I came to this salon hoping to get a nice and relaxing experience, unfortunately that didn't happen! Upon entrance none of the staff were wearing masks. First, my nail tech took 10 minutes refilling bottles. Then, she rushed through the cuticle trimming and manicure. The nails required multiple coats of polish due to unevenness and in the end are bumpy and will probably chip soon. The final massage was rough and abrasive. I will not be returning to this salon after this experience and I recommend you try one of the many other salons around the area instead. **RESPONSE TO SHOP OWNER** Hi Ivy, I came in this morning just after opening. This place is amazing. I've tried a ton of nail salons in the area, looking for one that can wow me. This one does it. I went in last night for a pedicure and a new set. I currently have on acrylics, but the last place I went to just kept putting on new acrylic and never replaced the old set. Here they took the time to take off my old ones, and replace them with me, fresh nails. And they look so good! The pedicure was nothing short of incredible. The tubs all had the individual liners, which I can appreciate. And I felt so much better after I was done. If you're in the area and want a good, quick, relaxing place to get your nails done.. I've waited until going 3 times to make a fair review. PROS: Very nice space, beautiful tables and pedicure chairs. Well decorated. The room in the back for waxing is clean and has paper that can be changed out in-between clients. CONS: Overpriced by about $5-10 on certain services. I feel the Sakura gel they offer chips much faster than other brands I have used. Last time the top coat peeled off the color gel after about a week. I went in today for a mani-pedi. Apparently they didn't know I already had gel on my fingers so I think they were upset that my pedi technician didn't soak my nails before she started the pedi. Another technician did my nails and I think it was a rush job. She was nice, but barely cut any cuticle, barely soaked my nails, and didn't cure the polish long enough. As such, 7 hours after my nails were done, I have a chip on one already. This is unacceptable. I didn't spend $70 dollars to have this happen. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more

I went in today to get a manicure and pedicure for my wedding this weekend. From the start, the stylist did not want to do what I was asking. When I said the American Manicure was "too pink" she told me it was the color of my skin. She did redo my nails when I asked but did not want to add more white until I insisted over and over again. She also did not trim my cuticles at all and when I asked her to clean them up at the end she did a few and then stopped. She did a good job on the pedicure but I ended up paying $83 and spent 2 hours there and was still not satisfied when I left the salon. There was a bit of a language barrier and the masks made it hard to understand but I did expect better service especially considering she knew it was for my wedding. read more

My favorite nail salon, Lovely Nails, always been my go to because I have sensitive fingers so they bleed easily when getting my nails done but she was very careful and meticulous when doing my nails. This place is truly amazing. Ivy did my manicure and took great care and attention and made me feel so at ease after the last salon I went to botched my nails. She is such a perfectionist and really checked each nail to make sure it fit her standards. Between this salon being appointment only and the amount of time Ivy spent with me, you can tell they value loyal, happy clients over a quick flip. The atmosphere was so peaceful from the music, to the sparkling clean stations, to the sense of security you feel with your nail tech. I came to visit my cousin in PA and we decided to treat ourselves to pedicures. We chose V Nails Spa as it was open and not far from her home. I must say that I am so glad that we ended up here. We did not have appointments but were able to walk right in and also be seated right next to each other.  We saw a sign saying that they only accept cash tips so we inquired about that and ran to the PetSmart to buy some items before returning. They were so nice the entire time. We never felt rushed or any rudeness.  I messaged the entire time I was getting my pedicure and did not once have to stop or say ouch because they cut too much of the cuticle away. That is usually my experience everywhere else where I have to watch them very closely. We got spa pedicures and they used rose lotion and scrub. It was delightful indeed. Afterwards when drying my toes, I broke my purse charm off and Hannah (my nail technician) insisted on fixing it with some super glue. I thought that was the cutest thing ever.  She checked on my toes before I left as well to make sure they were dry. She even said thank you and was very appreciative of my tip. Some nail techs show irritation if they don't think it's a big enough tip.  As a matter of fact, I think I gave my tip to someone else to give to Hannah because she did not hang around hoping for a tip, she was getting ready to head out for the day. You know what that means, she was just providing good service because that's what should be done in this industry...how many of us can say that we receive good service just because it's the right thing to do? All in all I highly recommend this place. It was a good experience. read more

I am unsure how to feel...if i could give 3.5 stars I think I would. It is a very nice nail salon! Fairly clean! I say fairly because the towel my nail tech had for me had nail clippings on it, but other than that they used clean, new tools, and the place itself looked visibly clean. Upon walking in, I stood waiting about 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me. Two woman were already working on customers' nails so I understood that they were busy. The woman who ended up greeting me was kind and took me directly to a manicure station. I asked for a gel manicure, the nail tech offered dip instead (I like the way dip looks but not the heaviness and my nails grow really fast). I refused twice and finally she said "whatever" (only to bring it up again at the end). The manicure came out fine, and was only $30, which is cheaper than other places I've been to! But I'm not very happy with it. Hard to see in the pictures but some nails look lumpy and aren't quite filed how they should be. Maybe if i got the dip as insisted I would've been happier lol. I don't live in the area so I won't be going here again, but if I did live here I might give it another try only because of the affordability. read more

Asked for gel set and received gel manicure, since it was late I would have been okay if the manicure looked nice. Two nails had extra coat and ended up being a complete different color. Technician attempted to fix one of the two nails twice but never completely removed polish just wiped off top coat and removed shine and then painted over causing the polish to be really thick and a darker color. I recently went in for a nail that chipped within the next day of having them done. I messaged the manager and was told to stop by and have it fixed. The nail tech I got was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. I have acrylic powder dip nails, I told the woman this twice before she removed my acrylics, she continued to start the dip powder, again told her i wanted the acrylic tip replaced, nodded her head and muttered yes. She continued doing dip powder, again told her I wanted the acrylic put back on. Looks at me, smirks, and just stares it's to late for that now, continued to tell her I wanted the tip replaced and she stated the length was good enough. Will not be returning here, absolutely disgusted with how rude this woman was. If a paying customer asks you for something it should've been done. My nail looks worse than the last since all others have acrylics and one is regular. Extremely over priced for bad quality and bad customer service. read more

Just okay. I will NOT be returning. While the ambiance is nice and the staff is friendly, the nail service is TERRIBLE. I came in to get a gel manicure but was convinced (by staff) to do a dip powder instead (there's nothing wrong with dip powder itself, just the application). The nail tech I got, Hannah, was very nice but seemed not to know exactly what to do with the dip powder. My nails are waayyyyyy too thick, it looks like I got an overlay or full set with the amount of thickness on my nails, just from powder!!! I am highly dissatisfied with my nails. I actually want to take the polish off now (20 mins after getting them done) and do it myself. The only reason I won't is because I paid $40 for a below mediocre manicure. On top of the poor manicure, the stylist cut my cuticle very badly and it is still bleeding 20 mins after the fact. My nails were done very sloppily. I have dip powder on my skin in places it shouldn't be. I have been trying to find a good nail place and this was NOT IT. Do not go here. I would actually like a refund for my nails because they are so bad. read more
