Put my flip flops back on and proceeded to work on my other toes, but NEVER did any work on my ingrown. Yes, I reminded him a 3rd time. But he just mumbled something and started painting.

Way back when mom used to give me $20-30 dollars to go hang at the mall. This was my go-to place, (Pricing has increased as well as anything has/would since 10-15 years ago!) I always felt welcomed here, never judged! The employees always had smiles on their faces and say "hello" and always ask right away what you need done, and to "pick a color" from the wall.
