After a few disappointments from my old nail salon a friend of mine recommended I give T & T a go. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! Tony and Tia are amazing nail artists. There really isn't much they can't do. This is not a "factory" with a million people in and out as they actually don't take walk ins. I wanted so badly to feel better about myself after a bad depression and doing nothing but working and running myself into the ground. I haven't had my nails done in over 10 years. The guy who did my nails was nice for the few things he did say to me. but didn't speak to me much. The woman who did my pedicure didn't speak to me at all but two words. I felt very out of place and my Apple Watch kept going off because my anxiety was so high from it. My nails are uneven and one nail is missing gel on the side. They were polite when I came in but didn't interact with me really after besides to pay and when I thanked them trying so hard not to cry on the way out. I will probably never get my nails done anywhere again after this. I've never left a 1 star and I feel awful about it, but this isn't ok. read more

Went in the other day with several family members, had the worst gel manicures and pedicures. Two days later the polish is coming off. My nails were trimmed and filed unevenly, and I had to try to fix them upon coming home. Since when does the polish start peeling off two days later with gel? The girl that did my pedicure was rough and really hurt my toes and the cuticles on my toes. I have been treating my toes with neosporin as I was afraid an infection was starting. I found this nail salon using Yelp and the past positive reviews, so I wish I could have had the great experience everyone else seems to have. I had a pedicure and a fill, it was more expensive than my normal place but not by much so no biggie. The pedicure was fine. My issue is with the fill. First: My nail tech kept trying to push me to get a gel overlay on top of my acrylic nails. I had to say no at least 4 times. Second: my nails were really thick. I prefer a thinner nail - most places I go do this but I accept some places don't do this. Nothing so major. My biggest complaint is what happened the days afterwards, within a few days my nails started literally flaking underneath my acrylic tip. It got to the point where the was no visible nail under my acrylic tip it had all FLAKED off. Be clear this is not my first time with fake nails, I've had them for a few years and been to many different salons - this has never happened. Also about a week a half (close enough to time for a second fill but not so long over due) my nails started falling off. It was exceptionally painful because the nail tech had GLUED THE TIPS TO MY CUTICLES AND MY NAIL BED - so the loose nail was dangling from my skin. Gross and very painful. This place looked clean, but my nails are super dirty and gross under where my acrylic tips used to be. I assume my case of nails is not common because of all the positive reviews: however I have such a negative experience I had to post a comment. read more

I was so pleased with my visit to T&T Nails! I'd been struggling to find a good nail place since moving to the area and am so glad I found them! Even though they typically only do appointments they still were able to fit me in without having me wait too long. Everyone there was so friendly and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. I was so happy with how my nails look! I got a gel manicure, and 2 1/2 weeks later they still look so nice. No chipping or peeling whatsoever. C Nails is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I had gone to a couple other nail places in the area, but none of them treated me as well as C Nails does. They make you feel very welcome, even if you don't have an appointment, and they take time to make sure your nails turn out perfect. Every time I have gone I've brought in a picture of what I want, and they give me exactly what I'm looking for. Excellent pedicure! The nail tech really took her time cleaning and trimming both my nails and cuticles. Smaller salon a bit outside of town but absolutely worth it. Did not rush, great massage and took her time while painting toes. She added a third coat without me having to ask because the color was coming out a bit light. Don't waste your time or money. I went here 9 years ago for my nails right before I got married. They rushed through the pedicure, kept insisting I get french tips (which I didn't want) and didn't do a good job (so I had to get it redone). However, that was 9 years ago, so I let it go and gave them a chance to redeem themselves this weekend before my sister's wedding. I went for a manicure, and after I told the woman I wanted a regular manicure (not gel), she seemed disappointed (less money?). She complimented my hair (which was just done for the wedding) and told me what I could have done instead to make it "prettier" (rude). She asked me to pre-pay before she painted the color on (which is fine), and left with my credit card. She then spent 3-4 minutes talking with another employee/customer over by the pedicure area (meanwhile, I am sitting there and watching the time). I don't like people walking off with my credit card and not returning for a while. She did a terrible job with the paint on my nails- the second coat did not even cover the entire nail bed (which I couldn't see inside because of the poor lighting, but noticed as soon as I got outside, but didn't have time to have them redo it). Once she finished painting my nails, she turned the fan on and walked away. No instructions, no "thank you," nothing. She was on to the next customer. Once again, a terrible experience. So bummed that I gave them a second chance only to have my nails completely botched for my sister's wedding. I should have done them myself! Do not waste your time and money. read more

