This is a FIVE STAR REVIEW!!! The ejector on my Sig Sauer semi-automatic pistol broke while at the…read morerange last Sunday. I was tempted to fix it myself, however, there are so many versions that I was afraid of getting the wrong one. I reached out on Yelp to several gunsmiths, but they were either too busy, too expensive, not interested, or wanted me to wait over a month. Their prices were also too high! Then, I got a message from Badlands Adventure Haven that was upbeat & inviting. Brennan, the gunsmith, not only said he could fix it immediately, but he gave me a price that was quite reasonable. I'm glad that I did not try to fix it myself. The replacement parts are highly specialized and there are at least 3 versions for the particular model of my pistol. Brennan knew exactly which version would work and ordered the right one. He also applied a special adhesive to the screws so they wouldn't come loose from heavy firing. I watched him do everything using professional gunsmithing tools & a special vice made just for guns. After about 20 minutes, I left with a feeling of complete satisfaction. I might also add that Brennan is quite amiable, highly professional, & true to his word. His ultimate aim is to please. Those who live in the North Phoenix / Glendale / Peoria area are very fortunate to have him nearby. I know that I certainly am. I highly recommend him. PS: His prices are extremely reasonable, as well.

He blew one payday 100% taking his friends on a bowling? Eating? Game playing spree? I'm not sure. This time he wanted a bike. Wheels. Transportation. Independence. For weeks he's talked about when he gets paid and his new bike. Would I help him pick it up? We scoped out a nearby bike shop. He switched to a pawn shop on his bus route home. Today was Thursday Sit and Chat, 2:30-4 pm Corner on the Market. He loves it because people enjoy him. Plus food and Independence! On the journey home was Grey Matter Bike Shop. We stopped to investigate. You donate a bike, they refurb it. Proceeds from used bike sales are donated to Barrow Neurologic Hospital. The owner's son died from brain cancer. Barrow treated him. The owner is paying back by healing old bicycles and donating the profit.. They also have a full showroom of fine electric and pedal powered bicycles at standard pricing. Plus excellent repair and service staff. Mr. G wanted a bike with a wide, comfortable seat. Sit and Chat Dave advised him to pick a bike short enough to not injure his groin areas when putting both feet on the pavement. We found a One Speed coaster brake cruiser, semi-fat tires. Simple to ride and repair. Wide, supportive seat. Built for comfort. Nearly new, brand new rear tire. $125.00. We pick it up tomorrow ar 10 am.

Since they are an actual manufacturer which is likely why they have things you cant find anywhere else. I saw it with multiple customers. The online store has more inventory than the actual gunsmithing / storefront but I come in to see the consignments they have since thats not online. a whole wall of mauser world war 2 rifles from 5 different countries and a 1911 thats chambered for 357 mag! Im looking to be one of the first civilians to own a Di optic Reaper pop up! in the Marine corps they used one on the .50 not a reaper but a DI optic unit (much larger I saw one in the display) it was the only red dot that did not succumb to SIDS! you know sudden infant death syndrome! it really shakes the hell out of em!
