This All Star PT is one of two, located off Newport, on either side of the 215 Fwy. The group here is both very professional and tech savvy. Your Physical Therapist, who works with you on rehabbing your injury and their PT Aide, who works your muscle Reps, uses iPads and track your progress, always keeping you on track. Nice. The business model for PTs have evolved over the years. Today, you get 25 mins of 1X1 time with your individual therapist, in my case Emily who is fantastic. While you share an Aide for the remainder of your visit and who will Ice you down afterwards. I've met nothing but friendly nice talented folk here over my first four weeks of rehab for my new hip. This place is well-named ! I'm treated like a VIP, an all star. This is the second time Kaiser has sent me there. Came here after my son had a soccer injury. I heard many bad things about this place but this was my only option through my insurance. We decided to give it a chance. Everything went pretty smoothly. I have dual insurance. The first time I had to pay a deductible and then they figured out the rest. Service was good. Staff were young and helpful. Great place to receive care. I went in for knee pain that I'd had for many years, assuming it was just something id have to live with. When it got to the point that I could barely put weight on it, I decided to seek treatment and I am so happy I did! I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Sanchez, DPT. She identified the problem immediately and worked with me for 6 weeks. I noticed a difference almost immediately. 6 months later and the pain remains completely gone. I still continue with my exercises I learned everyday just to be sure the pain doesn't return. The aides and front office staff were always welcoming and friendly. I feel the therapy will be good It was very crowded though I had surgery and there was nowhere to sit while filing paperwork till the end of it. Receptionist are ok. Maybe overwhelmed. I have gone to many physical therapists over the years. Most of them give you 3 to 5 standard exercises to start each session and encourage you to do them at home as well. Mostly my experience was that was the extent of any additional visits and after my referral was completed they were done with me, even if my challenges were not addressed. While the exercises were the opening minutes of my first visit, my therapist interviewed me to find out why I was there and what my physical concerns were. I felt that he was listening to me more closely than I had experienced at other therapists. After observing my gait and posture, he checked to see what my range of motion and the effect of my physical challenges. Before I left, he manipulated my neck and gave instructions for the interim until I returned. The next day I already felt better and was eager to return and see if I would continue to improve. I was amazed! Each session was different and the therapists worked on improving all my complaints. Each time I was tired, but felt that progress was being made at each session. I feel that they have improved my confidence and abilities and balance and know that if I develop other physical challenges, I will ask for a referral to All Star Physical Therapy. read more

My PCP referred me to All Star Physical Therapy to evaluate and treat a persistent "clicking" in my neck which had begun several months earlier. I was assigned to the facility on Antelope Road in Menifee. After the very first visit with my PT, Melissa, the "clicking" disappeared and -- knock on wood -- has not come back. Melissa is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and caring, which I believe also plays an integral role in patient healing. basic /mediocre attentiveness the care is not very personalized i.e. they don't really put a lot of thought into the treatment process while there... --so, they'll assess and give a scripted routine based on what they think is needed but insight into the scope & sequence of the exercises would b e helpful for patients and their understanding of what they're doing and why & how it will help.. i think they're i. too much of a hurry... mostly nice staff /front desk place needs a good cleaning read more

I began my journey of recovery after a complete knee replacement, depending entirely on a walker to get around. My last session will be Friday, but Wednesday I walked into the facility without my cane. I know the progress was made because of my commitment to recovery, but a very large component of my recovery was because of the professionals that worked with me. Before talking about my direct treatment team, I must commend all of the employees that made my experience, that's from the front desk, those who took my temperature, to the physical therapist & assistants. They all worked together to maintain a safe healing environment. My direct treatment team consisted of Dawn, Zina & Makaihla. They were absolutely awesome! They were professional as well as personable; there was a time, it was referred to as bed side manners. Each of my team members encouraged me when I felt lacking & it meant soooo very much to me.
