report after seeing her I can walk again. I'm currently 37 weeks and my baby is in a perfect position, he has dropped perfectly into my pelvis, and my back is healing. I am just so elated I found this practice and I will be forever grateful. I was skeptical of chiropractors in general, but after my wife visited Dr. Padilla she came home raving about how good she was. On top of that, Dr. Padilla and Mary make their clients feel like family from the start. So I decided to try it out. I had a nagging neck problem and lower back pain, both of which would come and go. Within a couple visits the pain was completely gone. We visit her regularly, and the pain has never returned since she fixed me 3 years ago. I tell all my friends about her, she is simply amazing and so knowledgeable. read more

Dr. P, was great! She saw my girls too (ages 11 & 9) and was very personable with them. I would totally recommend all families to her.

I've been seeing chiropractors for almost 14 years, and this Dr is by far the best I have ever had lay hands on my spine! I've been coming here fo4 over a year now, regularly. I truly appreciate that she focuses on treating the cause of pain and not just the symptoms. I have never left in more pain than when I came in (unlike some Dr's I've experienced). I won't go any where else. Her techniques incorporate some of the typical/traditional alignment adjustments we are all familiar , but she also introduces techniques and tools I have not seen anywhere else that make a HUGE DIFFERENCE in those really painful spots. Go once and I'm sure you will stop looking after the initial visit! read more

Ok, so I have a regular chiro that I go to near my home that is awesome, so going somewhere other than him is like cheating. However, after traveling a bit and with a crazy work schedule I just had not been able to get an appointment with my guy. While on a mini getaway I just couldn't take it anymore. I got a really bad kink in my neck and all the wine tasting wasn't making it any better. I called Dr. Padilla, and although I was very last minute, she agreed to see me after hours (who was the only one willing) and do an adjustment. I was afraid that because I wasn't from the area, she would do a one adjustment fits all, like I've gotten from "the joint". However, to my surprise she was Aaaahhhhmazing!!! Forget that I had already made her stay late, but she took her time with me and adjusted me in places I hadn't been adjusted before. I felt great!! She even noticed the giant knots I had on my shoulders, my current chiro never commented or noticed those. Anyways, I appreciate the professionalism and the extra mile she took. I would definitely come back when I'm in town. It's not cheating if it's in a different area code ;p read more

Dr Padilla has a special touch when it comes to adjustments. I started working with her more than 10 years ago and just recently started back up with treatments and am now kicking myself for stopping the treatments years ago. Lately I've been experiencing lots of sciatic pain and just after 2 visits I feel a lot of relief already. Her staff is awesome and very professional but also friendly and very welcoming the second you walk in the door. I definitely recommend calling for an appointment. And what's great is she may have her office in Temecula but she is in Upland about 2 times a month for patients who live in the IE area and can't make it to her office. Dr Padilla, keep doing what you're cause you're awesome at it. read more

My husband and I both are patients of Dr. Padilla. My tailbone pain started during pregnancy and after, which later lead to some back pain. I knew I needed a chiropractor and luckily we found Dr.Padilla. We feel amazing after every visit! She is very thorough during the appointments. I get a full adjustment at each visit. Our first time there she used a chiropractor thermal scan which she uses to scan your spine and it lets her know where there is inflammation/problem area. The machine immediately picked up on my problem areas. She also conducts x-rays at her office so that she can see if there are any areas in the neck or spine that need to be adjusted that we may not even know of. She has also recommended exercises and stretches that will strengthen my back/posture. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time with us. We can tell she genuinely cares to provide the best service with each patient. Dr.Padilla and her assistant Mary, both are very attentive, friendly and welcoming. They both have such great energy, that I look forward to seeing them each visit. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for chiropractic work. You won't be disappointed! read more
