This is the worst location. All of the employees are clueless and rude. The younger employees just stand around joking around with each other and ignore customers. I had to call from a bad experience we had and even the manager was lost on store policy's so I had to call the toll free number. Save yourself time and just order online. read more

This entire store should be staffed all over again! There is a manager in there that brags about being hung over, vapes in the store, and talks about women in such an inappropriate way. The other manager only targets the women of color by belittling and micromanaging. The lies about the descriptions on the jobs just to get people in there under such horrific work conditions. No one ever want to help you as a customer, and the ones that do are over-worked and used all over the store doing jobs they were not hired for or getting paid to do. There is an employee there that is like 16 years old but has be promoted and is given all the hours. It is obvious that there is favoritism going on in this place of business. Needed to save my few house plants I have left that I didn't kill. Haha So just headed to Home Depot right down the street on Tower at the 70 East intersection. Not much left for planting this year at a garden department that has everything you need to create your own little paradise space but they have soil. A lot of it. Everything from shingles to orchids. ORDERED a snow blower today at 9am. To be delivered to my home address, for delivery on 12th of December. When I got home, I noticed the delivery address was wrong. I called home depot at 9:15 and explained the issue. Just need to change 1 digit in the address. I was told sorry can't help you. So I returned to the store to talk to management. The manager called the supplier, to correct the address. 30 minutes on hold. Waiting to talk to the shipping company. They never pi ked up the phone. I was informed that I had to wait 3 days for the shipping to be confirmed, then I had to cancel the order, wait for the charge on my card to be reimbursed to my account , another 3 or 4 business days. Then re- order the snow blower, and wait till 2 weeks later for delivery. What a bunch of BS. I asked, you can't change the work order? No, I was told. . Our system won't allow it. So, a simple work order change in their app would take care of the issue, and I would get my oder as expected, and the issue would be over. But, NOOOO. Home depot has no control over the 3rd party supplier and shipper. So, make sure your paperwork is in order, before you leave home depot. Very unhappy, upset customer. BAH HUMMBUGG!!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would, the managers at this store are a complete joke! The only reason I come here from time to time is because it's the closest to my home unfortunately, the associates working at the front are great but never can get ANY help from the managers when they need it, they're usually sitting on their ass in the back from what I see. Every time I've come in and had an issue to the point that I have to speak with a manager they're 'busy' but when I go to the back all you hear is them yapping and laughing in the back. Horrible experience every time I have to speak with any of the so called managers. I understand why the employees can never count on them for help in any way which is very unfortunate and makes it a little more frustrating the fact that they're there and it's usually 2-4 there but completely useless. We went in to buy a used chain saw from the rental department as we saw online they actually sold a mikita brand chainsaw for less than retail . We called to confirm they had it showed up to the store talked to a huge burn out who said oh no we don't have it they haven't updated the website but you can buy the brand new ones at full price. No consideration for the waste of gas and time trying to get this stupid thing and were unapologetic about the mess up on the website for their specific store and would honor the price. As soon as we walked away magically the website was updated . I guess they don't want to be sued for false advertisement. DO NOT shop here read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. The person working the paint section would have been helpful if he stopped making jokes to insult my intelligence as a woman for 1 second. I approached another employee and asked if I could ask him a question and he cut me off and said "I don't have an answer." I've been using Home Depot for my home upgrades for years. Went in today to look for a few small things. The store was very unorganized to include the custom service Reps on the floor. We spoke to four different floor reps and we got answers anywhere from "I have no idea" to "it's over there" with a finger point in the general direction! My wife and I just laughed and eventually found what we needed at Target of all places. Won't be visiting this Home Depot again, there are many to choose from In the Denver metro region. read more

I was stopped by five teenage employees because they were just so sure I was stealing. I showed my receipt I spent 677.00 the head teenage manager didn't even know how to read the receipt I am close to contacting my lawyer to file work place harassment charges against these kids. I am a 61 years old lady that makes more money in a day than these kids make in a month and to be caused and accosted like that I was so embarrassed. this is not the first time this has happened but I'm about to make it the last time. read more

Pathetic customer service. I had a problem with an Employee and the Manager Aaron. Didn't even bother to do anything about it. Never met a manager who just showed up for a paycheck. I specifically took time out of my busy schedule to go to this location to purchase several sheets of 3/8 plywood. They have ZERO sheets of 3/8 plywood. In general, this store is dreadful when it comes to service, but I'm here today to complain about some renovations this Home Depot did for us. We had a kitchen counter top installed and the bumbling twit who measured the room didn't take into account the size of our dishwasher. Well, after the counter top is installed, we couldn't fit our dishwasher back into its area! We contacted the manager about this, but the most they would do is offer us a $200 gift voucher for their store. That amount was still short of the amount it cost us to replace the dishwasher with an appropriately-sized one. The clincher? They never gave us the $200 voucher! I warn you, don't get any renovations done via this store, or you'll seriously regret your decision. read more

