I had a less than satisfactory time with the office manager Teesha. She is not invested in patient care and has little to no capacity for customer service or hospitality. I recommend you take your business anywhere else if you want to be treated with any form of kindness or basic human decency. Rancho Physical Therapy Teesha the receptionist there, miss read my referral around 2 months ago And she told me that in order for her to schedule me, I had to tell my Dr. that the referral wasn't correct! I called my Dr. my Dr said that Teesha was wrong and that I can make an appointment with them. after 5 calls and leaving some unreturned message, I finally got ahold of Teesha! that probably took a couple weeks. finally spoke with her, and I got my appointment for 11/9 and unfortunately I missed it. I spoke with Blair on the 13 th and rescheduled the appointment for Friday 11/24. I spoke to Teesha on the 22 to confirm for Friday the 24th and she said that Blair made a mistake by scheduling me for Friday and that the soonest I can be seen was December 22nd! What's wrong with this people? There not helpfu! they don't return calls, They don't do there job! They don't care because we are at there will. I feel retaliated agains, just because they can, and they get away with it!! Teesha and Blair do your job And do it correct! hopefully by calling you out, other patients don't deal with this kind of customer service. As of now they still haven't called me to rescheduale. Today is Friday. I spoke to Blair and left a message for Teesha And nothings been resolve. Another issue that I see is that when no one picks up the phone you go straight to voicemail, but don't specify who you're leaving a message for! Please take care of that too! read more

I just finished a few months worth of therapy at the Menifee location. My therapist Rainier was awesome! All the stretches and exercises he recommended have made a huge difference in my back pain. Was turned away; they didn't like my insurance (SCAN-HMO) and appointments were at least 6 weeks out, probably due to the insurance.

I'd never been to physical therapy before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It turned out it was awful. I often ended up leaving in more pain than when I came in, sometimes barely able to walk. Most of the assistants/aides (not sure what their official titles were there) looked bored and seemed irritated when you finished one exercise and were waiting for them to tell you what the next one was. But the worst thing was the constant conversation between some of the male Physical Therapists and Assistants constantly talking about how awful women are and telling degrading jokes about them. I've told some off color jokes myself so I'm far from a prude, but a workplace filled with clients is extremely inappropriate for that type of conversation. And it wasn't just once, it seemed to be an ongoing conversation. I finally couldn't take the painful "therapy" and disgusting conversation and stopped going. I thought it that maybe it just wasn't for me. Eventually the pain became worse though and I had to start again, but I went somewhere else. What a difference. The new place is wonderful and I actually leave feeling good. The good ones are out there if you look. read more

These people are pretty friendly, unfortunately, it's quite useless when what you really need is professional help. I have a very bad back and a car accident made it worse. Unfortunately, I wasted my time for months with these people and left with the experience of a very expensive low-impact, no-result workout session. The PT will spend the first appointment with you and after that, you are lucky to get 2 minutes of their time where they give you little to no help regarding your actual problem. Just a few stretches here and there. The PT Assistants will run you through the exercises while they try not to look bored and are busy screwing around and laughing amongst eachother. They talk about their weekend activities, their weight lifting routines, their opinions of their looks, and their opinions of others. It's very unprofessional. Overall, if you have an actual problem that really needs direct help and a Physical Therapist that will really look at you and discuss your issues and find a resolution, educate you, and give you a routine in your personal life that will aid in your recovery... THEN AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. (The ultimate cost is a waste of time and $$) I'm sorry to be so negative, but I have been there twice in 3 years. Each time for months, and it was a waste. Recently, my back is so bad that I have a new doctor that takes a bit more interest. They referred me to Physical Therapy and I about had a fit. I was upset and it was a waste of time. But I had to go in order to get further treatment so I went. But it was to a different place Physical Therapy of Menifee on Haun Road. WOW!!! Let me just say I finally know what a Physical Therapist's job is supposed to be about and what Physical Therapy is meant to do. So for the first time in 16 years of chronic pain, I feel better and most importantly, I have hope! read more

I went to this location because I follow the Director, Heather, wherever she goes. I have been following her for a over 3 years and will never go to anyone else. In Prior years, I was residing in Orange County and would go to therapists that would cause more pain than when I started my therapy. Heather spends quality time with you in your initial visit assessing your current condition and provides you the appropriate treatment plan that will get you back to quality of life. I see her every visit for the treatment that is needed for my current problem. This is a dual partnership in your treatment plan and it is very important that you follow the daily exercises that you are given to help in your recovery. I have experienced neck, knee, foot, spine and recently an SI Joint issue that caused tremendous pain and cervical issues once again. If you are looking for a therapist that will help you in your recovery and you are looking for a treatment plan that will help you feel better in the short term and long term, Call this location and ask for Heather. The front staff is extremely helpful and the team of assistants helping with the exercises are also doing a great job with your therapy. If you don't understand an exercise take the time to ask and be sure you are doing it correctly because doing it incorrectly will only make it worse. I wanted about 3 months of Physical Therapy for my back. She could not figure out what a PPO, or EPO was, I hung up, and book it at Loma Linda, at least they can do the phone. I was in a pretty nasty bicycle accident this past February where I messed up my entire left side of my face and upper body, where I needed PT to help me get back up on my feet. So I was told to go Rancho, that's where I met Heather. She was my therapist and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She saw all the obstacles that I had to overcome and push through them even if I didn't want to, she always encouraged and urged me on to the next level. She even took the time to explain to me why we are doing these types of exercises, and how they are going to help. You could not ask for a better group of people who care about you and want to see you reach your goals.
