Dr. Uyesugi took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain everything in a way that made sense. What impressed me most was not only his knowledge and experience, but also the fact that he genuinely cared about finding the right solution instead of rushing through appointments. I recently had a Eustachian tube dilation procedure, and I am very grateful for the care I received. Dr. Uyesugi made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise are second to none. I also want to thank audiologist Melina Garay for all the effort she put into helping me. She was patient, thorough, and took my concerns seriously. It was clear that she wanted to make sure my hearing issues were properly evaluated and addressed. The entire staff was wonderful as well. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From scheduling appointments to follow-up care, they made the whole experience much easier. When you are dealing with hearing and ear problems, it can be frustrating and stressful. Having a team that truly listens and works hard to help you makes all the difference. I am very thankful to Dr. Uyesugi, Melina Garay, and the entire staff for the excellent care they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding ENT and audiology team.

He insisted I was having migraines, though no systems of such. I'm familiar with migraines. I still went with his medication plan for migraines. Three visits and each time having to remind him of my issue and correct what he thought was the problem. The last visit he prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medicine. Still with the migraine meds- having me take 3 RXs at night. He seems to just like to push pills. I even just took some antibiotic I had for a few days and my problem finally went away. I do not recommend this doc, very dismissive.

Both Dr. Lui and Dr. Riedler were very professional and gave me a series of medication and recommendations. I might have to have my tonsils take out but my tonsil feels significantly better and if I do get surgery I'll go in feeling like all other options were checked. The medical assistants are very personable and the office staff is friendly. Overall it's a positive environment and I feel like I've received good medical attention.

The Temecula location has now just canceled an appointment three times and has pushed out much needed care repeatedly. They cancel right before an appointment you have waited over a month for. Schedule at the wrong location. Take over 6 months to schedule a surgery for a tumor that is growing, unbelievable! Surgeon in Poway was wonderful once it finally got scheduled but the unprofessional staff at Temecula and with surgery schedule is beyond unacceptable. At this point, I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. It's just not worth the headache. If negative stars were an option they would get them.

I waited at least a month to get appointment with Dr Ben on August 20,2026, waited 45 minutes in…read moreoffice before I was taken back front desk girl when asked how much longer it would be laughed and said most waiting time is usually an hour but they say nothing while u wait . appointment with Dr Ben was great and finally found out what was wrong and was excited to get surgery taken care of so I could finally breathe propenly, he said it would be at least 2 weeks to get approved with insurance and they would call me to set up surgery, I called 2 weeks later to see what was happening and Kimberly called me back saying she would call insurance to see about approval . I've called them back at least 10xs since then and they have yet to return my call as of today when I've called for the last time on 10/6/2026, I called my insurance company and they have never received a request for my surgery. I rate them very unreliable and unprofessional staff and I'm sure the Dr would be very disappointed as it's his reputation not his staffs. I made an appointment with another Ent office but have to wait now until 11/10/26 to be seen but hopefully I will have a better experience with the new Dr than I did with TriValley Ent

Unfortunately, my post-surgery experience has been made extremely stressful due to the office staff and management. When my EDD paperwork was first submitted, the staff only gave me two weeks off work, even though the doctor clearly stated I needed six weeks due to lifting restrictions. After multiple calls, I finally spoke with Julie, who was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. She even said sarcastically, "Fine, I'll give you six weeks off," which is completely unprofessional. I later spoke with Emily, the office manager, who apologized, but Julie's poor attitude continued. Despite Emily's assurance that she would personally handle any future issues, she never returned my follow-up calls. Since then, communication has been inconsistent. Some emails were answered, but usually with short, unhelpful replies, and many others went unanswered altogether. Each visit I've made to the office has been met with cold or dismissive attitudes. Even when my doctor extended my recovery another two weeks, Emily questioned it inappropriately in front of other staff. I've had to show up in person multiple times just to get updates, only to be brushed off again. The doctor and PAs are wonderful, but the back office is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking empathy. I've felt ignored and unsupported -- especially regarding time-sensitive EDD paperwork that directly impacts my income. It's unfortunate because Dr. Schultzel deserves better representation from his staff. Patients shouldn't have to fight this hard for basic communication and follow-up care. Edit: I split the difference and gave 3 stars. I have no issue with Dr Schultzel. It's sad I had to place a review to actually have someone try to call me or respond to the issues at hand.

If I could give no stars, I would Terrible experience with this group. My husband was in a severe…read moreaccident and had a TBI. Was in the hospital for five days during which he had 5 CT scans. We saw Ari Arroyo, who was fantastic at discharge we were told to follow up with a CT scan and an appointment within two weeks of discharge. I called them upon discharge and was told that I can't make it a follow up appointment until we had the CT scan. You cannot get to a live person. You have to leave a message with their AI assistant who will text you back. That was issue number one for us, and we could not understand why we could not make an appointment. While we did get the CT scan requisition, and scheduled it, I let them know the date of the CT scan and they still would not schedule anything until after the CT scan. We had the CT scan, I texted, called, emailed them to tell them that the CT scan was done and we wanted to make an appointment. We didn't hear anything for five days and I contacted them multiple times. Again you cannot get to a live person. You have to leave a message. And to top it off, they take a two hour lunch every day. I contacted our insurance company, who was completely unhappy with this situation and have referred this practice to their QA department for review. Our insurance agent called the number - there is an option for doctors or insurance companies referral. The first day she was on hold with them for 30 minutes the second day for over 90 mins, and trust me when I say they were not happy at all. Our insurance agent was able to get us an appointment with the Loma Linda neurosurgery team within one week. We had an excellent experience saw them at the Murrieta office, and we were seen very quickly by the neurosurgeon and have a great follow up plan. The doctors may be fantastic at this practice, we will never know but their policies of making appointments and getting callbacks is completely unacceptable especially for patients who have neurosurgical conditions. Go elsewhere, as mentioned Loma Linda was fantastic.
