Terrible experience with this company. I went here for almost 6 months, paid my copay every time. Then a year later I find out they have sent me to collection for 1000 dollars worth of co pays. Not only did I not receive any letters or correspondence from them, but how could I owe 1000 dollars in co pays if I paid my copays every time I went in?! I tried to speak to the billing department. I spoke to someone named Milton Clay who was very rude and dismissive over the phone. He pretty much told me they were not going to help me and that is my fault my bill is in collections. After that he hung up in my face. I even called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and they also denied me that as well. Its clear this company has no intention of fixing their mistake. I will be fighting this and I encourage others to stay away. read more

You try to pick yourself after surgery, you schedule appointment with physical therapy. 3 weeks after knee arthroscopy I came to Rancho on Ynez for physical therapy. I was not able to bend my right knee for 7 months before surgery and another month after surgery. Michelle started to work on me. By this time my right leg was tight. Especially after so many months of no movements. I did not expect miracles in one day, I knew it was a process. The pain was excruciating. Michelle suggested I go see acupuncture to help relax the leg and help the muscles relax. Even though I did not believe in it, I went ahead to acupuncture and spend $1000 on 15 treatment. After few treatment I came back to physical therapy just to be told that I should have 2 weeks of acupuncture, then come back to physical therapy. So I did just that. I so wanted to be able to bend my right knee that I listened to the staff there cause I figured they had the experience. Last Friday , February 28,2020 I came back after 2 weeks break as instructed. The blonde lady who worked on me tried bending my knee. I felt like she really cared and wanted to help. Sadly the pain was so bad that I cried. I tried cooperating with her and it did not seem to work. She put me on an exercise bike that kind of showed me that I can't bend the right knee. Which made me cry more. One of the patients who had knee surgery 4 weeks prior came to give me a hug and tried to encourage me. Was a very sweet and kind lady. As I was getting ready to leave , I asked the blonde physical therapist when should I return. These were her words; " you can come back whenever you want, but if you don't want to come back it ok" it was such a response that gave me the answer they do not want me there. I cried all the way home and was so hurting both emotionally & physically that professionals who are trained to treat cases like mine will dismiss me in such heartless way. Words hurts, these words and the careless treatment of staff will remain with me. But I am determined to fight and overcome this obstacle. Just a reminder; you were trained and paid to help people in my position. I'm sure it's easier to help the less complicated cases, the challenging cases are tough but so rewarding when you make a difference in them. Shame on you for giving me the runaround in order for me to stop coming. I'm hoping none of you will face what I faced with this struggle and hoping that after you read this review you will learn compassion. read more

Physical Therapy isn't always easy but the RPT makes it easier. This is a smaller office than some, but it is fantastic! From the front staff who make the appointments, to the aides who work under the Therapists. They are always quick to get you when you arrive, work with you and often spend more time then they should with each client to make sure the client has a good result. The therapists rarely are in their offices as they stay right where the clients are watching what is going on while doing their charting. This has always given me an extreme confidence and if their is any question they are always available. Michelle has been my therapist for several injuries I have encountered. I actually have followed her from her last location at RPT on Hancock when she took over as Director of this location in Temecula. It is about 5 miles further for me, but so worth it because of her. She is a caring a true professional. She hold her staff to the same standards and they work as a team to make everyone who walks in their doors day better. I have seen other therapists if it has been necessary and they treat me with the same concern and compassion as Michelle. When I have been at my worst and frustrated with my body, Michelle makes sure that I get extra time and attention from heat packs to ice packs and tens. I have sent many of my friends to Michelle and her staff. They call me after and say Thank You. I will continue to send anyone who needs PT to Michelle's office because I am confident they will get the best care. Thank You Michelle for your patience and compassion. Although Scott is super nice, he was unable to help me. I thought it was the most bizarre set up. One PT or PT Assistant would tell you what exercise to do and then once you were done with that specific exercise, you would literally just wait there until your PT Assistant noticed you were done. The PT Assistants are too busy to notice you because they are talking to each other. I don't recommend going here, find a PT that will dedicate the hour to you. read more

Have been to Rancho therapy off Ynez for multiple injury's first I had a full knee reconstruction went there about 2 weeks post op and Michelle and the staff were amazing had me doing everything as scheduled and at 4 months I was back on the bike doing everything as normal and my knee felt perfect. I recently had a wrist injury and tore my scalpholunate ligament completely, I have been doing therapy for 3 weeks and I'm getting much better it's not an injury you can rush and push and Michelle has been great and she really knows what she's doing everyone here treats you like family and cares about you definitely recommend coming here! read more

This was my first time doing physical therapy. Well, actually it was my first time in a physical therapy office. Perhaps Rancho Therapy on Ynez Road was just having a bad day. Perhaps this office had overbooked. Perhaps it is common to have a crowded therapy room bull pen style where patients are receiving physical therapy on benches. This was not for me. I spent my afternoon looking at other physical therapy offices in Temecula and Murrieta and found several that offered the privacy and facilities that I preferred. I have made my selection of an office that offers privacy as well as state of the art fitness equipment in an absolutely spotless facility. At some point I will write a review on the facility I selected, but I am happy to know that physical therapy facilities are available that provide privacy, one on one patient care and treat the patient as an individual. read more

I love kris and all she did for me, the three star rating is for this: I have approved four more sessions for this branch, I had a call from 9516969353. On Monday June 23 at 9:11 , I talked to them and scheduled an appointment for next Monday at 9. I went to the office for my appointment and the receptionist told me I don't have any appointment, I came home checked my numbers called back the number and it seemed someone called and set an appointment for me on paper on her desk not in their system so that is why I was not scheduled . I have been going to Rancho PT Ynez office since a car accident 7/17. I get treated by Michele. She has treated my right wrist and left foot but mostly treats my right arm/wrist/fingers. She has an amazing ability to distract me while she has to bend my fingers. She is very knowledgeable and she's a very good therapist. She's a good person too. Cameron is also very good as well. The PT assistants are very nice, patient and caring. The front office ladies are great too. They book all my appointments at once and make life easier. read more
