I have had a great experience and Rancho Physical Therapy on Calistoga. Marianna took time with me to assess what I needed, and I could tell she knows her stuff. Amy at the front desk is always friendly and professional, helping me find the best time for my appointments. I see Angie most of the time, and she's great at what she does, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Bailey is super sweet as well. I like that it is not crowded and I'm never rushed. Most of my appointment are an hour long. Yes, they do have you do many of the exercises that you do at home, but I still appreciate and value being able to go in person and make sure I'm making progress and doing them correctly. My 10 year old daughter has an issue with her knee. I brought her to Rancho Physical Therapy. The first visit was an assessment. That was fine. After that they basically showed her an exercise and then left her to do them while they folded towels or used the computer. I would expect someone to make sure she was counting them and doing them correctly. I'm not a physical therapist. I don't know the correct form and they didn't stand around to make sure she did also. If you need towels folded this is the place to go. They seem pretty dedicated in that area. If you want someone to monitor your exercises you may want to try another place read more

I have been attending Rancho Physical Therapy off Calistoga Dr. and Murrieta Hot Springs for a few months. As someone who has been in and out of different physical therapy offices for the better part of 10 years this one is one of my favorites. It is a smaller clinic which has many benefits. You receive more one on one attention from the therapists and aids who are more than happy to assist you in anyway you need. The therapists Marianna and Angie are amazing, I have worked with both of them and they have been nothing short of amazing. They take the time to ask you questions about your injury, they give each patient nothing less than excellence, they constantly check on you while you are doing your exercises to make sure you are doing them correctly and to make sure you have no pain or discomfort. The aids Bailey, Ashley, and Robbie have been amazingly helpful. From showing you how to do your exercises, they always check on you to make sure you are in proper form, as well as being nothing but friendly and always having smiling faces everyday. Gina and Evelyn who work at the front desk are amazing people. They always work with you to make sure you schedule your appointments and get the times that you need. As well as working with you when it comes to insurance questions. This must be the most unprofessional and filthy place I have ever stepped foot into. The receptionist Arlene is abrupt and rude. She unfit to do the most simple tasks like make an appointment or answer a simple question. 4 times she scheduled appointments for me that were unavailable. I take half days at work and when I get to my appointment she tells me "I don't have you scheduled mam". When she made the appointment for me in person during the end of my last visit! How this woman has a job still is beyond Me! As a local business owner there is no way I would have someone so incompetent and unfriendly greeting and scheduling appointments for my customers!!! Now let's talk about the "Aid" wow wow wow! How is this place in business! This aid appears to have ZERO education about the body, physical therapy, proper exercise and stretches, etc. Her job is to clean towels and somehow they have her pretending to be a physical therapist as she looks at a computer screen and attempts to "aid" you as you go around a circuit training type of horseshoe in their filthy office. She tells you what exercise to go do with no instruction nor checks to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly and then she goes back to Instagram and texting. No one monitors you or helps you. The aid just hands you a timer and walks away. Now I can understand if you do physical therapy on a regular weekly basis and you're familiar with all the exercises and how you're supposed to do the exercises but from my first visit to my last no one worked with me. I was left to figure it out on my own. Luckily I have experience in physical therapy so I could assist myself. The physical therapist just sits in the office and claims to be so incredibly busy. Every time I've been there there's never been more than one other person doing physical therapy in that office so that physical therapist in the afternoon's well she does have the time to help the patients she chooses not to she also wants to sit in the office and play on the computer. In all the time I went to this physical therapy office never did a physical therapist assist me in any way. Not once! Now in regards to their equipment and cleanliness of the location...so filthy I didn't want to touch a thing! Stained mats, gum all over the carpet, I have watched and nobody cleans those machines after someone uses them. I have done physical therapy almost all my life and I have never experienced such horrible staff and filthy disgusting place to rehab. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go anywhere else! You are better off doing it on your own at home vs going to this establishment. I will never go back to East Rancho Physical therapy off of Calistoga and Murrieta Hot Springs. Well now I know why there is never more than one person there! I ran into my neighbor the other day and we were discussing physical therapy and he told me his insurance had referred him to that office as well and he went twice and refused to ever return because he also felt the staff was extremely incompetent unhelpful and rude. My neighbor's wife joined in on the conversation and she went for one visit and said when she went to the restroom it was so dirty she decided to not use it and just hold it until she got home. Make some changes East Rancho Physical Therapy! We have also filed a grievance with our insurance company. We hope the standards will be raised drastically! Someone's Rehabilitation is a difficult time, we are in pain we are trying to rehabilitate our bodies and the last thing we need our people to make us feel worse or be in an environment that is unhygienic. This causes more stress and makes Rehabilitation much more difficult. Please clean your place up and get some staff in that office that know what they are doing and please learn some bedside manners! I am so disappointed in this establishment and the management! I will make sure to write a formal complaint to management at the main location so they know what's going on because I'm sure they have no clue! I would be mortified if my staff treated my clients and my office/equipment with so much disrespect. What an embarrassment to your name. SMH! read more

Ms. Marianna began my therapy with some conversation, then examined my shoulder etc. She then began to massage my shoulder and explain some of what would be done in 12 sessions. All sounded good to me as my shoulder was in some major pain. Throughout my 12 sessions, each of the staff and front office personnel assisted me in various ways. Each and everyone is so well trained and professional that I could not be more pleased. All of the staff maintain a complete line of customer service skills that could be used in any professional setting. The staff maintains an excellent demeanor and physical condition themselves. I would highly recommend Rancho Physical Therapy East with Marianna and Bailey! These two girls are absolutely amazing. I could not ask for a better team to help with taking my life back from these debilitating medical problems. Both are dedicated and committed to providing excellent physical therapy services. From day one I have felt at home in their facility like I was part of the group. That is especially important when you are seeing them 4 days a week. One thing that stands out to me about the quality of care I receive is the amount of compassion behind it all. Both Marianna and Bailey truly care about their patients and it easily is shown in the services provided. Marianna's attention to detail is spot on. She actually remembers every detail of my case and it is a complex one, better than I do at times haha.
