The whole experience here was awesome and ended up being perfect as you can't ever go wrong with a new set of claws. It's been a while since I've gotten my nails done as I just haven't found the right place until now as the way I was treated and the work that was done was quality and it was just an enjoyable experience as much as it can be. Their prices are standard to everyone else but they are also cash only so don't forget the bills as they don't take a card. Overall my nails look awesome and they were super friendly as well as talented which was totally what's good as it looks like I found my new nail salon which is always a plus as good ones like this are hard to come by!

I made an appointment for 2pm, I got there maybe 10 mins early because I'm use to it being busy in Miami so I wanted to get there early. As I walk in she greeted me lovely, and let me know all colors are available as I was looking at the wall. She mentioned cash only which is understandable. After getting cash from atm, I sat down she gave me a bottle of water and began the work. She pays very, VERY close attention to your nails and she learns your style with a few questions she has for you (Ex. I thought that she was going to let them dry a bit and add another layer to soften them up and pick up more of the mid tones, but when I realized that this was the final look I stopped and kindly asked her if she was able to soften it up before she moved on to add any crystals. When I did this, I was immediately met with attitude. So, I asked my friend sitting beside me what she thought, and she also didn't like the nail and asked if the woman could add a bit more grey. The nail tech then proceeded to give more attitude and even raised her voice in the salon saying that I was "wasting her time." Needless to say, she has horrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone if you would be paired with her. WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE! I mostly wanted to take my son in to get them clipped, cleaned and cuticles cut. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I was VERY happy with the quality of cleanliness there (having gone through sanitation training myself) Drummel tools looked fresh and clean before they were used on me. My son almost fell asleep while getting his hands massaged he loved the foot bath and foot massage. He looked so much better. I was very happy with how everyone's nails came out- my older daughters toes were smudged a bit before we left (but I know she fidgets a lot). My son's toes looked cleaner but not completely clean- they probably didn't want to hurt him which I appreciate. Mine and my other daughters pedicures came out fantastic. I would love to go regularly myself and take my kids every couple weeks. I was happy to pay the price for the four of us.(which was less than I expected) I kept asking "did you add that too?" Because I thought it seemed low. My "french tips" cover over half of my nail. Not only that but almost every nail is crooked and just poorly shaped. Wasn't even able to wash my hands before the top coat was applied so there is white dust particles all through my nails. The worst acrylic set I have ever had.
