I just assumed (I know, I know...) that a pedicure was a pretty universal service. However, she used hand soap only and a little lotion on my feet and legs. The normal feet and leg massage was basically non existent. $45 for my feet and legs to be dry as helI and I had to go somewhere else to get another pedicure. The ladies are the very nicest. The price is reasonable. They have a difficult time understanding English. I wanted powder dip in ombré with my ring finger done in silver glitter. It took 6 minutes of discussion to convey about the ring finger. I showed them a Pinterest picture of a silver glitter ring finger. I got a beautiful teal glitter ring finger. It was still beautiful and I was OK with it. The other nails were done with two colors of ombré teal at the cuticle only and the rest of the nail natural. I kept trying to tell her what I wanted and her reply was " Ok, ok like you want. ". The other woman returned from her break and I explained to her way I wanted. They did another complete layer over top with blue, no teal, nail and two tone glitter at the cuticle. By this time my nails were 1/4" thick. Everyone was really nice in the shop. My pedicure was great! Wonderful foot and lower leg massage. I wish it could have continued longer . The manicure however started off really well, until it came to the polishing of my fingernails. Not really sure why, but there were 3 different people doing the polishing, almost like shifts! 3 days later, the polish was lifting off of my nails. Not very happy about that . I would have loved to go back and get them to fix them, but because we're full time RVer's we had to leave. Natural nails with gel polish. Very poor quality. The woman who did my nails filed them multiple times throughout my manicure including at the end which I have never seen before. I asked for a French manicure and no 2 nails were the same. I even got asked if I did my nails myself later on. I would not recommend this place. read more

Wow. What a great salon. 1) You get a great service no matter which technician provides it. 2) They are fast and friendly and you can always get seen as a walk in within a few minutes (this is how I know all the techs are great. 3) There is one pedicure (rather than 800 overpriced choices- AND it is fabulous. 4) Their prices are very reasonable and much less than I was used to paying at other places. I went today for the first time to this salon and got a mani/pedi. They were so accommodating for being a last minute appt. I messaged them last night on facebook about an appt and they got back to me immediately. Message me today with an appt. When they had a cancelation come in with the technician I requested based on reviews on yelp, they messaged me to see if I wanted that appt. It was a great experience and everyone was so nice! They took me as a walk in while the shop was crazy busy, I had to wait a bit of course but I am so glad I did! Shayla made my acrylic nails look like perfection! I love them to be super short, and I find that a lot of salons have a problem going as short as I want, but she jumped right in and went for it without trying to convince me to keep them longer. They did good job. There is language barrier between the girl working on me and myself. I've never went to salon before so I had no idea what to expect. Had gift card for manicure and pedicure. Got or counter and she said I owed her $21 more which I had no idea why. After talking to the owner and her daughter she explained she did gel nails and what I thought was hands dryer Lol was uv light for my nails. Shayla and her daughter are super nice and they did apologize several times and said next time to talk to one of them. (they were busy when I went and I'm not picky so I was like anyone will do since it was my first time I assumed anyone would do great. I was referred here by several people I know. I just walked in without an appointment and was able to be taken within 5 minutes. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. I was impressed with how precise and detail oriented my nail tech was. My cuticles looked fabulous when she was finished. I got a gel manicure that turned out great. I was so humiliated at this place that I wish I can give this place less than one star due to their customer service. I had the worst experience today. I got my usual get nails and upon paying, the lady charged my card and after the transaction has already gone through, she pressed cancel which gave a receipt that said transaction cancelled. I immediately checked my online banking and the money has been taking out of the account. I tried explaining this to the owner but she yelled at me so hard telling me to stop talking and she had her hand in my face twice to shut me from explaining. long story short, I was right.
