It's been nearly 2 months since I've had it contractor came by himself to install it. He said he needed to save money that he could do it himself, I called the Warranty department so much warranty on it. They want to charge me to send another contractor out here because the contractor they hired in the first place didn't do the job correctly. I will never recommend to anybody only because of the warranty it's not backed up. What a shame , waste of money

They are constantly turning over seasonal goods, from chickens to decorations, from toys to clothing, there is always a sale on something!!! The selection is wide, if not deep... I'm writing this review to bring serious attention to an ongoing issue at both the Bridgeland and…read moreTomball Tractor Supply Co. locations regarding the use of the pet wash station. Every time we've made the effort to drive out -- often 30 minutes each way -- with our baby and our dog, we've been met with repeated refusals from employees to use the pet wash. The excuses vary each time: "It's under maintenance," "We're about to close," "Someone else is using it," or vague reasons that feel more like avoidance than valid operational concerns. On several occasions, we weren't even allowed to check the pet wash ourselves to verify the claims. It's extremely frustrating and frankly feels like the staff simply doesn't want to deal with customers using that service. As loyal customers who have chosen TSC for both pet supplies and convenience, it's incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of treatment -- not once, but multiple times, across different locations. The lack of accountability and consistency in customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review brings this issue to the attention of store management and the corporate team. The pet wash is one of the advertised features that brings people into your stores -- please ensure your employees are trained to either provide the service as promised or communicate honestly and respectfully with your customers.

Nearly 18 months ago when I came to FBS to replace my dead gas wall oven, I marveled at the…read moreselection of dishwashers here. I even noted that in my initial review. I did not, however, think I'd be returning so quickly to do just that: replace a dishwasher that had gone kaput. When the control board and pump failed on my existing Bosch dishwasher, I knew exactly where to go so that I didn't have to pearl dive in the sink any more. I came here once, looked around, took notes and then went home and did my research. When I figured out which model would best suit me, I came back to buy. Lee assisted us again, as he had helped us with our oven. Very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me figure out that getting a model one step up from my initial choice was really a no-brainer (price difference was negligible and features were more comprehensive and intuitive). Prices here are extremely competitive and part of the reason that I returned here was because of their superior installation crew. Now, these are not your builder-grade or builder-supply store selection of dishwashers. I did not, however, go over the top price-wise with my purchase. I feel I got a quality machine at a very fair price that was expertly installed, exactly when they promised it would be here. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to return should I need to replace another major appliance.
