Very few places know how to take care of problematic cuticles on toes. Kim is amazing! I recommend her highly. Also...I don't know what magic they do but my toe nail color does not budge for weeks. Where do I start? This nail salon is close to where I live, which is the first plus. They have an easy-to-navigate appointment scheduling site in place, which is very convenient. Or, you could always go old school and call them. Check-in during my arrival was quick and easy. Everybody was extremely friendly and accommodating, I must add. They have massage chairs during your pedicure that are just fantastic. You can choose which area you would like to target, along with the intensity. Just perfect after a long day of work! I received the ombré dip powder manicure, along with the deluxe pedicure for my last visit. Any add-ons will be communicated to you during this process. Plus tip, my total came to $175 even. I was really looking forward to a hot stone massage here with my mother during holiday break, but I was left down HARD. The lady rubbed the hot stones over my ankle bone's continuously and didn't even remove the dead skin on the bottom of my feet. This salon is amazing. I had a spa pedicure and a manicure. They took their time with the pedicure, massaging legs and feet and applying the lotions. I had acrylic nails removed and gel applied. They took their time to remove the acrylic nails and pamper my nails for the applying of the gel. The hand massage felt great too. Salon is extremely clean. Technicians were all very friendly. Great Nail Salon and Spa! The technicians were friendly and the gentleman at the front desk was very thoughtful and kind! I have a bad knee and was walking with a cane, I arrived early for my appointment and he was so nice. He directed me to one of the pedicure chair, brought me a bottle of cold water and said I could wait there and use the massage that was built in to the chair while I was selecting the nail polish I wanted and while I was waiting for my technician. My appointment was with Anna (this was my second trip to this Spa and second manicure with Anna) she does a great job with my nails! She is super nice and also very thoughtful. I have to say that in comparison to other Nail Spas in this area, The Heights, gives you more for you money. Other salons in the area charge extra for nearly everything. For example @ the Height a hand massage with lotion and a hot towel is included with the basic Manicure price, elsewhere it costs extra. Also, at the Heights you can get Cat's Polish for the same price as the other polishes, at other salons they charge $5 extra, To sum it all up I would say go to the Heights Nail Salon you won't be disappointed! read more

My first visit was 3 weeks for a manicure and gel polish. Henry was my nail tech. At first I was concerned since it was a guy (I think they rush some times), but I loved the care and attention he gave to my nails. He even let me change my color once he applied it to the first nail and I didn't like it. Today was my second visit and once again I was pleased with my service. Henry was great, he takes his time with my nails (which I appreciate because I'm very picky). I had a gel polish change, I was in and out in 35 mins which is wonderful.
