This place just discriminated my son because he has epilepsy, both his land therapist and his neurologist have referred him to aquatic PT due to a contracture. The PR here assessed him for 20 min and said that for her safety and his she is denying him treatment. I will be complaining directly to IEHP. Snobby, Rude, Condescending, Ungrateful. Entitled. Scary. Mean. Uncompassionate. Those are the words that come to mind when dealing with the office staff. Since day one I have got that vibe, mostly from only one lady but she seems to have rubbed off on others. Keep in mind I am an expert at PT due to more than a half dozen injuries, surgeries & chronic pain. Plus, I have been going to pool therapy twice a week for 3 years, religiously, until my favorite Rancho PT office closed this year. I went to 95% of my sessions but, since I'm human & life happens, there were times I would call in at the last minute to cancel. NOT ONCE did Rancho PT treat me the way I have been treated by Walker PT within weeks of being a patient!!! Rancho is ALWAYS understanding & compassionate when I couldn't make it cuz they knew if I wasn't there it was for a damn good reason, since I am extremely dedicated to my PT. After hundreds & hundreds of visits with Rancho PT NOT ONCE have they ever been all the words I listed. Barely a dozen visits with Walker, due to THEIR OWN ISSUE, & I am too stressed by them to want to go back. First, it took 2 weeks to get my initial evaluation, which is a long time when you need PT within days not weeks. The therapist was very nice & once my approval went through they were able to get me in right away & I went to a dozen or so visits without issue. However, this one office lady just has it out for me because she made me redo paperwork & after I called and canceled ONE appointment, due to my chronic health condition, she gave me a hard time about future appointments & having to "call 24 hours in advance to cancel". Well, how do I do that when I felt fine the day before but woke up with a migraine or pain flare? Sorry, but I can't predict the future, maybe she can. She makes me feel very uncomfortable, she never smiles, just has this angry "I want to hurt you cuz I hate the world" kind of look. Bad vibes! I decided on using my own pool while it was warm enough but I called 24 hours before my appointment this time & canceled that one & the others I had booked. I explained I would use my pool & call them in a couple months when my pool is cold again. The girl on the phone supposedly canceled my appointments but I got a call 2 days later, I believe from said angry women but I don't remember her name, accusing me of being a "no show" at my appointments. I explained I called on Monday to cancel while I use my pool for a bit & I will call back when I'm ready to come back in. She, rudely, said the appointments had not been canceled & I was a no show twice that week. I just thought whatever at that point if people can't do a simple job like canceling. Well, I called yesterday to book more appointments & guess what? Now, they REFUSE to make ANY future appointments for me & want me to call in the morning of to make my appointment for that day. I have literally had hundreds of therapy sessions & never ever been treated SO DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDELY BY A BUSINESS!!! Isn't it THEIR JOB TO BE COMPASSIONATE & CARING OF THEIR PATIENTS?!?!? I guarantee I am not the only person who has canceled at the last minute. Do they treat everyone this horribly??? I am absolutely astounded they treat people this way & get away with it! I will also be filing a complaint with my insurance and posting this on Yelp to warn others NOT TO GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED NICELY!!! read more

I honestly don't know where to start! Super organized, incredibly clean facility, and the most professional people in every aspect. I was hit by a car in November of 2024, ended up with 2 broken legs and various other minor injuries. Kaiser referred me to Walker Physical Therapy. Kelly and Kristina have been my therapists since January, all I can say is that I couldn't have made it through my recovery without them! I usually spent about 30 minutes with the therapist and then about another 30 minutes with the very capable exercise specialists. Everyone involved in my therapy took the time to talk with me, ask how I was doing, and encourage me to continue. There was also the focus to push me to do "a little more". Even though my therapy ended today, I will be continuing to do the execises at home to progress even further in my recovery. Walker Physical Therapy is a phenomenal facility. read more

This place is Ludacris. It is so busy. It's hard to get an appointment. Front office manager is ridiculous. I've been going since April today they hit me with the fact that I owe six weeks keeping in mind. They have a visa card on file that is not my fault. That's the problem because they obviously are not billing it right. They decided to bring the bookkeeper, the office manager and the guy to talk to me in front of several patients. Which is very unprofessional. I told the office manager it was stupid. I did not say she was stupid talking to me in front of a bunch of people when they don't do the paperwork right needless to say I'm not patient anymore. read more

I recently started going to physical therapy for a neurological injury and I have never done it before. My sister recommended this place to me and had very good things to say about them. I have gone a total of 3 times so far, one for consultation and the other two for my actual appointments. I have met with two people so far, Briana and Kelly. They are both so sweet I love working with them. All of the other workers there are very friendly and understanding when it comes to focusing on your care. They care about all of their patients and like to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible. Also the front desk worker Karen is very sweet and makes it very easy to schedule appointments. Amy has been my therapist following major back surgery and I really look forward to seeing her every Tuesday & Thursday. She's recently been training Belle who is also awesome. Basically a waste of time. After 5 visits i show up for the 6th and they tell me they failed to get authorization in time. Two of the 5 visits were wasted time with so called evaluations. The second evaluation i was told how much better i did in a week.....in reality i did basically the same. They use to be very good. Did great work for my wife when she had a hip replacement...therapists spent so much time with her...both dry and then in the pool. Now it just feels like a racket ....in & out with minimal time with a therapist before they have you do a couple exercises with a kid and waste the end of the appointment on a heat pad. Thier office management has gone down also.... Look elsewhere ! read more

I had my choice of any PT business in the area and I chose to go here because of the awesome set up they have and the pool is an added plus. I have Kelly and Caroline for my PT team and they are awesome! They are great at what they do and are good communicators. I am really impressed with the staff as well. The staff upfront are friendly and have been good at COVID screening. The PT Assistants are all very friendly and knowledgeable plus they keep you on track. The place is tidy and clean with all of the therapy machines available plus the pool. I did not get to use it because I hurt my arm but it is an option nonetheless. I have a shoulder injury and neck problem. Working with the Therapist Brittany, has been a life saver. I worked with Joe too, he's great also. I find it clean, large with many pieces of equipment. I have therapy twice a week and I never wait. The front office is very informative and very nice. These qualities are hard to find. No TVs, relaxing music but you have to listen. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The Director has been my physical therapist through an accident a few years back that took time to heal, through which he showed me respect during the entire ordeal, while getting me back to tip top shape. I was stronger than ever when I suffered a great fall this year. I ended up working with the Director, Gary again, and I am so grateful for the perfect environment they create. A part of my therapy is to sit in an elevated position for 30 min. I watch them keep this place immaculately clean, and also serve all their patients fairly. They are all kind, helpful and dang good at their jobs. I hear nothing but positive remarks and see people over and over getting stronger and stronger and healing from their injury's or ailments. Since this is a review, I want to notate that I am a clean freak/sanitize everything and like places to smell and look good. So it's VERY important when I say, I'd swim in their pools all day and eat off their floors. Definitely the best physical therapists around. (I've been to 4 other physical therapy locations from last accident and NO ONE EVEN COMPARES) Thank you Walker Physical Therapy for assisting me during some of the toughest times in my life. Previously I had been going to another Physical Therapist but it was so awful there I quit going. I'm so glad I decided to try going again using a different company. I choose Walker Physical Therapy because of the reviews and I couldn't be happier. I no longer leave in worse pain (like at the other place) and feel better the following day. I love the pool and actually hate when my exercises are finished. I could stay in it all day, it's so warm and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and happy to answer your questions.
