I have no doubt that attending PT under Johnny's watchful eye not only extended my husband's life but made it worthwhile. PacificPro gave my husband the encouragement and drive to continue even when days were tough. He enjoyed going and looked forward to seeing Johnny and all of the knowledable PT Aids and Assistants. Mallory and Amy and the rest of the front office staff were always welcoming and supportive in meeting our schedules and requests. She is experienced and very knowledgeable, with a gift for knowing when to push for maximum benefit. Wayne has done a great job with my wrist and hand; my surgeon was impressed. The assistants are very nice and easy to work with, and reception is always warm and friendly. If you do the work at therapy and at home, this staff will get you to the finish line. If you have questions about anything, including billing, don't be afraid to ask. I know it can be awkward sometimes, but the team at Rancho will listen and do what they can. Remember, they are fighting your insurance company too, and many insurance companies are not patient-friendly.

Disappointing experience with General Manager, Evelyn, despite great PT staff. I want to start by…read moresaying that the PT staff themselves have been friendly, supportive, and kind to my son. Unfortunately, our experience with management has been a very different story. My concern is not simply that conflicting information was provided, but how the General Manager, Evelyn, handled my reasonable questions when I asked for clarification. As a parent, I believe it is entirely appropriate to ask questions when different information is communicated regarding my child's care and billing. Rather than approaching the conversation with understanding, professionalism, and a willingness to clarify the discrepancy, I found the General Manager's approach to be unnecessarily defensive and lacking in tact. What was especially disappointing was that, instead of focusing on resolving the concern and providing good customer service, the conversation escalated to the point where I was threatened with having my son's future appointments canceled. This was particularly concerning because I was simply asking reasonable questions and trying to understand the information I had been given and clarify some information provided to me. There is a big difference between addressing a customer's concerns professionally and making the customer feel as though they are being difficult simply for asking questions. I expected management to listen, acknowledge the conflicting information, and work toward a resolution, not respond in a way that felt dismissive and confrontational. The PT staff have been great, and I genuinely appreciate the support they have shown my son. Unfortunately, the General Manager's lack of professionalism and tact significantly impacted our overall experience. It is a poor experience and question her fit to be in this role with lack of customer service skills. Families should feel comfortable asking questions about their child's care without being made to feel that their appointments could be cancelled simply because they raised concerns or requested clarification.

I did have vertigo on my left side and it was stubborn. Scott stayed with it until it was resolved. I can't say enough about this young physical therapist. He's kind funny knowledgeable, and effective. He's a great asset to this location.
