This review is specifically toward Dr. Ray. He is the most unprofessional jerk I have ever met. My husband was in pain and came in at about 5:15pm (they close at 7) there were 0 patients in the waiting room and he was a new patient. The Dr told the wonderful receptionist Pamela that he basically was not going to see my husband because he won't have time. All the while patients started coming in after my husband while he filled out all of the paperwork. He was very short tempered And rude to say the least. He took my husband in the back and used the excuse (after we heard him say he wasnt going to have time to see my husband) you are in too much pain and I will cause you more pain. You need to go to urgent care first and wait a few days before seeing us. I said "really is that the reason? Or is it because you said you don't have time and didn't want to see him??" He said "That, and I don't want to cause him more pain!!???" Long story short he was rude and raised his voice at me and talked to me like in was an idiot! We (after giving him a piece of our minds) walked out and I was pissed!! He will not be returning to see this little incompetent man. My husband just slept wrong and has in the past and seen a different chiropractor for it and was seen same day and walked out better then before each time..he didn't care kept making excuses. I used to come here for myself frequently to see Dr. Simon who was amazing and attentive. We wasted an hour of our lives and energy. If I could give Dr ray 0 stars I would. Beware of this Dr. I hope for his sake and the company that he was just having a bad very lazy day. I hope he reads this and knows that he was wrong. I started coming here about a year ago after recently relocating. I have been in a few accidents and had some injuries in the past years so finding this place was awesome! The best part is that It is so nice to have a place that I know I can just drop by and get adjusted correctly by Dr. Simon. I feel good when I leave knowing that he always is concerned with making sure I leave better than I came in. I don't want a chiropractor that is going to rush to adjust my body just to stick to a time schedule. I'm sorry but when it comes to our bodies we should all want someone as caring and interested in the well being and healthiness of our joints like Dr. Simon is each and every time I go into the office. Thank you Dr. Simon for putting me at ease and allowing me to share where I am in pain or have a concern so that you can better help me with getting back on track in a correct & healthier way. Thank you also to Pamela at the front desk for always being so friendly and helpful even when she is pressured by "others" that seem to be in a hurry to get in and out. They just don't care about customers, they care about a paycheck and it's blatantly obvious. 1 of the older gentleman that aligned my back, I would give him a personal 5 stars! He took time to talk with my fiancé and I, ask questions & actually diagnose us. And overall just make us comfortable. He did it all and I learned so much from him...everyone else your lucky if they greet you! Let alone make you comfortable and they don't ask you anything. They will just point at the massage table and tell u to lay down. No customer service and no hospitality. Just sad that as far as Iv experienced. only one gentleman cares about his job and the people he's helping out. We canceled our memberships today witch was a total hassle. They didn't care to help in any way. Obviously because we're not gonna pay them anymore. So we won't be back. But we will be talking with that gentleman I mentioned and I'll update my review with his info so everyone seeing this can get the best treatment possible. read more

I came in a week ago to this facility to release some stress and pain due to travel (I'm from NY). From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by this sweetheart name Dori. While I was filling out my forms, Dori was very helpful with me. She helped me out with some of the questions I missed on the intake and started to talk to me about my trip and why I was there. Dr. Swink was my doctor. His care for me was EXCELLENT. I was very impressed how I felt afterwards. I've been going to doctor appointments all my life and I've NEVER had such great customer service!!! I'm so glad I came in to this clinic and receive so much great service. Dori is such a wonderful receptionist. Her smile and her personality does shine! I will recommend my friends and family to this clinic. I'm all about customer service and care! read more

Dr. Simon is one of the best chiropractors I have had the pleasure of experiencing his trestments. He is knowledgeable, experienced. listens and intuitively corrects the misalignments. read more

First off Pam at the front desk is amazing. So sweet spirited. I love Dr Simon. He is so genuine in wanting to help you feel better. It's on a walk in basis so you might have a short wait at times but it's worth it!!! I highly recommend them! read more

Dishonest. Not helpful. Not truthful. Absolutely misleading. I highly do not recommend. I wouldn't trust these people with your medical needs. The way they treat you., you'd probably end up with more medical problems or death. Stay away. read more

It's always busy here with only 1 doctor. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else. There are no appointments so you just show up and hope there is no long line or they have time to see you before closing. read more
