Great chiropractic care. They go beyond the standard couple of adjustments and make sure you leave their office feeling good and loose.

I began seeing this Chiropractor for shoulder pain, now virtually pain free!! I am starting next week acupuncture to address another issue, 100% trust in her! read more

From the moment you walk into the office, you feel cared for. And, I have to mention how much I love the purple chair. It makes you smile before you even sit down. Dr. Rasmussen takes the time to listen, explain what's happening, and create a plan that supports long-term wellness, not just temporary relief. She walked me through simple stretching exercises using a door frame and even the door handle, showing me how I could support my body between visits. That kind of education matters. The combination of chiropractic care and acupuncture not only supports my spinal health, but also improves circulation and overall function. What I appreciate most is her focus on helping patients understand what's going on in their bodies so they can move, work, and live with greater comfort and confidence. (I admit to avoiding applying her advice as consistently as I should, but so thankful to her for having given it.) If you're looking for a chiropractor who combines real skill with genuine care, she is it. I cannot recommend Dr. Rasmussen highly enough. read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Danelle enough! I was in excruciating pain, literally to the point of tears, and could barely move my neck. When I called, not only did she fit me in immediately, but she provided instant relief. The difference after just that first appointment was night and day. While I know it will take a few more visits to fully resolve the issue, the change in my condition was dramatic and exactly what I needed. Beyond the amazing treatment, Dr. Danelle's energy is absolutely phenomenal, and the office is beautiful and welcoming. If you are looking for a chiropractor who is both highly skilled and truly caring, you need to see Dr. Danelle. Highly recommend! read more

Donelle Rasmussen, DC - Rasmussen Wellness - Chiropractors Near Me - Temecula, California

from the moment i walked into the office it was both calming and relaxing. Angel (front desk) was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. She took all my info and within a short period of time, Dr. Rasmussen came out, introduced herself and began to go through a thorough Q & A with me. Introduced me to her husband, Dr. Davis who started the therapy session. when he finished his treatment, Dr. Rasmussen took over again and, after more therapy treatment, we finished the therapy for this visit. Can't say enough positive things about Rasmussen Wellness and all the staff and looking forward to continuing my treatment sessions with them. Highly recommend them!! read more

I was a bit disappointed with the way our plan went. We had scheduled multiple acupuncture sessions to be followed with massage and cupping treatments. After sitting down with Mrs. Rasmussen and creating this plan, when the time came to start massage and cupping, that plan went out the window. When I inquired about the plan, it seemed to have disappeared and I was told to create another appointment to figure out a plan. Given we had already made a plan that was disregarded, I didn't have confidence in continuing with this office. read more

The best in the valley!, Went in there with the sciatic nerve issue within one week I was out of pain on the road recovery!

I have used Dr Rasmussen for Chiropractic care over the years. Recently I experienced an accident and required quite a bit of help. My opinion is that you cannot get better care anywhere else. It is not just about getting an adjustment and you are out the door. You could if you wanted but It is a real education and program of improving whatever issue you are dealing with. With a variety of services available I have experienced a dramatic improvement in my neck and back and am now able to move on to incorporate exercises that were recommended and are sustainable to keep doing in spite of my busy life. The entire staff is really welcoming and helpful. Diana at the front desk has really gone out of her way to get me in with my schedule being so hectic. The office location is easy to find and the parking availability is excellent! And they were really great about checking my insurance benefits. That's always a plus! read more

I had been in so much back/sciatic pain for over 2 years. I kept going back to my doctor begging for some type of result/pain relief. I received 5 different medications that caused additional side effects and the pain was so constant that I couldn't sleep. I decided to try Rasmussen Wellness and it was the best decision I've ever made. The office is welcoming. The staff are amazing. But the most important part is my back pain is gone. I receive acupuncture and chiropractic treatment and it's the best pain reliever I've ever experienced. After treatment, I can walk better, sit and sleep longer and the pain is gone. After a few months, I tried the Chirothin weight loss program and I lost 20 pounds in 60 days. This place is amazing. Wish I could give 100 stars. Thank you so much Rasmussen Wellness read more

