Review has been long overdue... I came to Bill and Jenna for the first time 5 years ago post cervical spine surgery. I was in bed rest for months and due to all the scar tissue I had very little range of motion and was in excruciating pain. It took some time but they helped get rid of my pain and regain my range of motion. Recently I was dealing with a lot of muscular pain due to bad sleeping position, carrying my son on my hip etc etc.. and came to Bill and Jenna. Bill diagnosed my issue and since I've been treating mainly with Jenna who has worked on my back. I feel so much better, thank God for them! This practice is small but they truly care about their patients, they dedicate a significant amount of time per patient and they have the best work atmosphere. Everyone who knows me, knows I am extremely picky when it comes to any type of medical treatment, provider, facility etc and if I recommend them is because I truly believe they are the best. read more

Wonderful Physical Therapy! I was referred here after a i tense foot surgery. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, caring and attentive they are here. There are 2 PT's Bill and Jenna. Both are simply amazing. You never feel rushed, they take the time to help you recover and the results are amazing. Also, the Office Manager Anna, is the best! She is such a sweet person who not only does a great job but has a ton of experience working in a doctors office so she is really great with scheduling and doing her best to make sure you get in to your appointments. Apex is by far the best physical therapy place in the entire Temecula/ Murrieta valley. Both physical therapists are personable, caring, taking their time with each patient, and very friendly. The staff is fantastic. They make you feel like you're a part of their family. I've been to other places and there is a huge difference of quality at Apex!! I wouldn't ever go anywhere else. I wish I could give 10 out of five stars, because I would. Bill, the owner, is not only a qualified and wonderful therapist, but an empathetic, amazing and patient-oriented individual. I had to get a wheelchair cushion evaluation because my insurance companies were making me jump through hoops (very hard to do - especially in a wheelchair!). I have never had a medical transaction go more smoothly and wonderfully. I give Bill and his team all of the kudos in the world. They are very concerned about your health and wellness and they care about you as an individual - not as paperwork or a chart or a condition. They listen, love and treat. Bill is an amazing therapist. I tried/interviewed many of the other PT clinics in the Temecula valley before finding Apex, and was largely unimpressed. The "big box" approach just wasn't a good fit for me. Apex was a very different experience. Bill takes a personalized approach to each patient, treating your physiology while at the same time sharing years of knowledge and experience to educate you as you rehabilitate. This one on one approach includes a genuine enthusiasm for your recovery. I have used Apex for two separate spine surgery recoveries, with very positive outcomes. I've been an athlete my whole life and I love to compete and play thus i've been in and out of PT for injuries and by far APEX and Bill are top notch the best. I was sent to APEX PT after failed progression at another PT office post shoulder surgery x 2. Bill worked with me and was the one to identify that I had something else going on that unfortunately required another surgery, and although not a perfect outcome Bill was able to help restore a good amount of my range of motion. My wife and I had separate medical issues with our feet and together needed to enlist the assistance of a Physical Therapist. From previous experiences she did not have much faith in outcomes utilizing physical therapy. I on the other hand had had many encounters with physical therapists in both large and small rehabilitation centers encompassing issues of back, leg and foot issues. I have found that the larger PT organizations were very impersonal and left you wondering if anyone really cared about the success of your rehabilitation. I have had better experiences with smaller physical therapy organizations due to the personal nature of their patient communications. APEX was recommended by our doctor for the issues that my wife and I were experiencing, I plantar fasciitis and she capsulitis and neuromas. The staff at APEX from the front desk to the therapy table was without a doubt a caring and helpful group centered on assisting their patient to overcome their individual issues. Bill Collins and his team take the time necessary for the patients to first understand the physiology of their issues and the treatment plan to bring them back to normal use of the injured body parts. Yes, my wife became a believer in the possible outcomes of physical therapy and I was convinced that the small well-staffed setting that APEX provides also met my needs as well. As a post-op patient of Dr. John Santoro I was referred to Apex for PT. Initially I was skeptical about the need, but followed through and made my first appointment. What a good decision that was! After that first visit I knew the therapy was going to be beneficial. I received treatment from Kristin. I would never have guessed that she was on a temporary assignment filling in for owner Bill who was not available having undrgone surgery himself. Kristin treated me with care, compassion, and skill. In addition to providing a high level of skilful therapy she encouraged me and provided the guidance I needed that enabled me to continue improving after the therapy sessions ended. Kudos too, to David who provided extra help with exercises - always with a smile and pleasant attitude. All in all, an expert Physical Therapist, an outstanding assitant, clean, bright facilities, and Kimberly the smiling receptionist, all add ed up to a very pleasant and helpful experience.
