    Very clean, organized, and staff is everywhere ready to attend to anything you need! Was a little sad the key machine is temporarily out of order but I was informed it should be back up soon. The number on the screen can be called to located another if your in need. Also found it helpful when downloading the Home Depot app anything I searched it gave me idle and bay number so I had no issues finding what I needed!

    Oh Home Depot as many times as I have been here in the last month you would think I work here. My husband and I are fixing our rent house and as most people know that can become a pain in your ***. We have bought several cans of paint from HD. They seem to be good about mixing it the same color as the one you had originally. Home Depot has gotten better able having more employees to help you find what you are looking for. And don't get me started on the Rboyi stuff. My husband love everything they sell! Having an edger, weed eater and blower that run off of battery packs instead of cords is the bomb!!! (I even use all of them)

    In search for the unique 4.5 inch size of new handles for my son customized dresser. And the only way I will get them is online. Of your like me, I like received my hardware in hand at time of purchase, and have the option of returning it in the same form. I wish they had the size instore.

    Shane and Norbi were very helpful. They help load my heavy generator onto the cart, they help checked me out, and they loaded it into my car. They were very polite and Professional.

    Returned two Solar Light posts in our yard. Hub's picked them out so they were not expensive at all, (I wasn't with him), but they didn't work so I brought them back to exchange for ones that were better, much, much better. They said they no longer sold them so they could give me .01cent a piece. I laughed, said keep the donation and walked out. I don't think we will return to that HDepot..it was the one receipt I didn't keep.

    Home improvement is not really my favorite thing. Needed to replace the leaking disposal. Wound up getting a new faucet so I could have a sprayer, and since we are messing down here replace the old dishwasher from the 80s. Sprayer was missing an attachment from the factory of course. And it's a part they don't sell it's proprietary Thank you Frank in customer service for figuring this out with us and getting the sprayer hose with the right part to us in the simplest no hassle way!! So instead of an afternoon of fixing it took a week but all seems well as the dishwasher is almost silently running its first cycle with no leaks.

He said he was booked on Monday but could send someone out in the evening. I needed service before then! He…read moreworked efficiently and communicated clearly as he was going through the investigation and repairs. He was not trying to upsell service, just give an honest repair and a job well done. When he finished, he cleaned his work area and left no mess. The only reason I knew he was there is because my ice maker worked. He even went above and beyond and cleaned my refrigerator evaporator coils at no additional cost. Also he asked me to follow up with him on the status. He genuinely wanted to know how the ice maker was working after the repair. Great service, great communication. Recommend giving victor a try on your next appliance repair needs.

I just want to say this my order was placed on 6/03/2023 and I have no washer or dryer.. Now the delivery did come the first time when expected. I'm in a townhome which is three stories. My washer and dryer connect is on the third floor.. When the drivers came to deliver my washer and dryer the delivery guy said it won't fit.. he made up every excuse not to try and even see if they would fit. I bought the add on that sit at the bottom of the washer and dryer and I asked him to bring those in. If he would have brought those we would have known if they would have fit.. he went down stairs and came back without the add one and said it won't.. plus he said the washer opens from the left side so I won't be able to open it. You guys when I went back into the Conn's store the washer I bought opens from the right he said it opened from the left.. also I measured my space and it said that the washer and dryer would fit.. I spoke with a manager who then scheduled me another delivery which I was told would be the next day which was Tuesday 6/6/23 and I was told I could expect delivery the next day. I had to call the number to confirm a time. When I called I was told the delivery wouldn't be until Friday which was okay. I did everything I did for the first delivery however I never got a time that they would be coming out .. Thursday we had a storm and the power went out in my place. The first time for me and living here in Texas so I was more worried about that.. power was restored later and I was excited about Friday... I got up early and did my trip to the grocery store since I had no idea of the delivery time.. I'm writing a book so I sat at home working and y'all my delivery never came. They never brought my washer and dryer. At this point I'm gonna get all 2,673.65 of my dollars back and take my business where it's wanted. I'm so disappointed with the service right now. The delivery man who didn't want to bring up just the added bottoms.. I measured my space and I also measured the washer and dryer and if they would have just brought the added bottoms we would have known if the dryers would have fitted for sure but the lazy deliver guy wouldn't sad part is I would have brought the damn things up my damn self.. now I have no washer nor dryer.. I had been doing research since I moved here in January .. I went by all these places to see which ones I loved and who had the better prices and I took pictures as well.. my pick was Conn's and this is what happen to me... now I have to start this journey all over again but first I'm gonna get my money back from these people who have no customer service at all.. the disappointment

