I'm in severe pain and this place is a total mess. I booked an appointment for next week to finally start my physical therapy, but then I got a call saying someone from the "wrong department" scheduled it. They canceled my slot but promised me--straight to my face--that rebooking me for the same week wouldn't be an issue. Then I get another call saying the first person shouldn't have canceled it at all, and now the earliest they can see me is two weeks out. So I'm just supposed to sit here in pain for two more weeks because they can't get their story straight? It honestly feels like I got bumped because I'm a new patient and they didn't care. I am severely frustrated and now I have to waste even more time finding a different location that actually has its act together. Thanks for nothing! read more

This is for vertigo I had an appointment for tomorrow and this afternoon March 23, 2026 I get a call that they have to reschedule my appointment and when they say unfortunately, reschedule it's a double negative I hate that word unfortunately good news never follows.. so they can't see me now until April 10 because the physical therapist All decided today she wanted to go on vacation and then there's only one other for the type of PT I need and she's out of the office... Removing a star because it is difficult to get through on the phone and yes, initially it's difficult to schedule because patients are able to schedule their upcoming appointments in advance (I'm guilty!!). BUT the therapists REALLY care for their patients. Some of the PT assistants are looking for a career in the field so they truly help you as you complete your sessions. For the most part, everyone is super friendly, helpful, and always willing to help. I've been referred to other offices but this particular office is the one for me - believe me, once you're a patient, the care is top notch! read more

Too busy for patients! Received 5 out of 12 visit's. Only gave one visit per week and three weeks had no openings. They were to ask my insurance for the rest of the visits. They never submitted the paperwork. Talked to my Doctor whom submitted for Pacific Pro Physical therapy. I received 12 visits with two visits per week. Go where you are wanted as a patient! My new place also spends almost double the time as All Star for OT. read more

The physical therapist Mira was very caring and compassionate about her work. The billing department was very unprofessional! You can't be seen until you pay your copay at each visit. I did this with no problem. They changed their system and did not charge me the full amount so I received a statement in the mail. I called them because I was being billed for something I had already paid for. The person that answered the phone is very rude ( Stephanie) should not be hanging up on clients that call regarding their bill. Because of their billing Dept I would never return here again. I LOVE this place! I have a torn rotator cuff and have been in so much pain for most of the Summer. Earlier I was checked out by my GP and a Orthopedic Surgeon and I was improperly diagnosed and sent to Physical Therapy. Jason, my therapist really worked with me and knew it was a torn rotor cuff and started treating me accordingly. Yesterday, was my 2nd PT appointment and I was just amazed how fabulous I felt this morning. I am at 90% this morning. I will continue to do my exercises and be a good little patient. Again all I can say is YES. I still am not sure how permanent these injuries I have are I have low back and knee pretty bad physical therapy here has helped ALOT I am going on a trip in a few weeks and the receptionist knows I have problems when I miss appointments or a week so she set me up with upcoming appointments to make sure each injury gets some help before leaving so made me one for the day after coming back to recover the physical therapist knows how important it is for me to stay mobile and the receptionist seem to actually care about you and making sure you get what you need read more

This was my first visit to a physical therapy clinic in a long time. My physical therapist Jason was a really down to earth guy who I feel is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. You can tell he really cares about his patients and wants to do what's best for them. The aid who I saw most was Ashley and she was very friendly and helpful. I had a full knee replacement on May 5. I was referred to All Star Physical Therapy through Corona Temecula orthopedic. The staff at all star has been a big help in my recovery. Ashley is always taking great care of me from the front desk making sure my needs are taken care of. Raveen and Maria always start kicking my butt to get ready for the therapist to come in a push it a little farther. The therapists are always kind but were always there to scold me for pushing so quickly. Gerardo is awesome and there is another super sweet lady that took care of me a couple times. I will get her name and edit it in. Recover is a slow process but it helps to know I have this team behind me because I will be having my second knee done on a few months. Finding a good physical therapy has always been somewhat of an anxiety, the cost I felt was too high and it just didn't click. All star is close to my home and the co-pay is worth every penny. Wow! We just got done with a visit for a 8month old. The pediatric PT was brilliant. He was so kind and gentle. Usually our daughter doesn't like strangers and doctors visits, but she was so happy with him! He was obviously very knowledgeable, but he made sure to explain things clearly in way that we understood. He showed us tons of exercises to do with her and explained the purposes of each one. He had us practice them at the office. He's only available Tuesday's and Thursday's. If you need to take your little one in for PT this is the place! read more

I had arthroscopic surgery and needed PT to help me recover. I got that care at All Star on Haun Rd. I first saw Nicki and towards the end I was seeing Binoy Patel.. he guided me through my exercises and provided me with print outs of them to use at home.. I have seen consistent improvement along the way. My knee is stronger and I have a ways to go but Mr. Patel was patient and firm to get me to understand the importance of working towards my goal. I have finished with my allowed visits but wish I could continue going.. These folks care and want success for their patients. read more

While the Physical Therapist that I saw here was wonderful... the person that answers the phone is not nice. I have a very busy schedule and it's hard to make an appointment and I canceled my appointment , when I called to reschedule I was reprimanded like I was a small child. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she lied to me stating she was the Supervisor. I highly recommend All Star Physical Therapy. All of the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. On each visit I was served promptly and efficiently, notwithstanding of all of the COVID restrictions. I can't say enough good things about my physical therapy results. The women at the front desk are great. I never had any difficulty with scheduling. They also helped me resolve a billing issue with my insurance company. I was surprised how helpful they were. The Physical Therapist's assistants do a great job. They clearly explained all of the exercises I needed to do and made sure I was doing them properly. They provided encouragement when I found the exercises difficult. Of course, the most important thing is the results. Because of COVID I had delayed for months seeing a doctor about my problem. When I finally went to physical therapy I was not in good shape. Now I am back to my normal activities without the pain I was experiencing before. I got some pelvic floor therapy work done and I've been to one before so compared, it seems they just want you to come in to maximize insurance and money. The therapist didn't seem very knowledgeable to address what I needed especially after I went to two different PFT after her and actually got results. The best experience with physical therapy.....EVER. Everyone in the office from the girls at the front desk, to the assistants who get you started, assist, and so much more, to the physical therapist are amazing. They're all pleasant, respectful, eager to make your experience as good as it can be. I've never had to wait for my appointment more than 5 minutes. Everyone is very competent at what they do and work hard to make your visit a positive one. My therapist was Melissa and she is AMAZING! She really knows her stuff and she fixed my back problem completely after about 6 visits. My back had been out so bad for two months I could barely walk and now it's like new.
