I had a very bad experience here today with Le. The tip got glued to my skin and it is ripping my skin as it pulls off. The acrylic looks grown out. The polish job is sloppy. She clipped off a ton of skin, a lot of which was not dead, during my pedicure... and it hurt. I had a gift certificate, thankfully, as I would not have paid out of pocket for this quality. I will try again with Vince, who I normally go to and who is amazing (why I gave 3 stars and not 1 for today). I'll update my review if I have more good experiences because I really really loved this place until today's awful mani/pedi. read more

Attention to detail, friendly staff, very clean, very little, if any, obnoxious, chemical odors, complementary wine and nonalcoholic beverages. I always go here and ask for Loan, she is great and usually always does a nice job. Tonight I picked a nude color and didnt realize it would be such a vague color almost making nails look dirty instead of nude. dissatisfied with the color from the start when she showed me the first two fingers, but she insisted that I continue with it because "it will look nice outside of the light." Then another taller Asian lady walked by and told me to keep my hands under the light because it will "break the polish". I explained to her that the hand I was looking at had already been for many minutes in the light hence why I was looking at that one and not the freshly polished one. She then laughed and told me to "you can take out then, take out". She was not the one doing my nails so I was very confused as to why she was even telling me what to do. I told Loan I did not like the color. She immediately turned and spoke another language to the taller lady. the the other lady started laughing and asked me you don't like the color and I said no I didn't realize it would be this color. She immediately said "you have to pay for another color and Loan is done for the night". I told her of course I would pay and I wasn't looking to get anything for free other than good customer service where I could get my color changed if I didn't like it. I have been coming here for years and I will never be back because I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to tonight. She was very rude. I do not appreciate being treated like that when you are a patron of the place. I have never before asked to change my polish And I always tip $10 for gel manicure. The tall heavy set lady was Very unprofessional. I will be looking for a new place. How your treat your customers determines if they will be repeat business or not. If a customer would like to change their polish, they should be able to for an extra charge. there are many salon/spas in the area, the only thing that would keep a customer coming back is how you treat your customers. a very disappointing experience tonight. My wife had her nails done 3 days 10/2025 before she sustained a fractured humerus,as the result of a fall. She needed her nails trimmed and wanted the polish removed. We stopped by Angkor ( where she has her nails done) and she was taken immediately. With her arm in a sling, the Technician was so patient and gentle. I came here for my birthday and asked for my nails to look like that. You could not tell it was ombré and yet I was still charged for the ombré on all 4 fingers that I got done. I have never gotten my nails done before and after reading so many good reviews I decided to come here. My nails came out really good. Painted exactly how I wanted them. However, when asked what shape of nail I wanted, I said oval and the nail tech, kinda laughed and said "you mean almond?" Last time I checked, oval is a nail shape and is different from almond. The fact that a nail tech, doesn't or has never even heard of oval nails, is very strange to me. I ended up with almond nails cause I didn't want to argue and I was already stressed as it was my first time. But my nails still came out very pretty. However it was pretty expensive. Cost me $81. Came here with my bridal party to get our nails done the day before my wedding. I made an apt about a month in advance and they were very accommodating and made sure our group was all seated together and being worked on at the same time. We all got gel manis and regular pedis and they came out looking fabulous. Seemed clean and everyone was pleasant enough, not overly friendly by any means. Got a spa pedicure for myself and my mother. The gal who did my pedicure and manicure was quite and didn't ask me any questions about what I wanted or if everything was okay. Then she cuts my toe so bad that I am literally dripping blood everywhere. She never apologized or mentioned it whatsoever but starts putting some green stuff that burns worse than any alcohol or cleaner I've ever seen! She uses this about 4 time I'm guessing to stop the bleeding. I have an extremely high pain tolerance and this cut and whatever she put on it hurt so bloody badly I was nearly in tears. Yes my bad because I never asked what it was or said anything other than that really hurts. But I've never experienced anything like this EVER! And I've been getting my nails done for 20 years in salons on the west coast. This is my first experience here and I hope and prey the only time I have such a horrible experience. I have had gel manicures done for years but my tech retired! The first time and 2nd time I went to Angkor it was okay but that tech left. The last time I went it was horrible! Judy, the tech, did not take polish off the normal way, just started shaving the polish off, it damaged my nails! Also, she took polish off at the cuticles so by the time it was finished, it looked like a week of grow out. The polish started lifting from my nails 2 days later and 3 of them split since they were so weak from all that shaving. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

I did not have a good experience here. My nail technician was rude to me & asked me to pick a color after having shown him a photo of what I wanted. He & his colleagues were then laughing & bantering when he kept asking me what color I wanted & I handn't picked one from the 3 thick books he shoved to me through the hole in the plastic shield. (Which was hard to do as he was working on my nails since they were naked upon arrival.) He did not offer to help me pick a color to match the photo I sent him. When he asked me what shape I wanted, I wasn't sure & he laughed at me when I asked questions about the shapes. He then spoke to his colleagues & they began laughing & bantering back & fourth, which very well seemed to be about me & not knowing what shape I wanted. Which upset me & made me feel uncomfortable but he was already gluing on the nails so I couldn't leave. He then did not do what I wanted in the photo I showed to him. The manicure was thorough (I have bad cuticles and they need to be soaked first before cutting, many places won't soak them) including soaking my fingers! From the first visit, Mandy has been wonderful to work with. She is very patient because I have tremors and cannot hold my hands still. The workers were very nice and professional. The gentleman who did my nails took his time and was meticulous which I appreciated. However, I got my nails done with gel two days before an out of town wedding I was in. One of my nails chipped the very next day after getting them done, very disappointing! I also needed my nails to be a light color and on some of my nails the paint isn't even creating large dark areas where the polish wasn't well applied. The service and attention to detail was superb, and their desire to keep your nails healthy and in prime condition is exceptional. I generally don't post reviews I just look at them. I was a first timer here on a Thursday. It's Saturday morning and my gel polish is already chipping. I don't want to get it fixed bc I don't want to be charged anymore money. They even charge you to cut your nails down, every other nail place I've been to has never charged extra for that! That's part of the service. I won't be going back here ever. The staff is friendly and the place is nice and clean but I the price I was charged for my nails was absolutely crazy! Of course my first time here I get the new guy.. he filled and shaped my nail great but the man can not put on polish, there are paint lines all through my nails. Very noticeable. Also wanted my toe color changed so sitting at the nail seat he puts my foot on his knee to take the polish off, didn't even take me to a pedicure chair! It was gel polish so had to be filed off.
