Had a treatment today by Scott Sabin to fix my current bout of vertigo. As usual he did a fantastic job. I had no vertigo on my right side. I did have vertigo on my left side and it was stubborn. I had hurt my neck while sleeping, which is embarrassing to admit, and it was causing me a lot of pain. I could barely hold my left arm up and was only getting about five hours of sleep per night from May to July. My doctor referred me to All Star Physical Therapy in Murrieta, off Monroe. I had intended to go to the one closer to my work, but the mistake turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I was paired with Josh and Damien as my physical therapists. They are fantastic! What I love about Josh and Damien is how hands-on they are. They actually demonstrated the exercises, unlike other physical therapy places where I only saw the trainer on the first day and never again. I also felt a little bad for Damien because every time I saw him, I would have a new issue with my neck or shoulder, but he would smile and give me more stretches to help. I appreciate that he is always so kind and helpful. So, I really recommend Josh and Damien if you need someone to care about your issue. So, thank you, guys!! Great firm to deal with until it's time to request your therapy record. Then it's a runaround. I visited the Monroe clinic where I received treatment and asked for my record for a claim I am putting together. They don't release records at the office so they gave me a number to call. Called the number, a lady I talked to said I can either go back to the clinic and fill out a form or it can be emailed to me so I can print it out, fill it out, scan and email back to her. There's the first problem. The clinic could've just given me the form to fill out instead of asking me to call a number. Or the form could be fillable in electronic form so I don't have to go to a UPS store to print, then scan. Anyway I went back to the clinic, filled out the form and gave it back to the front desk staff who told me they will send it out right away. Followed up today with the number I was given and no such request has been received. I've been advised to go back to the clinic and ask again. This is when I got upset. Why can't she call the clinic herself? I told her I've done my due diligence and all the legwork so far. She said she wouldn't know who to talk to. My thought was common sense will dictate that you talk to whoever answers the phone right? Anyway, I informed her that since this is apparently a very complicated process I will inform my primary provider and my friends to not use All Star Physical Therapy. I contacted my primary care provider and ask them to intercede and not send me there anymore read more

Josh Rodriguez practically healed my back pain ! He took the time to address what was causing my low back pain symptoms and didn't just give me a standard treatment. I went for about a month and half and during that time my back pain decreased significantly. I'm now back at the gym and resuming housework without feeling like I need Advil all the time . Sidney, the OT staff, and the front desk staff were awesome! I had a stint with Sidney before hand surgery and after hand surgery. She was attentive, effective, and honest about my chances of recovery and improvement. All Sidney and her Angels work me out the front office staff remained communicative about finances and worked within the limits of my insurance. My husband & I have been going to All Star Physical Therapy and we both love it! They have helped us tremendously with every day things! If it wasn't for our visits prior to getting COVID we wouldn't have recovered or faired as well as we did. They are always careful not to over do it but push just enough to make you feel better when you leave. My legs & upper body are much improved & they are ever aware of my pre existing back problems & 8 knee surgeries between both legs. I was in a motorcycle vs car accident with multiple injuries and broken bones etc. Initially they helped me in the Lake Elsinore location after the ankle and arm cast was removed. But my Dr. referred me to Murrieta to see specialists. I see both Gabrielle Catipon OTR/L Occupational Therapist for my hand and Josh Rodriguez PT,DPT,OCS Doctor of Physical Therapy for my hip and shoulder. I'm making remarkable improvements for the hip and I can actually walk normal again without a lot of pain. I highly recommend them both and All Star which was referral to me by my Dr. at Kaiser. I'm finally able to sleep in a bed at night, whereas I was sleeping in a recliner chain for the last 7 months, because of severe hip/shoulder pain. read more

I love going here. Had a total hip replacement early January of this year. I'm always welcome. It is very clean and organized. Be sure to wear a mask upon entering. My improvements are increased a lot and feel much better after each session. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Gabrielle is an EXCELLENT Occupational Therapist; she has been working with my broken wrist for over a month so far and I am so pleased with the results as well as her kind treatment towards me every time. We were referred here by Rady Children's Ortho after my son had an injury playing sports that impacted his ability to walk correctly. Surgery was on the table as an option if PT didn't work for him. June 21,2021 I went in with a pinched nerve on my neck and pain in my back. From the MRI's I had done I was told I needed surgery right away. I went to a different doctor and he said no to surgery but he instead sent me to Allstate Physical Therapy on Monroe street in Murrieta . The front office is very professional but the best part was Cheyeene, very patient, soft spoken, explained what she was looking for and what the procedure was, I was very comfortable. I was so amazed at the results. I felt so much better, the next day I only had one eposide. I saw Cheyeene the following week to make sure that everything was OK. IT WAS !! From the moment I sat down with Dr Drew Blanchard, I knew I was speaking with a real professional that knew his field well. As soon as I told him where my elbow pain was (which I had for 2 years+) he was able to pin point it and analyze it deeper. I was having pain, numbness, and tingling down my right arm that kept recurring so my doctor sent me here. Six weeks later, thanks to Dr. Josh and the staff, I am symptom free and learned some great exercises that I can do on my own if my symptoms return. Dr. Josh really listened to my complaints and tweaked the treatment in response to the information that I gave him. The location is also a plus and I always was able to get in and out on my lunch break so that I never had to take leave from work. I will definitely return to this facility if I ever need P.T. again. I would highly recommend All Star Physical Therapy! I was very pleased to know that they are contacted with Kaiser insurance. From the front desk, to all the staff each person I came across was very friendly. Both my physical therapist Josh & Damian were very excellent & caring towards to my injury. It was my first broken bone, right humerus bone at that and I was very scared and nervous at first, but to have them both help me through my therapy & healing process overall was a great experience. Both their aid's were very helpful and attentive while doing my exercises. They worked at my pace which made me feel very comfortable but also knew the right pace to push me a little to make me feel confident enough to know my arm will get better. It was a lot of at home exercises, but their encouragement was great dedication to get me back to work within one month of my surgery!!
