I would also like to thank the best CNA there in the facility ...her name is , ANARUTH she took excellent care of me for the 2 1/2 weeks I was there She made my stay so enjoyable, xo

They would never…read morebrush her hair so it became so tangled, when we asked that they please just brush it once a day a CNA cut off the tangled hair in the back and left the rest of the hair long. Her personal belongings were constantly "misplaced", her room and her were always unhygienic. We could NEVER get ahold of the nurses station, but when I would be there the RN would be sitting on her personal phone on Facebook. She developed multiple bedsores while there. And that's not even everything that was wrong with place. If you have the option to have yourself or a loved one in any other facility I would recommend never sending them to Menifee lakes. There were 2 CNAs we worked with occasionally that seemed to genuinely care, but other than that the experience was absolutely dreadful and made the already devastating process of losing a loved one even more stressful. Also I don't know when these pictures were taken but they are out of date and don't represent the facility well.

The first day there included a care conference with family, case manager, social worker, nurses, aides, physical therapist and Dr. Rolando Gutierrez. The plan of care was created after careful listening by the doctor and the staff to patient/family concerns. The plan was then implemented consistently over his 6 week stay. The nurses and case manager maintained necessary updates while also responding to my calls in real time. They were all professional and thoughtful. The facility itself is modern, clean and has large patient rooms. The physical therapy room is also large, modern and welcoming. There is a place for patients to safely sit outside. We feel fortunate in having the recovery phase in this skilled nursing facility. When we really needed help the staff who work in this modern facility came through beautifully. Your help is Much appreciated, Paula Ste. Marie

I don't think we could have had a better experience or outcome with our Dad's stay at The Springs…read more The facility is clean, beautiful, & looks brand new. The physical therapy room is top notch and that is why he was there, so highly important to us. The care from the nurses, cna's, doctors, case manager, and in-house social work was absolutely far above what I would have ever expected from any skilled nursing facility. This is that all SNFs should strive to be! I've seen comments about the food. A lot of patients are on restricted diets and I'm guessing that is where the complaints are coming from because if they can't use salt or fat in the cooking, food will be very bland. My father was not on a restricted diet and was happy with all the meals he got - except his steak which was cooked so well-done that niether he nor his roommate could cut it or even bite into it. So order the alternative meal on steak night, and I'm sure your loved one will be a happy camper.

my husband had a stroke and his left side is paralyzed. this was supposed to be a great facility…read more it's impossible to get someone transferred out once your insurance company is paying, my husband's a diabetic. they don't have a dietitian there because they feed him just like a normal person and then have to give them insulin shots several times a day because you know insulin. the insurance company will pay for more for that drug than jardien or metformin. they give him ice cream puddings, sugary drinks and juice. he hasn't received any sugar-free drinks there they're charging us $2000 a day so i'm not sure what the issue is. do not send your loved ones here you will worry all night long you'll have sleepless nights. my husband is paralyzed from his left side. he cannot change his own depends so they leave them wet. he'll ring the nurses button in for one hour. he's still wet. i have to call the nurses station and they never answered the phone. i've got to keep calling and bugging just to get him changed. it's been absolutely horrible sleepless nights missing my husband. he's not being taken care of wow. now it's time for reporting this facility to agencies cause this is ridiculous my poor husband

This facility in 2020 was very depressing with dark walls and everything seemed to bring you down…read more When I walked in 2 weeks ago I felt welcome. The walls were brighter there were live plants everywhere. February decorations were for Valentines and they were all over the place also. When you saw them they made you smile. Now the quality of care definitely needs to improve. When a patient rings their buzzer it sometimes takes them over a half an hour to respond. Not good especially when it was the only patient that rang their buzzer at that time. You can tell because there is no light flashing above their rooms. The staff is either to busy talking to one another or hopes the patient forgets they range the buzzer, and yet other times patients are ringing their buzzers all at the same time, this is when they are short of staff because they can't get all of the buzzer within a few minutes it might take them a half hour. But of course the patients don't know this is what is happening. As a visitor I walk around and this is what I see. As in any profession some love their job that is why they are there and those it is a paycheck and can't wait for the day to be over. All I can say it definitely is a big improvement from 2020 from when I was a patient at this facility. It feels warm and caring.

The admissions will say whatever they have to to get you thinking this is the best rehab center out there, but it has very little structure. If you try to leave when you would like to they will hold all of your belongings such as ID and Phone for 48 hours, and you are in the middle of nowhere. There isn't much structure, don't forget your tanning oil and bathing suit because you will need it as the 1 foot pool is where you will be spending most of your time exchanging stories with the other clients. There are little to no groups on the weekend, but the groups you get on the weekdays will be helpful, as the recovery coaches are amazing. Do not expect to see your therapist or case manager very often, but do expect the director to belittle you if you decide to talk to him. They will push PHP so hard on you as well, so don't plan for the 30 days they tell you about on the phone, get ready for 90. They will only refer you to a PHP or IOP in California that they are partners with. This place is basically your insurance card as a ticket for a month long vacation. They also won't tell you if your insurance does not cover your stay, prepare for those letters when you get home.

