Unfortunately, Madison didn't have the door we were interested in so off I went to Union. Will the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with and was 100% knowledgable about storm doors. We ended up with the top pf the line Larson door and we couldn't be more pleased. Tommy and Carl did the installation, They were so helpful and friendly. It took a few hours and the end product came out fantastic. You could tell that the door was perfectly installed. I always use Jaeger as I'm not a fan of the big box stores. The customer service was outstanding and I was told if anything ever went wrong that the problem would be fixed immediately. I don't expect any problems but it's nice to know that Will is available in case. Great job.

I went in several times to look at options and design my bathroom. Linda was so helpful she listened to what I wanted, was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Once we narrowed down my options we set up a time for me to come in and she had some options laid out for me so I could play around with the design. Although the store was busy and she was multi-tasking she was totally available to me and kept checking in with me to answer my questions. Linda took calls and texts from me after hours and even personally delivered a few things that had to be picked up from the warehouse an hour away. Linda did the warehouse pick up for me so I didn't have to drive to south jersey. Additionally, Linda worked with my budget and did everything she could to make sure I was happy and I truly am. Our selections have come out beautiful so far and it's all because of Linda's help. She should be promoted to a store manager because she really knows her stuff and is truly dedicated to her position. The store manager was also a very nice guy and helpful, I didn't deal with him as much but he was very nice and also helped out. Great customer service, I will definitely be shopping with them again and I feel like I made a new friend!! Very very happy with my purchase! We are not done with the remodel yet but this is the start of what will be a very beautifully tiled shower! Thank you Linda!!