I ordered an entire kitchen appliance package for a renovation, they delivered the wrong dishwasher. It wasn't even close to what I ordered, not even the right brand. Getting them to correct their mistake has been a nightmare. I was told over the phone that it will be refunded if I go there in person with the card I used for the original purchase, I drove the 20 minutes there and spent over an hour with customer service, no refund. They already took the incorrect dishwasher back, I already purchased a new one and scheduled the delivery , and no refund. I now have spent roughly $1700 on dishwashers and I have none. Also ordered $1800 worth of siding through their website which was supposed to be delivered today. They offer no information as far as tracking the delivery, it is now almost 8pm and still no delivery. We're going into a holiday weekend which means I won't see it for at least a few more days. I have contractors waiting on these items and it's costing me even more money. I had a similar issue with an air conditioner in the spring. Ordered online because it guaranteed a next day delivery. When the delivery never showed up I checked the order, they didn't have the unit in stock so they just cancelled the order. No phone call/email or anything. This company is awful but in particular this store is the literal worst. I'm not sure why I keep coming back but I promise I will NEVER make that mistake again. read more

I checked the internet, selected the Mississippi store in Aurora, CO., selected in store inventory. Which displayed the Hampton Bay, 11 in. floor fan in stock, Six (6) to be exact. Drive down there. I spoke to a person in kitchen and bath, who told me he had them. Get down there, and it's the "we don't know" show. What is the purpose of informing customers of your "inventory", then the customer calls, and is told the item is in the STORE. Only it's not... Bought a electric mower here and got 2 yr extended warranty and the mower stopped working 8 month later and and i bring it back then they told me I had to mail the mower back to the the manufacturer and that the Home Depot extended warranty kicks in AFTER the manufacture warranty and they would not help me. Safe to say that when the BF and I bought our first home back in 2014 we would have a few projects pop up. Well now three years later we tackled TONS of project ranging from minor changes, to major remodels, and this has become our go-to Home Depot location! ++ Store is always well stocked with a decent variety of the items we need. ++ They offer a variety or services from in home set-up/installation to diy workshops! ++ Prices are on point. +/- Staff is hit or miss. Either they're very helpful or completely unprofessional. Seeing thay this is the most convenient Home Depot location to us... I know we'll be back in the future as more projects arise! read more

Worst customer service at the rental department. Whoever is managing that department should get their associates a course on how to deal with customers who waited a month to rent an item and all of a sudden gets cancelled with no explanation. Terrible customer service. Asked a guy for help and when I told him both boxes of a product were empty he looked them up and sarcastically commented "that's because we only had 2. If there isn't any here then there isn't any backstock" didn't even bother checking. I then asked for the display and he scoffed and said no. When I asked him if there was someone else we could talk to because I've gotten many displays before he said "you could ask the supervisor.. but that's ME." Really? Sarcasm and no effort - great supervisor. I usually wouldn't even write a bad review but even 4 hours ago I talked to a different sales associate and he was also extremely rude - I asked where I could find a simple dye set and he laughed and said they don't have them. This is the worst store there is. DO NOT shop here. They are crooks and have terrible customer service. JUST TERRIBLE: I placed an online order for soil to be delivered. They confirmed the delivery date. After hours of moving heavy bags of soil, I find that they left off 50 bags. FIFTY BAGS OF SOIL MISSING. Had I not called they would have just stolen my money. Hundreds of dollars. After trying for three days in a row to get it resolved, and waiting for over an hour each time before I spoke with someone, (including times when they just hung up on me out of nowhere), I finally got through. Lo and behold- they refuse to schedule it for a reasonable delivery window. Now all the sod I ordered is about to die because there isn't enough soil. They're literally delivering the remainder of the order- AN ORDER THAT THEY CLAIM WAS ALREADY DELIVERED- over a week later. This sod is about to die. Awful store. Awful service. We have shopped Home Depot for household and landscaping projects for years- my parents, in-laws and siblings do as well. We're out. Never again shopping here. Switch to Lowe's or other home service companies- never again will I shop here, online or in store. read more

