I really wanted to like this place but this last experience I had was pretty bad. I scheduled an appointment for a fill, coffin shape and dip ombré. The tech soaked my tips off, then blamed me for not telling her (when I scheduled a fill and told her that's why I was there). And honestly it was pretty obvious those were not my real nails. She then told me I had to get a new set every single time with dip which is absolutely not true. So in addition to that, I got charged for coffin when they are definitely square. She painted gel overtop loose powder covering my nails. She left some old acrylic on my nails and painted gel overtop chunks of it. And then she found it appropriate to file my nails after the gel top coat was applied and cured. I'm still confused over that one. So yeah, I'll attach a photo of what $50 looks like. read more

Longest wait to get my nails done and the place isn't even packed. The lady put glue on my nail half way then placed the nail and put glue on top. Very unprofessional. Called, made am appointment, 15 minutes later I was getting my pedicure. Very kind and cautious. I was with my grand daughter and they were very nice to her too. Overall, great service, still getting nails done, will update when I am done. So far, toes look amazing Christmas nails look great!! I will be back! read more

Went there for service with Tryn and unfortunately although I had an appointment for feet and toes but she only did my nails. Said she didn't have time for my toes. I picked a nail polish and she gave me a different tone, than make comments about how I paid to make sure she got a tip without even knowing if I was giving her one!! Wow! From the start of making the appointment to the end of our joyful pedicures, we were impressed. This salon is clean, the employees are magnificent, the quality of their work is just amazing. What an amazing experience! Julie was the best I have ever had. I just moved to Lancaster so I had to depend on Yelp for a recommendation. I called this morning for an appointment to day (which they only take at this time). The place was clean, modern and very relaxing. Julie was the only nail tech that ever initiated a conversation and continued to talk with me the whole time instead of the awkward silence you usually have at a nail place. She was very pleasant to talk to. Julie did an amazing design on my nails adding a design that I told her I did not want to wear shoes because I wanted to show it off! I have already told my daughter when she visits that she has to get her nails done here also. Thank you Julie!!!!! We will be back next month!!! read more

First-if you get Joyce, turn around and walk out. Myself and my daughters went in on a whim on day to get basic pedis. I've had many pedi's before and the always last, I don't get the gel polish on my toes. Joyce immediately tried to upsell us and I politely declined. After that, she could not be bothered with us. It was the most horrible pedi experience I have ever had. RUDE. She didn't speak to me, and gave no lower leg massage of any sort, not even a quickie. Then she began the painting of the toes, IN THE WRONG COLOR! a shade of pink yes, but not the subtle pink I chose, a neon pink. It happened so fast she already had a few painted before I realized. At that point I didn't even bother to say something to her, she was so incredibly rude. The fastest paint job I've ever seen. After she finished she immediately turned off my massage chair and told me to go sit under the light. They she came over and said "you pay now" took my credit card and processed payment. Never any thank you or have a nice day, or anything at all. She couldn't wait to go sit next to her friend and gossip, I guess. Never said goodbye, offered a drink. NOTHING. Meanwhile, my daughters had the loveliest women. Lynda and a lady that may have been the manager, who did not have a name tag and dressed in heels and nice clothing. VERY LOVELY LADIES. Kind, attentive, I was envious of their massages and overall kindness. After they were finished they walked them over to the light table, said thank you, offered them sodas. Then they came back and checked on their toes. SO SWEET! Lastly, two days later the paint on one of my toes came completely off. I don't believe they use quality products; I prefer OPI paint, but this was some sort of generic junk. I've never had my toenail paint come off two days later. read more

I recommend this business! My nail tech and others were very friendly and knowledgeable, the salon was very clean, they are reasonably priced and located in a private setting. I got my chemical free gel nails done a few days prior to my daughters wedding and I was working on a craft and damaged my nail. I called and explained my situation, they fit me in asap and even though it was my fault they didn't charge me! Also my daughter (the bride) had gotten her nails done at another nail salon for her wedding and they did a horrible job!! I contacted Lancaster nails and they were willing to fit her in but unfortunately she had too much scheduled and wasn't able to get them done or I would have shared her pics. I've been to a few nail salons in the Lancaster area and was extremely disappointed. Then I found Lancaster Nails and fell in love! Mary is very thorough in her pedicures, is an expert at removing ingrown toenails and massaging you until you could fall asleep! The other owner does fingernails and is very sweet and talented. They never rush you out the door. Have had nothing but good experiences here and I will admit I'm one of the pickiest people when it comes to nail salons. You ever leave a nail appointment feeling like you want to cry? That was me today. Cuticles were cut in the most lackadaisical manner. Polish was horrendously applied. Nail tech got oil on my suede Birkenstocks (insert cringe bc the leather is semi ruined). Rubbed the nail file on top of my nail (this ruins your nails ladies, it may temporarily help polish grip to your nail but wrecks the integrity of your nail bed). I couldn't even stay to let her apply the gel polish bc I was so disheartened by the job she did. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. Oh and I still had to pay $40. read more

I just absolutely love this place! I am a returning customer. Julie, the owner n nail technician, does exceptional work and it's super understanding! She is very understanding that I've had to reschedule a number of times to to my health or my husband's demanding job. She has rescheduled me with no problem. While I'm there we have great conversation but she doesn't exceptional time with my nails. She does a phenomenal job with designs for nails for holidays and does them all by hand. I absolutely love this place it is clean and well-kept. I have found my nail salon! read more

They are doing an AWESOME job ensuring customer safety. Taking temperatures, appointments made rather than walk in. Only 2 customers permitted in at a time. Plexiglass at stations, masks worn and required. And with all of that they still do an EXCELLENT JOB with manicures and pedicures. Julie is wonderful! read more

Best nail salon I have ever been to. I go regularly to get gel nails and love them everytime. The owner will do as many colors as you like with no up charge, she removes old gel no up charge, the place is always spotless, you can use massage chair next to q friend who is getting a pedicure, always makes nice conversation, and the nails have lasted me as long as a month, never have had a single nail chip or flake and if I did you just come back and she will fix it!
