I was a little hesitant because of the reviews, however, they were great. The salon is very clean and large. I absolutely love my nail technician, and she always does a great job. Unfortunately, my experience…read morewith the owner has been much different. She often comes across as rude and has conversations about customers in another language while they're sitting right there. Even if customers don't understand the language, her tone and body language make it obvious that she's talking about them, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. In addition, the owner's phone etiquette could be much more professional. Good customer service goes beyond the quality of the nails--it also includes treating every customer with respect and making them feel welcome.

Even though we all started at the same time, One of us were done at least a half hour before the others... we were all getting the same type of pedicure and type of polish. Also, no communication from staff , minimal leg massages and the whole thing just felt rushed. In this economy, it's tough to set aside money for these extras so there is some expectation of good service. We tipped well (20%) but were prepared to tip more. Wish it was a better experience overall

I called this morning for an appointment to day (which they only take at this time). The place was clean, modern and very relaxing. Julie was the only nail tech that ever initiated a conversation and continued to talk with me the whole time instead of the awkward silence you usually have at a nail place. She was very pleasant to talk to. Julie did an amazing design on my nails adding a design that I told her I did not want to wear shoes because I wanted to show it off! I have already told my daughter when she visits that she has to get her nails done here also. Thank you Julie!!!!! We will be back next month!!!

My basic pedicure included a salt water soak, a salt scrub, a hot towel, lotion/massage, and polish. I like the way my toes look and my feet feel. So why a 4-star review then? After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.
