I really thought you guys were awesome. I gave you guys the benefit it out. Spent some money. I need the shit in my backyard now it's falling apart. It's been nearly 2 months since I've had it contractor came by himself to install it. He said he needed to save money that he could do it himself, I called the Warranty department so much warranty on it. They want to charge me to send another contractor out here because the contractor they hired in the first place didn't do the job correctly. I give Tuff Shed, more like Shit Show Shed 0 stars for the worst experience possible. They literally failed at every aspect possible. Communication was non existent. I called them or I heard nothing (for months at a time)! If I did not call them, I literally never heard from them. They had no idea what they were doing when it came to pulling a permit in my area. They held up my project for 6+ months saying they needed an engineered stamped set of plans, only to find out after they got it, it was not necessary, never was! They installed a shed that was not close to the approved design (even painted it the wrong color) and then they had the nerve to threaten me to take me to court or come confiscate the shed if I did not pay them the final amount due before they would address any issues! My opinion is if you want a Tuff Shed, run, run very fast in the opposite direction! This is a despicable company. Please do Not do any business with them, EVER. This is a BAD company! Very displeased with the whole experience. The installation was scheduled for 9-11 on am and by noon hadn't arrived. The installer didn't arrive until after 1:30 pm. I understand life happens & things arise. However, how hard is it to pick up a phone and state you are running late? Once installed...warranty issues arose. It's really sad that they are quick to take your money & slow to make corrections. I hate the Tuff Shed system was down when I initially started this process. Once the system came back up I just made the purchase. I originally had spoken to Tim Lutz at Pearland Home Depot, whom I wanted to install my shed. After speaking with him I felt confident his team would do a great job. Unfortunately, when you order online you get stuck with whom they pick. They would not allow me to change. read more

If I could I would not give any stars to tuff shed. I ordered my shed with the 888 number from home depot. After I payed for the shed everything went down the drain. I was not to schedule or getting information from Carla she told me sign the document with docu sign and afterward she will schedule me she did not was willing to answer any question. She was annoyed because I could not find the email from another person. I expected a docusign from tuff shed and not an email send under a person's name. She was rude and told me to go to home depot to talk to them.oh yes she was be able to tell me it is a diamond what I had no clue what I should do with that info. So I went to home depot and had to come back the next day because the person incharged was not there till the following day. So I had to spend another day and could not leave to my property. On Saturday I seen the person I charged and talked to him he also called tuff shed and Carla answered the phone and she was rude to him too and would not give any information to the homedepote agent. On the following Monday talked to a lady from tuff shed Abry and she was listening and explains a lot more. I signed the document and Abry told me my appointment will be May 13. We'll today I got a call from tuff shed telling me I don't have an appointment.my address was wrong even I gave the correct address at the first time stalked to the. I'm renting equipment to have everything ready for the 13th. So now I have to pay for the rental and the people and still no tuff shed. So far poor communication!! I was scheduled for the installation and delivery for today 9-11 and it's now 2:30! No one called me to explain why the delay. When I called the office, a scheduler said they don't know where the installer is and he forgot to pick up the building. Doesn't make any sense to me and we are very disappointed as we were looking forward to having our shed installed today. Please use another company to avoid this problem. I was initially a little skeptical about visiting this store on Harwin because I didn't think they would have any models to physically look at. To my surprise, they had a bunch. I was pleased with their quality and prices. Most of all Kurt made the whole experience enjoyable. He suggested some great options, informed us on the specials they offered and wasn't pushy at all. I would like for all to know. Homer ,the Tuff Shed Manager reached out to me and explained the the delivery and set up operation. Tuff Shed has guidelines to follow , especially with the COVID and test each delivery/set up crew. It seems the day of my delivery a crew member had developed a fever and thus caused a trickle down effect in delivery and set up for the date of our delivery. I appreciate the fact Tuff Shed is looking out for not only teir crew members , but the customer as well. Homer was very kind and courteous and made good on the Tuff Shed name. This was the worst time i have ever had in customer service. From building the shed at home depot to getting someone from tuff shed just to come out to look at where i could put the shed. After i purchased the shed finally took them over a month to get with me and let me know a start date. Then they charged me fees for the city that i was not required to have so they finally fixed that. So after all this they finally come out to my house and send two people that don't even speak english so of course my work bench and peg boards didn't get build the way i wanted them cause i could not even communicate with them after spending all this time an money. Also the two guys only put the shed 2 feet from the fence when it was suppose to be 4 feet so i have to get it moved or HOA will have me pay for someone to come move it. Which they are now taking care of finally for me.I had exposed nails in the inside of the shed and i have a 2 year old so we had to cut them ourselves cause it took forever for someone to come back out to do it. Very unhappy with this company after they have been giving me a run around every time i call and have been hanging up on me when all i wanted is to get it handled. Kenneth was the only one that knew what he was talking about and made sure it got taken care of. This is the worst customer service i have ever been through and i have been doing retail for over 10 years. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends and family ever! please be aware when you go through this company they just want your money. I was excited to have this addition to my home and it was a nightmare.