Dr. Rasmussen stopped a compressed nerve in my neck from causing extreme pain through Accupuncture. I no longer suffer from it and I had tried everything else before over five years. While in her office, I learned about Chirothin from Dr. Davis. It has changed my life! Not only have I have lost 27 but the first 19 fell off in only six weeks by following a balanced, non-processed food plan with Chirothin drops. It is not a fade diet and you can continue to have an eating plan after the weight loss that is the same. There are no boxes meals, no liquid meals, no cravings and I have struggled with losing this weight for 20 years and if just fell off me! No crazy exercise, - just amazing! I now have a non-diabetic A1C # of 5.1 and my doctor is discussing taking me off medication. My A1C was changed to normal within four weeks of this plan. I did another six week round just to get these last stubborn 10lbs off and it worked. I eat enjoyable meals and I am not hungry or have crazy cravings. Thank you Dr. Davis and Dr. Rassmussen for changing my life and providing me with a lifelong way of staying healthy!!! Chirothin is Not a diet and my weight dropped almost everyday with only a short slow down for a few days, i love it! I'm so glad I did this and lost all this weight! I am Just about finished now and I'm so happy and Healthy!! I'm in the Ideal range apparently on the health chart I found today !!! How awesome!!! read more

The best healer I have found in Temecula yet! I knew I was in a pickle two months ago when I got in a car wreck and suffered the worst whiplash ever! Thank god my insurance covers 20 sessions of chiro and 20 accupuncture a year because I have really been making use of that with Dr. Rasmussen! I used to have a fear of needles but she helped me face that and now all my muscled relax so well with the accupuncture before I do the chiro with her. We've been stacking the appointments, accu then chiro 2x a week and things are really moving now! I have full confidence that I will be healed thanks to her and that I will continue to see her from time to time to maintain that work and keep my body in good alignment. Thank you Donelle!!! (not to mention I really like her as a person. i feel a real connection when i look in her eyes which is really fabulous compared to some of the general practitioners I have seen in this town). A few months ago I sprained my ankle badly. As a result of favoring my ankle I strained a ligament in my knee. Willing to try acupuncture I was referred to Dr. Rasmussen. After the first treatment I was able to walk with much less pain. After the 2nd treatment I was on the road to recovery. I never had acupuncture before but I am now a believer in this as a treatment. I appreciate that Dr Rasmussen is like getting 2 doctors in one. She is also an acupuncturist. I was getting sick last week and I got both chiropractic and acupuncture to the sinus area along with other points and I noticed a difference in my ability to breathe within minutes. I was still sick but recovered faster I feel because of the treatments with her. I also referred my husband to her for back and shoulder pain from a car accident and he also has been greatly helped. He is a physical therapist and knows a lot about manual therapy and says she had a good touch. read more

I have had various neck and shoulder injuries and have been to several different doctors over the years. What i liked the most about Dr. Rasmussen is that she asked a lot of questions in the beginning and I really felt like she wanted to get to the root of what my issues were. She took into account my diet, lifestyle, and habits (good and bad) and came up with a game plan that took all of these thing into account.. I did acupuncture on her recommendation (something I was always skeptical of) and I have to say it was extremely helpful, as were her treatments.. if you are looking for a caring doctor who will work hard to get you healthy, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Rasmussen. She is wonderful! Hope this helps and good luck in getting healthy! read more

Dr. Rasmussen is the BEST! I started going to this practice seeking some pain relief methods (accupuncture) for my upcoming labor/delivery. My first appointment to see her was at 37 weeks pregnant and wished I would have started earlier. I am now postpartum and am continuing to see her for various other things that accupuncture and her chiropractic services assist with. She helped me with all sorts of issues I was having while pregnant and postpartum such as lower back pain, constipation, headaches/migraines, sleep, stress (I was working while pregnant practically until delivery and also have other children so this was great!), keeping my body properly aligned with adjustments (specifically my hips kept coming out of place), an overall feeling of wellbeing, and most importantly relaxation and a great deal of pain relief for my labor experience. I have four kids and this was by far the best labor experience of them all and I strongly believe that accupuncture is the reason for that. It was the fastest (about an hour from start of having consistent contractions to delivery) and least painful of the four labors. I havent seen anyone else in that office so I cant review them, but I can say that the service from the receptionist as well as the person ho takes you to your appointment area and of course that of Dr. Rasmussen has all been exceptional! I now have my husband as well as my friend going to see her as well. read more
