Came in yesterday 10 minutes early for my appointment and wasn't seen until about 35 minutes after my appointment time. Came in today seven minutes late for my appointment, and apologized once I got there- however they had me waiting almost 30 minutes past my arrival. When I asked the receptionist if it would be much longer, she let me know that there were two patients ahead of me. I, like everyone else, have children in school to pick up or Other places to be. I also got a babysitter to watch my three year-old son so that I could make it to this appointment. Mr. Garcia, the chiropractor is very kind and has given me relief, but my time is valuable, and I don't appreciate them being inconsiderate of my time. When trying to lose weight as a female that works all the time and no time for the gym, I thought I'd try this new spot for weight loss. Took the Trizempitied Lipo shot for a full month and lost a total of 2.5 lbs at $320. Paying a hundred a pound is insane. When speaking to the office for recommendations or help, all they could offer was a upsell on some other weight loss shots. I asked if they could possibly give a discount for the recommended shots, and they said no. This is so disappointing and frustrating that I trusted this new spot and now Highly DO NOT recommend this place!!! read more

Dr. Omar Garcia is my favorite to see for sports recovery; he always helps me after a jiu jitsu injury and it helps in my opinion that he trains too so he understands what happened and is reasonable in suggestions for exercises to do and aftercare. It's in the same lot as the Baron's off Clinton Keith. Appointment only, but give them a quick call and they'll get you in, I've never had issues and staff is super friendly. I made a same day appointment on 03/05/2021 for an adjustment. I hadn't been there for a few years, but they still had my information. The service was great! When I check out I was charged $30. I thought it was higher than usually, but I didn't dispute it. I later checked with my insurance and confirmed it should have been $10. On 03/15 I called to explain that I was over charged and wanted to get credited. The female I spoke with was rude and had an attitude. She told me that it was my responsibility when I called to let them know about my insurance information, which has not changed in 19 years. She said the insurance information drops off after a year. Based on my experience, every other medically related business will ask if there's insurance coverage. I provided her the date, time, dollar amount, and card number, but she couldn't find the charge to credit my account. She then wanted me to drive to the office so I could swipe my card to get credited. I didn't appreciate her lack of customer service and placing blame on me for information they should be asking. I told her that I'll just dispute the charge on my credit card and she hung up on me. She was never apologetic about her lack of intelligence to find a credit card charge. I won't be driving across town to this business as long as this is the "customer service" they provide. I didn't get her name nor did she provide it when she picked up the phone. read more

Well who knew you could sprain your pelvis getting up from a chair? Well I did! And was in so much pain. I've been coming to this Chiropractic facility for 2 years off and on when I've needed an adjustment. The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating. Lucas adjusted me today, and he was great. Was thorough and explaining everything, explaining to me what is connected to what, and gave me tips on what I can do at home for the next 24 hours. I have been to quite a few chiropractors in the past. But I drive in all the way from Eastvale to come to this facility, because they know what they're doing. I've also had massages here in the past, their massage therapists are seriously the best! First time here and was very pleased with the Patient Care provided by Front office Ashley and Dr. Severson I came in and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by Ashley, she gave me paperwork to fill out. I was called back within 10-15 mins. I met Dr. Severson and I was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness! I am a salon owner and perform services with my arms up and neck down for 12 hrs a day, my hips are in pain from sitting all day and my neck and shoulders are in pain the entire time I'm performing my services. I've been adjusted multiple times and worked for a reputable chiropractic office for many year and I can say Dr. Severson executed from phenomenal bedside manner to patient care! I was put on a hydra massage which loosened me up. I then walked out and asked Ashley about massage prices, she explained the prices but I asked her to write it down for me, an Asian lady behind her chimed in and told Ashley to make me go on the website in an unfriendly and annoying tone. Basically trying to rush me out, It wasn't busy nor were there people waiting behind me. I wasn't surprised by that gals patient care because when I called to ask and make an appt she was rude when answering the phone and rushed me off, I only came to this place because my dear friend spoke so highly of Dr. Severson! Ashley proceeded to write down the prices for me and was extremely helpful and sweet!!! I appreciate CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS!!!! and I'm glad she didn't tell me to just go on the website!!! I am a very stubborn person. I do not like to admit when I am in pain and I believe you can walk off most, if not all injuries. For about a year I was having horrible rib/ T spine pain. Sleeping was becoming impossible, workouts started to suffer, and breathing hurt. My husband finally convinced me to join him for a visit to the Chiropractor. I was very hesitant. I work with multiple doctors, why should I go to the Chiropractor? So he got me in the door, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I filled out their form and waited a few minutes. Dr. Severson called my husband and I back. He was very happy and almost had a skip to his step. I was thinking, "this is weird, why is he so happy". He adjusted my husband first and then it was my turn. I'm thinking to myself, "there is no way he can fix this pain." After talking and examining me, he determined that I had a rib that was out. He warned me that popping it back in would hurt, and holy cow, yes it did! He also warned me that I would be sore for awhile after, and yes, I was! But for the first night in a long time, I did not wake up feeling like my ribs were crushing my lungs. Each day after the soreness subsided more and more. Less than a week later, I'm currently in Hawaii and did an amazing 5 mile run this morning...100% pain free!!! I would highly recommend Bear Creek if you are having any MSK pain. $35 well spent, and they don't treat you like you are just a number. read more

