I only go for pedicures and would recommend them to my friends. This is the only place I can consistently get an appointment for two and our pedis are performed simultaneously. I've never experienced a nail infection as a result and they've never punctured my skin. I was visiting from out of town and decided to try Nail Lounge while in the area. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician did not properly remove my previous gel powder. Instead, they used a drill too aggressively and ended up cracking my natural nail. I also asked for a cat eye, but the result looked more like regular glitter nail polish. The magnetic cat eye effect was not done correctly and didn't have the dimensional look it should. I'm really particular about my nails and was hoping for a better experience. I wish more care had been taken with the removal process and with achieving the cat eye effect I requested. Update: I just want to update the gel polish that was used is peeling off after five days. Chanced it on a Saturday and went for a walk-in pedicure. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and signed in. The wait was about 10 minutes. The nail tech was efficient and methodical. He took great care of my feet and my nails were painted nicely. The prices are more than fair, especially since I'm used to paying $65 or more for a standard pedicure. a bridal party of six today and the brides nails were the worst. Asked for French manicure and white paint for pedicure. Manicure wasn't done correctly with cuticles not pushed back causing nail to be crooked. Pedicure could've been done by a 2 year old and looked better. Went back and told them about it and said it was because her nail bed is short. Should be able to do short nail beds, you do little girls nails... Redid the nails, but still not the best AND charged for the redo! Not our fault they needed to be redone. Mind you the extra time of our day it took to redo them. Do not recommend. read more

Staff was friendly and the space was very spacious with lots of stations! Seemed to be well run, but my experience was not good! I went into it knowing that the acrylic set was $40 and the end was charged $90. On the price breakdown, it was stated that it would be an up charge for 3+ colors but I only used 2 colors. I got stripes on a few of my nails and asked for a rounded almond shape. When I asked for the breakdown of the cost, after the service was done, they told me the shape and stripes were $50 which was more than the service itself. Not only were they not transparent on the pricing, my cuticles were cut multiple times as I left bleeding. Went TODAY for a mani pedi. Had Jimmy who is very rude. Service was very rushed and not great work. Could have done better myself. I paid extra for gel so they would hold up better as I am going on vacation soon. I got out of the shower only for my GEL NAILS to CHIP and completely peel off. Not showing a picture of my toes but they look awful. I paid over $100 with tip. AND I had to go home and fix the shape after. They were all different lengths and shapes. Horrible place. I was treated rudely by 3 different nail techs on the conveyor belt of trying to get a gel manicure with a design. They barely speak English and it was very difficult to get them to understand what I wanted which was nothing out of the ordinary. I'd mention names, but apparently introducing yourself to a new client isn't a part of the culture here. The one thing they do really well is talk about you in their native language like you're not sitting right there! I will never go there again! read more

So disappointed. My friend and I went in together last night. The woman I saw did not only give me a completely different look than what I asked for but she also did not listen to me when I told her it was not the cat eye that I wanted. I wanted the mood change and she refused to listen to me. I also asked her to to fix one of the nails, as it was a different shape than the others, she said it was fine how it was. She also left polish on my thumb and broke the skin of one of my fingers with her tools. I was unhappy with my results but I was also hungry and ready to leave so I just made plans to have my regular nail lady fix them and waited for her to finish with my friend. That's when I got more frustrated. She didn't pay enough attention to the design my friend asked for and so from the start she had already messed up the look. Whatever, at least it was the same colors? Wrong. The acrylic powder she used made the nail bright pink which didn't work with the look my friend wanted so she asked the woman to apply a base coat. She blatantly told her no, she wasn't going to put on a base coat and kept going. My friend decided to give it a shot and see the outcome but once she started with the second (and final) color she new it wasn't going to look how she wanted it to so she politely asked her to just make it all one color and this lady snapped at her. Raised her voice and got an attitude with her. I couldn't believe what was happening, I have never been treated that way at my nail salon. I almost didn't leave a tip. Don't go here. read more

Worse manicure I've ever received! The cuticle cutter was more like a magic wand. It went around my cuticle, but he didn't cut anything!

If you enjoy Walmart aisle press-on quality with a touch of assault at your own expense then you'll be delighted to go see Hannah (the owner's wife) at The Nail Lounge. I had the pleasure of getting a fill while both my daughters had full sets this weekend. I let it go when my polish and nail shape came out looking like craft glitter glue from Five Below. I overlooked the overcharge of $20 for the just longer than nail bed square ombré nails that literally required nothing more than lobbing the plastic tip off with clippers and applying acrylic. The final straw was when my youngest came home upset because, despite requesting short almond shaped nails with a French tip, she got straight out of the plastic case baby blue flippers that looked like Perry the Platypus's bill. Not only had Hannah taken ZERO EFFORT to prep her nail beds by pushing back her cuticles, but she told her that what she wanted with brown polish French tips (to match her giraffe bikini) would look bad on her and so she did what she wanted and set her own rate. When I brought her back in to get them fixed she had to sit with Hannah, who was visibly ticked off that she wanted her nails fixed. When I came over to help my daughter explain that she wanted more of a short almond shape we were disgustedly told that's an extra $5. I explained that we already paid about $60 and they don't look professional. She proceeded to get loud and stomp over to the front desk where I was standing with my infant son in his carrier and wave the "services" sheet in my face. She continued to argue and be loud and wagged her finger an inch from my face. I told her very loudly at this point to back away from me immediately. Bring cash because their card machine seems to always be out of order. They installed an ATM right next to the register...a nail salon with an ATM? They should just be upfront about not wanting to pay card fees. The service is meh, they always try to upsell you and are pretty rude.
