The business model for PTs have evolved over the years. Today, you get 25 mins of 1X1 time with your individual therapist, in my case Emily who is fantastic. While you share an Aide for the remainder of your visit and who will Ice you down afterwards. I've met nothing but friendly nice talented folk here over my first four weeks of rehab for my new hip. I decided to make the drive further out for quality service. Quality service is exactly what I received from this office ;) I did not feel like "just another client." The staff made me feel at home and were genuinely concerned about my well being and cared to get to know me. I started physical therapy after being in a car accident. As a result, I ended up with a herniated disc. I was in a lot of pain. I never thought I would be able to recover. I had a lot of questions and Dr. Ramil was able to answer and explain thoroughly. They canceled my slot but promised me--straight to my face--that rebooking me for the same week wouldn't be an issue. Then I get another call saying the first person shouldn't have canceled it at all, and now the earliest they can see me is two weeks out. So I'm just supposed to sit here in pain for two more weeks because they can't get their story straight? It honestly feels like I got bumped because I'm a new patient and they didn't care. I am severely frustrated and now I have to waste even more time finding a different location that actually has its act together. Thanks for nothing!

Fortunately for me I have been given nothing but the best care from Heather Snyder and her team. I have been seen for my carpal tunnel repair on both hands, meniscus repair on both knees, multiple reasons on my back and currently for vestibular reasons. I was initially nervous about going to Pacific Pro as I had never heard of them and never been there for Physical Therapy. My Orthopedic Surgeon said they were very good. Heather spent a lot of time going thru my extensive medical history and my current issues. She had explained what we would be doing and why. Heather is personable while still maintaining professionalism . Heather also asks if I have questions at each session. One of the main reasons that I liked Pacific Pro when I first arrived as opposed to other facilities I had been to is that not every exercise is based on machinery. This makes doing exercises at home possible. As I have been going to see Heather she ensures that most of the exercises can be done at home or while on vacation. I would definitely recommend Heather Snyder and Pacific Pro for your Physical Therapy needs.

I called my Dr. my Dr said that Teesha was wrong and that I can make an appointment with them. after 5 calls and leaving some unreturned message, I finally got ahold of Teesha! that probably took a couple weeks. finally spoke with her, and I got my appointment for 11/9 and unfortunately I missed it. I spoke with Blair on the 13 th and rescheduled the appointment for Friday 11/24. I spoke to Teesha on the 22 to confirm for Friday the 24th and she said that Blair made a mistake by scheduling me for Friday and that the soonest I can be seen was December 22nd! What's wrong with this people? There not helpfu! they don't return calls, They don't do there job! They don't care because we are at there will. I feel retaliated agains, just because they can, and they get away with it!! Teesha and Blair do your job And do it correct! hopefully by calling you out, other patients don't deal with this kind of customer service. As of now they still haven't called me to rescheduale. Today is Friday. I spoke to Blair and left a message for Teesha And nothings been resolve.