"First to review"? Really?! Every customer at this place always seems insanely happy to be there! Maybe they don't want to go home and type a review with fresh paint? Okay, that must be it. If you live in the Hershey area, this is where you go to get your nails 'did. I moved here from Chicago two years ago and all the ladies I know say that this is the place to be. I've been a customer for a while, but the service I received tonight is what inspired me to write today. I'm a pedicure person -- this is why I go to nail salons. 6-8 times a year, I treat myself to a darker color [that looks awful when I try to apply it myself] and the better part of an hour in a massage chair. Having lived other places and perpetually on a budget, I can tell you that this is the most affordable and talented nail shop I've ever experienced! This is literally a Mom and Pop shop (emphasis on the Mom), and they are the sweetest people I've ever met in this business. Tonight, I felt my *nerve walking in the shop and realizing that they closed in 30 minutes, but everyone stayed another 30 minutes to close up and make sure my paint was dry before sending me on my way. I left wearing those tiny, pink flip-flops, some fast-dry oil that the Mom applied to my toes AND she put my shoes in a bag because it was raining outside. Not to forget the absolutely perfect paint job Mom's [possible] daughter [?] did and the beautiful flowers Mom painted on my big toes (yes, this takes skill! I've had plenty of half-assed pedicures elsewhere to compare). I've also had a manicure here at another time, and the woman chopping down my nails and cuticles gave me flawless hands. I'm kind of a minimalist in this department, but other ladies who come for the gels and designs always seem chatty and happy to be there. Ladies in business suits, ladies with "PINK" printed on their bottoms: all love coming to this place. So, if you're looking for a friendly, affordable nail designs/maintenance in the Hershey area, this is your spot. I am aware of the other nail salons popping up around that part of town and I'm not interested: these guys rock! *Not to suggest that anyone should make a habit of arriving late for a walk-in appointment. I was not aware of their evening hours when I did this, and it was nice of them to so graciously accommodate me. read more

The salon was easy to find which was fantastic. Once inside I was pleased with the set up and the cleanliness. The staff was incredibly friendly and I had an appointment with Lin who was so friendly and outgoing that she herself was worth the trip. She did a full set of white tips on me and checked along the way that I was liking what she was doing since it was the first time she had done my nails. I am not usually the first to rate a place I've only been to once, but I had to review this nail salon. My friend and I went to Hershey last week for a concert. We decided to go and get our nails done while we were there, and this salon seemed best because of the awesome reviews. We walked in and were greeted immediately by a very strong acetone smell. The smell was so strong, it actually made me cough... Definitely not the best ventilated area. We decided to get pedicures, and I also got a manicure. When we sat down, the pedicure tubs had not been cleaned, and they actually were never cleaned out even though we asked repeatedly for them to be cleaned. The lady seemed to think that since they used a sanitizing soak for our feet, they didn't have to actually wash out the tubs. I'm not sure about the tools, but although this was a good pedicure, I walked away with a toe infection that I am currently on antibiotics for. Again, I really liked how they shaped the nails, but not the hugest fan of their cleanliness. read more

The customer service is awful. The manicure and pedicure I received was done so quick. My nails look awful. My heels were not done, the dead skin is still there. My nail look like I painted them myself. I will never go here again. Do not waste your money. The salon staff is very rude. The woman I had was nasty and did a very poor job. I recently moved to the area and my friend was visiting when we decided to get pedicures on an unseasonably warm spring day. We made the appointments the night before and were greeted warmly and immediately brought to the pedicure stations. The tubs were lined with plastic which is changed with each pedicure. I had a very relaxing regular pedicure for $26. Both the manicurists were very pleasant and did very thorough pedicures. The salon was pleasant, clean and smelled very good. I read the reviews for nail salons in Hershey, after having a few disastrous visits elsewhere. I chose C Nails and I am SO GLAD I did!! My nails are perfect! I chose to go with gel instead of acrylic, after Cindy explained that when she was done and they were dry, that I could not, would not, mess them up. She was right! AND she took special care of my nails, and smoothed them to the point where they're not overly thick and are perfectly symmetrical, and you cannot tell they aren't my own natural nails. She's a perfectionist, and I love that about her!! Anyway, I walked out of there with perfectly manicured and painted nails and cannot wait to go back in two weeks... and this time getting the toes done, too!! And her prices are average - no charge for "cut down" like my last salon, and what a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. If you aren't thrilled with your nail salon, you owe it to yourself to try C Nails!! read more