I decided to give Bear Creek Chiropractic a try because I have known Loreli for over 14 years she is in my opinion the best masseuse I have ever had! Because I am an Elite athlete I expect nothing but the best when it comes to massages! Loreli is good at listening to your needs before the massage and very professional at getting it done! I have been battling severe injuries throughout the years of weight lifting and Loreli is good at targeting those affected areas with deep tissue! Ashleigh and Natalie (front desk) are always friendly. I like that they are walk in only for chiropractic so I can just run in when I have time. I called Monday morning 7/27 and was able to get a walk in within 30 minutes of calling. I had a headache, my back and hips were hurting. My back was hurting so bad I preferred to stand while Dr. Severson evaluated me. He adjusted me so thoroughly and showed me some exercises to help prevent my hip from "going out" during runs. He took his time stretching and gently adjusting my neck. I popped all over the place. The techniques he used are better than my now former chiropractor. After he adjusted me I spent 10 minutes on the Hydro Massage Bed I am not sure what it is called but it was the best experience I've ever had a chiropractor/massage place. It was like a water bed that uses water and pressure to relax muscles on the body. I thought he said "massage chair" so I was pleasantly surprised and very relaxed, I almost fell asleep. My family and I have been coming here for years. We have been nothing but 100% happy with their friendly staff and service. We've recommended them to several of our friends/family and they had nothing short of a positive experience. I really like that they don't hit you up for a "2 times a week for the next 6 weeks" treatment plan like a lot of chiros do. They ask if you're coming in due to some pain or if you're just looking for an oil change. I've had issues with my lower back, but they keep me from walking like a gimp. They've given me exercises and stretches to perform daily and this has helped a lot. I schedule monthly massages (legit, no happy endings) with Fabiola and usually get an adjustment after-wards. Can't beat their price of $50 for both! Bear Creek Chiro-Med is highly recommended by the Smith clan! read more

The front desk gal who has been there for a very long time is wonderful! She is the bright spot. This used to be a great place to go and I had referred people here "years ago" ...many. Unfortunately things have changed and they only go by appointment and then do not "honor" said appointment i.e. after waiting in the room for 30 minutes and no sign Garcia coming any time soon, I walked out! It is ridiculous to change to appointment only when you have no intention of honoring the appointment. They are clearly double-booking and overbooking which is not good business and only shows the people who come there for care that you DO NOT CARE at all! Literally 30 minutes and still no indication of anyone coming...I read several chapters of a book while in the room and then I walked out and will not go back! I do not recommend them anymore as I would not want anyone to have to wait a ridiculously long time. IF YOU MAKE SOMEONE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, KEEP IT!!! read more

I'm pretty happy with the services. I'm from the Bay Area where I could probably not find prices like these so i'm real stoked about that. I went in for chiro+massage but too bad that there were only 30 min massage available. It could be better but it probably is if I get the hour massage which i'll find out when i go back before i head back to the Bay Area. Combined with adjustment, the Doc was real friendly and fixed me up pretty good. I felt great afterwards. The staff was pretty good too :) All in all, for a 30 min massage + adjustment only cost me $35 plus a $5 tip, not bad at all. I'll definitely be back here when we come back to town. They have 1hr massage+adjustment for $50 or if you just want the massage, it's $35, $30 on thursdays. For the adjustment only, it's $20. In the bay area i had to pay $50 and that's just a co-pay! Over here it's just $20 and you don't even need to have an insurance or be referred by your physician or crap like that! Conclusion: Very affordable, great staff, no need for insurance. read more

The chiropractors at Bear Creek Chiropractic have done a great job at helping me maintain my active lifestyle. The corrective and preventative treatments have been amazing!! I have been receiving massages from Jackie and she is truly incredible. She has an uncanny way of finding those knots and massaging them away. I sleep better and I can train harder as a result of her massages. Gary Severson has also introduced me to "active release" for treating some of my injuries. I am excited at how well it works. I went to bear creek chiropractic today, 8/20/2108. I have been having pain in my lower back and my right hip areas since March. I went in as a walk in. No appointment needed. The dr did a assessment on me, I told him my areas of concern. I also mentioned I thought it was all due sciatica nerve problems. After the assessment he did an adjustment on my hip, it popped so loud it kind of shocked me. He re evaluated me after he popped my hip, and folks I'm here to tell you, I have no more pain at all in that area!!!! I've been in pain since MARCH!!! And bam that fast in pain free!! The Chiro care here is great! I walked in one day when my neck was hurting and couldn't move it freely. I was in the office within 10 minutes.
