I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. As it turns out....they were right. The faucet canister slid right in and my leak was fixed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you even when they don't make a sale.
