It is extremely rare to find a quality team of kind, compassionate doctors who make their patients the focus of their practice, rather than a means to a profitable end. My previous doctor's office seemed interested only in the aggressive expansion of their practice, losing doctors and PAs faster than Game of Thrones kills off main characters. In the four weeks I would wait between visits, my new doctor or PA might have come and gone. Not so with Pacific Pain Care. I started seeing Dr. Banerjee about seven months ago, to switch over care for my myriad spine issues. Dr. Banerjee was quick to see and understand that my previous doctor had underdosed me on what I consider a life saving medication, and made sure I was on the correct dose and comfortable, right away. I have since started seeing Dr. Dolinskiy, and she has continued and exceeded the same level of care and compassion I was shown at my initial visit. My former pain doctor maintained a separate surgery facility that was out of network for my insurance, and came with an exorbitantly high deductible. So much so that I suspended that care indefinitely. Dr. Banerjee does his injections on site with the same level of care and quality I had been used to, but in network so I'm able to get the same treatment as before for a standard specialist copay. The office staff are generally very friendly, though they are kept very busy by the constant influx of present patients and incoming phone calls. I once had to bring my infant son with me for one of my injections and one of the nurses at the desk was kind enough to keep him entertained until daddy was finished. While some may find that unorthodox, I really appreciated them adapting their routine to fit my out of routine needs. I don't think I'll be switching doctors ever again. This is the place. read more
