My phone calls have gone unanswered, and I have had to visit the store in person twice. Each time, I was given the same explanation--that my refund request is waiting for the owner's approval. The lack of communication, failure to fulfill the order as promised, and delay in processing my refund have been extremely frustrating. A reputable business should honor its commitments and handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