After initially reaching out for information, I decided to pursue treatment elsewhere and clearly communicated that decision to multiple staff members. Despite repeatedly asking them to stop contacting me, verbally and in writing, I continued to receive calls and messages, including calls as early as 5:00 a.m., even after I explicitly stated that further contact would be considered harassment. My requests to be removed from their contact list were ignored and my text messages asking them to stop went unanswered, while the calls continued from multiple numbers. On the few occasions I answered, the tone was confrontational and condescending, with staff repeatedly pressing me for an explanation as to why I chose another facility. I'm extremely concerned at the blatant lack of respect for boundaries during a time when someone seeking treatment is likely vulnerable. When I raised concerns about reviews and asked for no further contact, I was told not to trust negative reviews because former clients were "unwell" or "angry they didn't get their way," which felt inappropriate and dismissive, especially from a healthcare provider. Repeatedly contacting someone after explicitly being asked to stop multiple times is unacceptable, and I would urge others to think twice before contacting We Level Up for treatment.

Just finished my program with Ranch Creek Recovery I just wanted to say some words to anyone out…read morethere who's probably in the same position I was in. If you have a drinking problem and you suffer from addiction please don't wait to get the help that you need. I wasn't sure what to do with myself a month ago and my mental health was deteriorating. I have an amazing job and saw that even tho I was very functioning in real life deep down I was suffering daily and needed help because I couldn't do it on my own and I'll fully admit that. The moment you walk through those doors you feel welcomed. The staff will teach you so many coping mechanisms and with group therapy you'll get to express yourself and hear like minded people tell their stories. I was able to finally get on my correct medication regimen and my mental health has NEVER been better. I feel 100% again. Jerilyn is such an amazing councilor and I loved how vulnerable she was telling her all her stories that were so relatable. She is there to help you. She was the first person that made me realize I was in the right place and I'll forever cherish that. Jimmy is a stellar councilor and was so spiritual I loved our groups hearing him speak and teach you'll see a change in you each session. He gave us all great advice with great coping mechanism skills. Yanna I'm gonna miss her so much and our late night talks she will sit and speak with you and actually be there in the present and listen to what you have to say. She was also so welcoming with her group sessions. She also works with out patient so I can't wait to see her again! Vanessa and Derrick are both councilors who also work with their outpatient program and they are both there to help us continue our recovery and keep our sobriety strong. Both of them were great with their groups and shared valuable information and tools for recovery. Christine was our therapist and she was AMAZING ! She really is there and listens to what you have to say and cares so much about your process with the program. She's helped me so much with our 1on1 sessions and I'm very grateful for that. I learned so much about myself and applied so much of what I learned with her groups. Jorge, Will, Trisha, Kylie and Arsalan all were apart of the intake process and were so welcoming and chill they make you feel like family. The bond I made with everyone here at RCR was so real and I did NOT expect that to happen at all. In fact I didn't even know if doing this would actually change me. It wasn't until I started to actually feel different and I started taking things day by day and following the process. That's when I knew this was different. I actually changed for the better and I'll never forget them for saving me from myself. Best decision I ever made for myself!

We are very educated parents trying to learn about addiction. It has taught us so many issues we need to understand. I love this program. The money is worth it!!! I recommend this to anyone who wants to understand about loss, we lost 4 people in our family in less than a year. It was very hard for us and but not understand how it affected our six children. Our son is smart, kind, handsome but so compassionate and sensitive it hurt him terribly. Kids in their twenties are so absorbent when it comes to death. I wish he didn't have to learn it at this age. My husband lost his mother, sister, and brother tragically and I lost both my parents in the same three years. Our son is the one that took all of our hurt and sorrow internally. He cried with us and made us food and took care of our whole family during these times in our lives. Unfortunately he felt exhausted and could not do it anymore and took to other vices. First, smoking marijuana, then dabs, then pills, and in two years was a mess. This program is teaching him to live with pain and guilt. I love this program. It is bringing our son home sober, very knowledgeable and strong. We may be rich with money but being with someone I love and would die for sober.....is a blessing. Thank you Ryan for being the son we need you could be.

Assistant Director of Nursing Mike Lamb also went out of his way to assist me when I had questions or concerns about my situation. The Physical Therapy team was fantastic in their approach to my healing. Primarily led by Ted and Jurbee, my PT sessions became the best part of my day. Their expertise and advice produced immediate results and made me feel much more confident in my ultimate recovery. Finally, your Administrative team- Meredith Shipley, Erin Hickey and Crystal Islas provided the patient related information I needed to relieve undue stress from the moment I was admitted to the day of my release. Again, special mention to Erin and Crystal for their efficiency. Both went above and beyond to assist me with scheduling doctors appointments and home nursing follow-up. As I am facing additional surgery there is a good chance I will be admitted to rehab again within the next few months. I will be sure to specifically request your facility.
