I can't tell you how right this guy was! Ever since I have started just using SW paints, everything is easier, takes less coats and lasts! Plus I have had great service at almost all the SW I have been too (Park Meadows is the lone store I avoid). This time I came in with three shades of paint I needed to match from the house I recently bought. Not only did they get me in and out in like 20 minutes, they matched everything PERFECTLY - even the slightly faded weird front door color! I just won't go anywhere else. Plus their recommendations are always spot on. For instance, I wanted a nice brush I could use over and over and the one recommended has been a dream - it washes out easy and looks as good now as it did the first day! Highly recommend. This one has tons of parking since it is in a King Soopers parking lot. Plus there is a light to get in/out. Easy peasy :)

Then a girl with blue hair and eyebrows and a nasty demeanor let us know it was 8 minutes before close and then asked if we needed help. There literally was only one other family that came into the store the whole time we were there and only for a few minutes. My daughter looked around the entire store 2-3 times while I was looking at wallpaper. Neither the manager or the girl with blue hair said anything to either of us. My daughter said the blue haired girl was on her phone and she didn't see the manager. As we were leaving the manager comes up and asks if she can help us. I told her were had been there 45 minutes and no one has offered to help us except a few minutes prior. She said the designers were not available and I should have read the signs in the wallpaper area. She said she and the other girl were the only employees there and busy helping people in the paint department. Since there were really no other customers and my daughter saw otherwise, this was a complete falsehood. Clearly she was not management material (blonde haired, middle aged lady) and the blue haired girl was not interested in customer service only here phone. Both were rude, unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this location or Guiry's in general. It's too bad, I have bought many things there in the past.

Later, I asked an associate in a closed-off area if he could hand me three items that were directly next to him. He refused and told me I could wait 30 minutes until he was finished. The only thing HD is paid for is the products their customers buy. Everyone at HD should be aligned behind that goal.

I can't remember who helped me but he was fantastic and explained everything to me like I was a five year old (he wasn't mansplaining, I literally asked him to do that since I know nothing about paint). HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

Taylor (the manager) said she needs me to bring in a sample area for her to match. The paint was Navajo White by Sherwin WIlliams. I did explain it was on my ceiling. Her response is to cut out a section and bring it in. Really cut out my ceiling? Who is going to cut it out? Who would cut drywall for paint? I guess she does't want business.