    Can I give 0 stars? This company is so ridiculously unprofessional…read more Over a month ago I had a technician come and replace the gas from a broken cooktop. During the repair he either damaged or failed to remove all broken glass from one of the burners (left a piece of metal/screw in one of the burners - resulting that burner shorting out. I scheduled the technician to come back out - and they didn't properly book the appointment. Then they sent him out (a week after repair) and he never reported back to them - ends up he was released or they stopped using him for work. So they sent out a 'Master Technician'. He said he'd have to order a part and come back out and make the repair and see details of what the issue is when he has the part. That was a week or more after last technician had been to house. Well... after many weeks of waiting and numerous calls - all with a promised return call to get the service completed... nothing. Weeks of calls with no promised returned calls (in 30 minutes, by end of day, by Monday, etc...) They are full of shit! I have asked to talk to the owners, but nothing yet. They should have stepped in long ago TBH. Stay far away!

The fact that Cassie was extremely attentive and professional and Rudy coming out the same day and address issues with my fridge was awesome. Unfortunately the experience turned sour as the fix did not resolve my issue and I needed someone to come back out. Since Rudy did not change any parts, just provided "service", he let me know that if problem persists within 2 weeks, that would be the only time I would be able to have them come back out for a warrantied event. Within a week, I ended up calling same day back out for services. Suffice it to say, I was given the run around the whole day. The guy did not come during the scheduled time and even afterwards. He let me know that he needed to touch base with Rudy to see what he did and that he would come out after that. My better judgment understood these folks were not really about fixing issues more so than taking money and not holding on to their end of the bargain, so I reached out to another company and my problem is fixed. I could see if I was trying to jipp these guys and not pay, they had a trip charge and I was billed for some additional service...I paid. All I wanted to do is get my fridge fixed. I was transparent in the work already done, and I'm glad I was. I am sure they would have tried to tell me I would have needed a boat load of parts. These guys didn't look at the future value of money more so they looked at making the quick buck. If you want a place with questionable service and questionable follow up, choose service. If you want your appliance fixed and for a fair price, go elsewhere...

He said it's used and I don't have a receipt. I am part of ace rewards and all transactions are held in the system, which he refused to took up. When I pleaded my case he threatened to call the cops on me. I did not cuss or raise my voice. I had purchased over $300 from Ace in the past month and he thought returning a $25 item was unreasonable. It us unimaginable that Jeramie is in charge of customer service. I have had bad experiences with hardware stores as a woman lol. As soon as I walked into your store Jeremy greeted me with a huge smile and a friendly "Hello, how can I help you?" While I fished the screw / bolt thing from my pocket, another smiling face came to greet me (Valerie). I explained to them that I didn't know what the size or what it was called , but i did know that i needed 28 of them. Jeremy gave me a friendly smile and Valerie smiled and put her hand out & immediately said " Right this way." She was quick to help, kept the conversation light and was so friendly. Definitely gave me small town vibes and reminded me of home. I come from a small town where there are more cows than people. This was refreshing for Houston. My trip was quick and painless! Until I was almost finished with my project and realized I needed the same bolt/screw but slightly longer. So, I made the trip back to your store and as soon as I walked in, I got the same friendly service from another employee. Jeremy came from around the corner and recognized me and said, "Welcome back." I said yall were so nice i had to come twice LOL. He helped me get exactly what I needed, and Valerie saw me walking through the store and greeted me once again. These are small things but are so meaningful and set your business apart from The Home Depot / Lowe's etc. You have two great employees in Valerie & Jeremy. Please do something nice for them because when you have happy employees, they will make sure your customers are happy too. I will be visiting your store for all of my future hardware purchases.