We needed new carpet, badly. HD running a special for free installation and up to 24 month interest free financing. We chose our carpet / padding and set up an account for a HD credit card so we could get the financing. 1) the first bill came in, it is only 6 months financing interest free....now have to go through the phone route to get what we were promised 2) we only had 900 sq ft of floor to be carpeted...it took them 5 1/2 hrs to install, one guy was new and not very well experienced 3) we are in week one and the carpet has come loose from under a room dividing floor board plate thingy...have left msgs with company that does the installation and no body returns our calls...will now have to go thru HD store....fight for the carpet to be fixed AND our 24 month int free financing 4) be aware: HD says installers move furniture, they only move some, YOU do the majority of it which is fine. I am disabled & cannot lift & what I could not move they helped a bit with. If they have to UNSCREW anything or "put a tool" to a piece of furniture (think beds) they charge $75 PER piece of furniture....my advice is to ask the installer company rep since THEY have the rules that HD does not know about We chose HD since they had a good sale going and they say that they move furniture ("they" is an independent company that moves, not HD) and they managed to mess up the two most important things: the financing and the installation Glad I won't have to do this again in my lifetime....it's hard when you don't have family close by to help w this gigantic project....still not finished with HD til we get these items ironed out. read more

A few days ago we decided to come in for spring decor and plants for my Mother's Day gifts. I'm not a great fan of Home Depot but this visit I have to say the beat Lowes in plant and flower selection. I've been dying for a nice fern or two and the other guys had nothing,zilch. Flowers? The other place, skimpy selection. I was shocked. We came here and found my fern, a nice specimen I might add , and some beautifully colored lilies to boot. We needed a new filled propane tank and that was the only glitch. It took some time to get some to unlock the cage and give it to us once we paid. My other half was getting perturbed since I went in once and he had to go in also. But when someone came out she apologized and helped us. The surprise was we were charged incorrectly for a exchange so that had to be corrected for our request. For our inconvenience, a small discount that left us happy. My only complaint is the layout. We couldn't find some other items we needed so we did the complimentary 5 mile hike. Overall, I was shocked that their competition, Lowes, was poorly stocked and Home Depot came out on top. The absolute worst Service. My family ordered Windows for our home in February and they said at the most it would take 8 weeks. Well we just got a call that they arrived mid September. Some were broken while being delivered. All the windows were scratched and damaged and dirty. My order wasn't even delivered complete. We payed for delivery and I just had to go pick up some that were missing from the order when delivered and I'm still missing more windows. If you're thinking about ordering anything here just don't. read more

I ordered 12 interior doors to be delivered. On the day of delivery, 5 doors showed up and we one was not even what I ordered. Went to the Home Depot that I ordered from and was told they were shipped from another store and I need to talk to them. And the wrong door I need to haul back. I explained to them that I was going to do neither and wanted to talk to the manager. Nichole, the mod, looked at my order and said the doors would be delivered the following Wednesday. 2-1/2 weeks, 3 more visits to the store and one phone call, I still have not received all of my ordered doors and they have no idea when they will be delivered. Customer service at this store is horrible! I would avoid this store it at all possible. 6 days later, I'm still waiting for a call from Eric Finley, the store manager. Purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher which included delivery and installation. the delivery was fine but that was the only thing that was good. the dishwasher was installed improperly and i needed a plumber to complete the installation and the fridge was neither set up or balanced and needed a contractor to finish the job. Would not use their delivery service that one of their store employee described as a throwback to Soviet era workmanship. read more

Waited for 30 minutes for someone to come help cut wire for us, asked 4 people for help and each person tried to get ahold of the electrical associate and no one came to help, only needed 10ft of black and white wire and ended up having to buy 2 50' roles of each and spend more then we needed to because it was a waist of time waiting for someone to come and help! I wish I could give you ZERO stars! I went in to the Aurora Colorado Home Depot store today to get a bigger bathroom faucet for my newly renovated master bathroom! The store showed 6 of the faucet I wanted - available! There were none on the shelf! I waited 25 minutes for an attendant - he finally said "not sure what to tell you ma'am - I show 7 available but don't know where they are??? Would you like me to call another store??? WHAT? After spending over $2000 in your store these last few weeks - I will go without before I EVER shop at a Home Depot again! I wasn't surprised to see all the negative reviews! I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the Lowe's store! As a guy, I have hung out in hardware type stores all my life, in different statesand different varieties of this type of store. They are like a giant candy store where one can roam and fantasize about all the projects that could get done. Well, this one has proved to be more than that and it is not all the products, supplies, tools etc that have made it that way. My first experience at this store was when I needed to by major appliances for my new home. I had some ideas what I wanted so I felt like a knowledgeable consumer. Then I went to Home Depot and met Bob Evans. He informed me about product lines and specific makes and models. He also did everything possible to set me up with discounts, rebates, promotions etc to save me money. The outcome was that I got all the appliances that I needed, a better quality of appliance, more energy efficient appliances and paid hundreds of dollars less than I had anticipated. Since this visit I have been to Home Depot dozens of times and to a person, everyone there who I have asked to assist me has been knowledgeable, friendly and definately did assist me with purchases. This place is now the ONLY store I go to for all my hardward type needs. read more
