Staying in Jackson Hole for 2 days . What a great Western town. Love the authenticity of the playhouse. Watching their Prime time show "Oklahoma " . The cast had a preview before the main event. They were great. There's popcorn drinks cocktail in the lobby which decorated with western things. Concierge was so nice. Nicole was so helpful. Ticket price is reasonable . Dinner is available with extra fee. Thanks Jackson Hole Wyoming. Great experience

It's a cute theatre, with lots of history. The performers are 100% into their roles and give the best performance they can. There is a concession area like at your local theatre where you can get popcorn, drinks, etc. That's the good news. Now, the rest of the story...IF you go, do not choose a seat on the far right or left. These are old, uncomfortable and crammed so close that there is no leg room for someone like me who is 6'. In addition, if you sit on that right side like we did, close to the stage, the piano player is so enthusiastic (LOUD!) you can't hear any lyrics by the singers. (We moved after the intermission to open seats in the back left which were better!). Finally the show itself. It's cute, and vaguely resembles the movie (where Lee Marvin won an academy award). But it's campy, slow, and the songs occasionally interrupt the pacing (let alone we couldn't hear the lyrics so it was music with folks bouncing around the stage). We so wanted to like the show (we loved the movie). It didn't work for us, and left 15 mins after the show resumed after intermission.

We came here tonight on a lurch - no pun intended - and decided to buy tickets for the Halloween show, which was a parody of the Addams Family. Holy cow - what an unexpectedly fun night! The cast was super talented, as in great entertainers. The show was comedic kitshy by design, but that doesn't take away from the wonderful talent of the cast. The audience is involved at certain points in the show. I was fortunate in being among those called up, and had such a super fun time trying to keep up with the cast. If you were looking for something fun to do, this is it. Buy the tickets and go in with great expectations!

My husband and I saw Oklahoma last year and loved it. We brought our kids along this time while staying in Jackson. The food was great, as our the actors. Great voices. It was a little harder to hear when they were not singing this time but as they are just starting for the season I'm sure that will get worked out.

The playhouse is amazing!!! I came solo and did the dinner and performance package of a Haunting Halloween. I was sat at the bar and Nathan was my server. He was very personable and great to talk to. I ordered the fried chicken, which was delicious!!. The show was amazing!! Very funny and the actors portrayed the Addams Family. To add further spookiness, the ambiance was very cool. I had an amazing evening and I hope to come back again hopefully for a Christmas performance

We opted for the dinner and theater show. You have the option of only seeing the show. The food was decent, nothing to tout. The performers are your wait staff and bartenders; so before the show while you're eating, guests are treated to some acapella songs. The actors and actresses are very talented. The show commences at 8pm. Dinner begins at 6, so it's a very long evening. Not sure I'd opt to do the dinner again. The show was entertaining. The performers were very good. Because the dinner was so long, the two-hour show that followed felt long. The theater seating is quite uncomfortable, which definitely takes away from the enjoyment of the show. I would definitely return to the theater to see another show though. It was a fun evening.

Great play, we went for our date night and had a great time! Our favorite actress Sage Patchins stars as Millie and she does an amazing excellent job! She has a beautiful voice and acting presence, in fact the whole cast was excellent, we had the dinner also it was excellent I had the pork ribs & the lil woman got the Salmon very good. Great night!!

Over the summer, I sent my son to this Dancer's workshop camp to have a fun and wonderful experience, however, I soon realized that things weren't right as my son began to tell me about the disturbing way that his instructors treated him. At home and even at school, I strongly push my children to learn and speak Spanish alongside English, but after I sent my child for a few days to this camp, I noticed that my son didn't feel comfortable speaking Spanish anymore. At first, when I tried asking my son what happened, he wouldn't tell me, so I decided to wait until he felt more comfortable. Finally, when my son told me what was bothering him at camp, I found out that he was continuously being punished and shamed in front of his class for speaking Spanish. It is difficult for me to even begin to describe how outraged I felt when I realized what my son was enduring daily and the negative effect that it was having on him. According to my son, his instructor, whose name is Karen , at one point dared to tell him, "you're not Mexican, you're American". This is beyond unprofessional and borderline discriminatory, and I'm appalled by the fact that an establishment such as the center for the arts could allow for such behavior to occur without any reprimand. While I wish that I could say that this was the only terrible experience during this camp, unfortunately, it isn't. During pickup time on a particular day, I saw first-hand how little care the director and instructors have for children's safety. On one occasion, when I went to pick up my son, I was informed that my son's instructors carelessly allowed him to walk home by himself without even giving us a phone call. As a parent leaving my child's safety in the hands of the instructors at this camp, I expect that they make sure that children properly go to the correct people, yet this is an area that they don't give much attention to, which is deeply concerning. I almost had to threaten to get the police involved for the staff to take their job seriously and find my child, who was walking on the busy streets by himself, and worse of all, the instructor who found him then tried to shift the blame onto my child, instead of taking responsibility for their negligence. Ultimately, I speak out from a place of frustration, disappointment, and, most importantly, as a parent while writing about the atrocious experience that my child went through during their time at this camp, and I hope that by sharing this information I can help other parents from making the mistake of sending their children to an establishment that has unprofessional staff who are incompetent, negligent, and discriminatory. As I finish writing this review I think that it is a disgrace how one of the only establishments dedicated to the arts in the town of Jackson Hole could have such serious flaws in the way that staff care for and treat children, and I can confidently say that I'll never send my child here again.

I have been to quite a few cowboy cookouts in my day and this looked like fun. Bar T 5 takes you out on horse-drawn covered wagons to a remote area where you are treated to dinner and a show. They have been doing this show since 1974. The meeting place itself is in the outskirts of Jackson. After checking in, you are given a brief history of the area and an overview of the schedule. There is a gift shop on hand and you can see some of the horses in the corral. After loading up on the wagon, you ride a couple miles to Cache Creek Canyon. Along the way, some outlaws ride up on horses to try and "hijack" the wagons. Once you arrive, you are seated until you hear the dinner bell ring to tell you food is ready. Dinner includes barbeque pork medallion, roast beef, salad, baked beans, corn, bread and a brownie. Food is served buffet style and isn't too bad. They allow seconds once everyone is served. I enjoyed the entertainment. The Bar T 5 band plays some old country songs mixed in with a little humor. They try to provide a setting that reminds you of the days of singing songs around a campfire. The girl on the fiddle worked the crowd and was the best part. I'm a big camper and love the outdoors and glad I signed up for this. This fun little cowboy cookout was a great way to finish up my week long trip to Jackson.
