    we bought a washer and dryer 2 months ago from here. Customer service was always good, very nice…read more We had an issue with the washer and a tech went out and fixed it quickly. Recently the dryer stopped working, we called the store since it was still under the warranty. The woman who runs the store was helpful and offerent to give us a new dryer. Delivery was set up and on day of delivery, the guys told us they're not bringing in, that they weren't told to do that. That information wasn't shared with us prior to delivery, we took the door off so the guys can easily bring it in. The guys that delivered said they have to call the store to ask about it but instead drove off without saying anything. I called the store to speak to the woman and express my frustration. She told us that guys had somewhere else to go and wasn't going to pay for them to bring it inside and install. I didn't ask to install but to bring inside since we werent able to and if they didn't want to install, we could do it. Unfortunately she kept saying no they won't do it, she's not their boss, and can't tell them what to do. It was left outside on a rainy day. I explained my issue with that and i don't think it's good customer service especially since we were sold a dryer that only lasted two months. She then proceeded to get defensive and blamed us for breaking the dryer. That was even more frustrating and I told her that I won't be using her store any further and won't be able to give a good review and she then hung up the phone on me. It's a shame because up until today, they were great. The store was nice, had a good selection of items which even used, looked pretty new. I also need to replace our fridge, stove, microwave but will need to look for another store

Multiple stores told me they couldn't get a replacement for my brand. A few plumbers quoted me a few hundred to replace to a few thousand to demo tile and install all new. A friend recommended Viking. I went told them my issue they were so nice listened to me explained what I needed and suggested I come back with the cartridge that break this way they didn't sell me something that didn't fit. Well I returned and they had what I needed and it turns out it wasn't some cartridge that no one could get anymore. These guys were honest and instead of thousands it cost me 29 dollars. I'm no plumber but my shower now works thanks to these guys. I'll happily recommend them to everyone. They've gained a customer for life. Thanks Guys

I called them and gave Mike the information from the label and they had them in stock. He asked me if we needed new couplings & adapters (yes). By the time my husband got there, everything was ready, including the invoice and they helped load it into our vehicle. When we renovated our bathroom, they had the matching tub, toilet & sink. For the shower, they had a temperature and pressure balanced shower fixture that works great! They had many choices for the sink fixture. They recommended what piping & fittings we should need to install everything. They are a busy shop but everything went smoothly, so I would definitely recommend Viking Plumbing & Heating.

The prices were competitive for what we had ordered. We placed our order in February, and they were happy to hold the order for us since we were targeting an April/May renovation. However, when COVID-19 got in the way and pushed everything back, Top Line was more than willing to hang onto the appliances until we were ready. Not once did they pressure us to take delivery, and they were VERY patient with us as we pushed the delivery date back and back. The delivery itself was scheduled within a two-hour window, and arrived within that window. The gents who delivered them took great care to avoid damaging the house or the appliances. I won't buy appliances anywhere else without checking Top Line first.

After waiting several weeks longer then they said it would take. the hood did not match the online specifications. I waited 2 weeks to here from " the rep" about this. I called the manufacturer and got the rep on the phons_ he was never contacted by Top Line. Great accept he was no help. So I returned the brand new hood never even fully out of the box, and im still waiting for my credit several weeks. /They have called to see if I dicided on a new hood, but never took care of my credit for the first. bottom Line ....they know very little about what they sell and customer service is non existent. you can go anywhere and get the same appliances at the same price with better service
