10 am apt, front desk lady seemed confused and had to ask me 3 time and my phone # so she could find my 10 am apt for two. My friend and I were taken back to chairs (we were getting pedicures) a lady came and started working in my friend, I waited and wait and finally had to ask if someone was going to do mine, I asked because another lady sat down and a tech immediately started working in her l. wtf! Once Anna sat down to do my feet she never asked what kind of pedi I wanted I had to ask her if she was going to ask me what I wanted, she seemed confused then another tech had to tell her what to do. She did a great job polishing my nails however my heels are feeling rough. 3 stars is what I give this place. I won't be going back. read more

I went here to fix a manicure from a place in town. I was very very impressed by this spot. Was recommended to come here from someone and it met all the expectations. Staff was very friendly when you walk in, and a very classy vibe inside. I got seated right away and explained my situation. I have short nails and just wanted my nails shaped differently and she did exactly that! Picked a new color and she got to work. I was sat with Phyllis and she was very sweet! She was gentle with the gel removal tool and my short nails. The attention to detail was also really impressive, she took her time on every step. I will absolutely be coming back here! I was visiting the area with my mom and we decided to get our nails done and a pedicure. The pedicure was absolutely amazing. The massage was the best part of all of it, which was not just a quick 2 to 3 minute massage per leg. However, the manicures were terrible. I get builder gel which usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks. Within a week the tips of my nails were breaking off. I also had gotten French manicure and before the tips were breaking off the paint was chipping. My mom got an acrylic refill. Within 3 to 4 days of her refill, the paint was starting to chip off her nails. She usually does not have that problem. read more

I was on the hunt for a pedicure, and came across Sparkle's in that same shopping center as Giant on Lititz Pike-- and it was great! I was whisked back right away and handed a laminated menu that looked like something you'd get at a diner-- there were that many services and add-ons on offer! I went with the deluxe pedicure with the gel-- because I'mma need this pedi to last-- and the experience was fannnnntastic!!! By the time I was all done, my legs and feet left feeling smooth and re-energized, and me and my toenails walked out of there lookin' all shiny and new. Just like a proper pedicure should! My tech was Johnnie-- and he was great-- no chit chat, but attentive and detailed! And bonus-- because it's in a shopping center, there's plenty of parking, and Sparkle's is even open on Sundays, when you actually have the time to just relax and enjoy yourself! So if you were on the hunt for a spot for your next mani-pedi, and you're not trynna drop $100 at some spa-- maybe you give Sparkle's a try! Everyone here was so nice and helpful! Everyone here clearly had a lot of experience and passion for what they do, and it shows in their work. I had the pleasure of getting Thoai as my nail tech, and he was absolutely phenomenal. I got a full set w/ french tips, and the whole thing took maybe 40 minutes, which is super quick in my opinion, yet he was extremely attentive to detail and even went back on one nail to make sure it was perfect. The store is also super pretty and overall has a fun atmosphere. They even have a full bar which is super fun! Overall would recommend 10/10, great service, friendly people, and amazing work! read more

While on the hunt for a new salon, my sister recommended Sparkles. I live in York so it's a bit of a drive but I tried them out any way. Services are cheaper than most other places, and quality is even better. Laura is truly fantastic. I've had issues in the past with nails breaking or chipping within days. Laura takes her time and will go the extra mile to make sure my nails are perfect. I have yet to have a broken nail since Laura started doing mine. The salon itself is really cute and relaxing. I can't wait to get in for a pedicure. If you're looking for quality services, call ahead and book with Laura! Just don't take all of her appointments or I'll cry. read more

I came in at 4:30, when I got off of work. I called in to make sure it was okay, as they were scheduled to close at 5. My first time in this nail salon & I will definitely be returning! Absolutely terrible experience. The nail tech for my pedicure didn't seem to understand anything that I was telling her since she actively did the opposite of what I'd said multiple times.
