As I am a resident of Murrieta, I've been a patient of Dr. Chakrabarty Sr.'s son for five or six years and it gave me the honor to to meet the man who inspired him. He couldn't say enough of how proud he was of a son who out-did his own father. He even gave me a tour of his office and showed me a family photo. I told him how much I always admired the kind of medicine they practice, and how G.I. Excellence and Trinity never get enough atta-boys for the lives they literally save., or in my case are spared from Barretts leading to Cancer. I have his son and the team at Trinity to thank for that. He said, "probably 97% of patients sit in our offices and tell us similar things, but it's that 3% 'vocal minority' that make their negative experiences known on yelp and google. Why don't you be one that leaves a positive review?" I'd say that was the best prescription any doctor gave me.

CARE QUALITY: 10/10 ALL of the staff at the front desk were all pretty young and mature. They are more patient over the phone and in person than most other front desk staff we've been too. They are all nice and beautiful folks. Cameron was a sweet heart who checked our blood pressure... DOCTOR UHLER: 10/10 He came in and just sat down with me and my husband. While there is an online option to schedule, if you know nothing about the types of neurology treatment, you have no idea how to proceed so you have no choice but to call.... I'd been grinding my teeth since I gave birth (10 years) and had been using the over the counter…read moremouth guards. I finally got tired of it and looked for another solution. Several Google searches later and I found the SoCal TMJ and Sleep Center. I have to admit I was skeptical at first when I was told that they don't take insurance. However (and it's a big however!) they give you all you need to file a claim with your insurance to get reimbursed. Additionally, the personal care I received from Dr. Jergenson and Karisa was outstanding. Not only are they using the most modern machines to make an appliance to fit my mouth, but they also guided me through the process and explained the benefits of all procedures. Miraculously to me (but expected by Dr. Jergenson) my quality of sleep and my bite have improved tremendously! Moreover, the pain I noted on my first appointment has either completely disappeared or greatly diminished. Dr. Jergenson is fantastic and I can't sing his praises enough!

(I have extremely good coverage on my insurance) When I gave them a call they had extremely limited availability for new patient appointments which would result in me missing a day of work. The next thing that was shocking was that it's $100 just to book appointment. This does not include services or treatment. I asked what could be some additional costs I would be pay at the initial appointment and was told I would have to pay for x-rays which could range from $300-$400. So before I any treatment is done I'm already out $500!! With no guarantee that I will get resolution to my problem. With additional appointments and mouth guards or apparatuses I could easily be out thousands of dollars. The fact that you have to walk into this blind-sighted is what really makes giving him a chance hard. I can't speak in Dr. Jergensons care because I don't think that this is a good starting point for me. Especially when I have great insurance! I know my dentist highly recommended him but I don't think my dentist is aware that he does not accept ANY insurance (anymore?). It is unfortunate that they don't accept insurance. I will be going through my insurance to receive X-rays, chiropractic care, and mouth guards. I will also use my $500 to get specialty massages, and explore Botox, maybe?
