My nails were a lot more expensive though than I thought. I didn't realize they charged more for gel paint until the very end and it was $50 more than my home salon and I get the same gel paint there as well. This kind of worked out because I got regular nail polish and she got gel and it allowed time for my polish to dry. The awesome: The confusion and wait was well worth it. My mom ALWAYS complains about her pedicure. She did not have one complaint. She said her nail pedicure was perfect. My pedicure was excellent too. Just the right amount of time. The massage was wonderful. The coconut scent reminded me of the beach. The nail tech was super nice. My nails are a nice shape. It was so relaxing.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I had my…read morenails and a pedicure done here last Saturday with Ivy, and within just one week everything looked extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked for almond-shaped nails, but Ivy did not listen to what I was asking for. All of my nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and the polish application was messy, especially around the cuticles. There was noticeable lifting within just a few days. It got to the point where I felt embarrassed by how my nails looked and had to go to another salon to have them fixed, which is very frustrating after already paying for the service. My pedicure was also very disappointing. It felt rushed and was done in about 20 minutes, and the polish was uneven and already chipped shortly after. On top of that, I brought my niece with me, and she also received a pedicure and a gel manicure, so I spent a significant amount of money that day. Given the total cost, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected. I would not return.

I picked my type of pedicure, the cheapest, a Classic, with just regular polish, not gel. She didn't seem happy with my choice. She was not friendly and had an angry face during the entire procedure. After she was finished, I sat for about 10 minutes, she sprayed something on my toes, pointed to my sandals and said, "be careful putting those on". Well you can guess what happened then. Let's just say she was very angry that she had to fix 3 toes. she mumbled something like, "you are my ...". Didn't quite understand in her broken English. Never ever going back there. Horrible customer service.
