The clean equipment is in good working order and the entire staff (Nayi, Justin, and Kyra) feel "hand-picked", each a blessing!

I have had physical therapy before and been passed along or left on my own, like in a gym. Chief…read morewas my first real physical therapy experience at age 65! After being diagnosed with nerve impingement in my shoulders, my doctor wrote an Rx for PT, suggesting another place in town. After seeing the reviews, I went to Chief. I am super impressed with the personal service and having a one on one with the same therapist (doctor). They really know their stuff and how the body is supposed to work. I had previously been given shoulder exercises elsewhere, but had never been taught the nerve glide that stretches the shoulder nerves to your fingertips. That and other exercises practiced at home proved to be the treatment I needed. The video instructions provided were extremely helpful to teach me to do the PT on my own. I love that this is a small practice that treats patients individually. It really made a difference in my treatment, and a bigger difference in my quality of life. The odd compliment was to stop going to their business because they taught me the skillset I needed to improve my situation. I appreciate how the exercises were explained as to the benefits they would provide. I will add one piece of advice to this review. Before surgery, seek out different doctors in different practices. Sometimes a neurosurgeon might readily intervene when physical therapy is the better treatment option. Based on my symptoms, I had two cervical discs fused and am not convinced the surgery was the best approach. Ironically, an orthopedic surgeon quickly diagnosed my shoulder nerve impingement and suggested PT over surgery. I will never know if my cervical fusion was necessary, but I am glad to have significant pain reduction and mobility thanks to the treatment at Chief Physical Therapy.

Dr Allen is awesome! We brought our teenager here for a baseball related injury. He is providing a whole body regimen, strength and mobility, to ensure not only a proper rehab but also a preventative program so we hopefully do not experience the injury again. From Dr Allen, to the great office staff, I cannot recommend Chief PT enough!!

This was always a very uncomfortable place to visit. While I can't speak much about the therapist…read moredirectly, the front desk staff consistently made the experience unpleasant. They often came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made each visit more stressful than it needed to be. I didn't leave a review sooner, but now that my mom will no longer be going there, I felt it was important to share our experience. Customer service sets the tone for any medical office, and unfortunately, this one fell short. If you have other options, I would strongly recommend considering a different physical therapy center.

I want yo express my sincere gratitude to my assigned PT Roy Dimapilis JR and his team Aides,…read moreCedric, Alejandro and Amanda for their exceptional care and support throughout my 4 months recovery. From the very first session, they demonstrated incredible knowledge, patience and dedication to helping me reach my goals, specially Roy. I had a meniscus root repaired. Recovery is overwhelming and painful process for me! But from day one, he made me feel heard and understood, which meant so much during a challenging time. Every session was not just about exercise-it was about encouragement, patience, and genuine compassion. Every exercise was explained clearly, and they always make sure I felt comfortable and confident in the process. They celebrated my progress, no matter how small, and kept me motivated when things felt tough. Thanks to their expertise and kindness, I've regained confidence and strength. I truly appreciate all they've done for me and would highly recommend Roy Dimapilis to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled physical therapist who truly cares.

I was embarrassed to be ref'd for Cognitive Rehab at the time. But, Jim Davis treated me so kindly and skillfully with a series of weekly sessions in which I improved tremendously. Unfortunately, my car was hit again while I was turning left on a green light in Feb of 2021. Although the neurology office I have been seeing again recommended Cognitive Rehab, once again for my re-activated concussion, it has been made much too difficult and stressful to work with that particular neurology office. Since I don't know where else to go and transfer my case,, it seems that I will not be able to get any of the tremendous help that Jim provided me with the last time. I dearly need it and only wish I could because it was invaluable to my recovery. In the meantime, to anyone else referred for Cognitive Rehab, I'd like to say, don't be embarassed like I was at first. There's nothing to be ashamed of. Jim Davis is a super- specialist at what he does, is compassionate and highly skilled, His accessment and treatment will help you tremendously. And, the homework treatment is actually fun after awhile!

Having had a lifetime of issues complicated by spinal and cervical stenosis and a botched ortho…read moresurgery, I did not have much hope for improvement, and was watching my mobility and health decline at a rapid pace. I had tried PT several times in the past, and never got any help from the one-size-fits-all, one part at a time approach. I was reluctant to try this place for that reason, but I am sure glad I did. Jim and his staff's approach is completely different. They look at your functioning as a whole, and work towards retraining your body to work with your mind. The staff is amazing-- kind, considerate and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients health and recovery, and treat everyone with respect and compassion. We are really lucky to have this place in Temecula.
