    Again all I can say is YES. I still am not sure how permanent these injuries I have are I have low back and knee pretty bad physical therapy here has helped ALOT I am going on a trip in a few weeks and the receptionist knows I have problems when I miss appointments or a week so she set me up with upcoming appointments to make sure each injury gets some help before leaving so made me one for the day after coming back to recover the physical therapist knows how important it is for me to stay mobile and the receptionist seem to actually care about you and making sure you get what you need

Recently, my insurance changed and it's been a hassle with all the changes but I did make sure that no matter what, Dr Zurita was on the list of the new insurance before signing on. Anyway, today I have to give a big Thank you to Summer at the call center. She helped me get everything together and corrected on my insurance paperwork and was just so professional and helpful with so much patience and kindness. Was able to answer all my questions and help me above and beyond! Actually...everyone I call into at the call center has always been absolutely awesome.     I came to Neighborhood health to bring my gf for her scheduled appointment and I am amazed by the…read moreprofessionalism and patience that the staff members all had at the front desk. As I sat and waited there was a gentleman who became upset because he was not guaranteed to be seen. The man had showed to his appointment over 15 min late and questioned why he wouldn't be seen and even asked what patient was being seen before him. Not your business my guy. Then a second customer with ridiculous colored hair complained about her not getting a "transfer of care" and demanded why she wasn't getting a female dr. " they aren't accepting patients lady" what do you not understand. If you don't like it, pay out pocket for your insurance and you can choose whatever dr you like. I applaud the front staff for maintaining their demeanor with these difficult patients. I was at the location on 10/13/2025 at approximately 3:30-3:55pm when they had to deal with these rude patients.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear my grandmother was in the hands of absolute professionals who genuinely care. Grace is the kind of nurse every hospital should strive to clone--knowledgeable, calm, attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and treated my grandmother with dignity, warmth, and respect at all times. Her bedside manner is truly exceptional. Nilo was equally outstanding. She went above and beyond in every way--attentive, kind, gentle, and always one step ahead of what my grandmother needed. Loma Linda Hospital trades heavily on its legacy and branding, but once you move past the façade, what you encounter is a system startlingly out of step with modern medical standards. The protocols feel outdated, the equipment feels dated, and the bedside manner if one can even call it that often borders on indifferent. Many other reviewers have noted the same pattern: long stretches of neglect, staff who seem inconvenienced by the presence of patients, and a pervasive sense that efficiency and compassion are optional add-ons rather than core values. My experience aligned with those concerns far too closely. One of the most telling examples is their approach to patient comfort. In 2026, most reputable hospitals use variable-pressure, inflatable beds designed to prevent pressure sores and reduce pain. Loma Linda, astonishingly, does not. Instead, they wedge rigid, diamond-shaped foam blocks under patients' backs devices that feel more like medieval orthopedic experiments than modern medical supports. Numerous reviewers have complained about this exact issue, and it's not hard to understand why. It's painful, unnecessary, and emblematic of a facility that has not kept pace with basic patient-care standards. What's worse is the attitude that accompanies it.     WARNING TO ALL PATIENTS: Check your medical records on the portal immediately…read more PA Valencia incorrectly added diagnoses to my chart that I have NEVER been diagnosed with: Afib, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypothyroidism, Hypertension, and Insulin use. None of these are true. When I contacted PA Valencia directly, she promised me these errors would not follow me and would not appear on my chart. That was a complete lie. They followed me to my OB appointment where Congestive Heart Failure showed up coded in my records. This is dangerous. If I were ever brought into an ER, staff could administer insulin or withhold life-saving procedures based on false information. When I tried to get it corrected the way California law requires, I was met with nothing but runaround. No one can give me the Privacy Officer's name or contact information, even after multiple requests. I had to search the internet for Vicki Johnson who is their privacy officer. No one will identify who supervises this PA. Christina or Danielle in Medical Records promises callbacks that never come, or calls four hours after the scheduled time. No apology. No accountability. The doctor has never once reached out. Then they had the nerve to tell me to call my OB office myself and have them erase the Congestive Heart Failure from their records. That is also against the law. The originating office is legally responsible for correcting errors they made. You do not get to pass that off to another provider. To make it worse, they DELETED entries from my chart instead of following the legally required process. Under California law and HIPAA, corrections to medical records must be marked as an error, with a date and a signature. You cannot simply delete. What they did is illegal and a serious violation of medical record integrity. This medical office has lied to me repeatedly. They made these mistakes and by law they are required to fix them properly. They have done none of that. This is not just poor customer service. This is a patient safety issue bordering on malpractice. There is zero supervision of this PA and zero urgency to correct a legal medical record error that could cost someone their life. Do not trust this office with your health. I would not trust them with my worst enemy. You've been warned and if you continue to go- you're part of the problem.
