They also were talking a lot of crap when we translated it and let it play for them to hear they went and apologized... not genuine, they were just scared did it because they were called out.

I have been getting gel manicures for many years and never were they that thick. So thick that I had difficulty getting my contacts out that night. I don't think they cured properly and they were almost sticky when I was in the shower. They also gave me two "free" nail designs and I am not an artist but I could have done better! My husband said it looked like I had a bug painted on my nails. I did pay and did tip because that's who I am. The owner asked if everything was fine and I said yes - first because I didn't have the time to get them fixed as I needed to go to work and second because I was frustrated and wanted to leave. The next day I went to a different place to have the gel taken off and reapplied. They kept asking "what type of gel is this" because it was so thick. When I explained I had them done the day before they said oh no because they looked like they had been grown out for a week.

They assured us that they would. 30 minutes into the appointment (both simple mani/pedi's), they still had not gotten to my daughter. I continued to ask. Explained to them that we needed to be out by a certain time. The woman who was doing my nails said I should have made an appointment. Yes and no. We are out of town. I asked if they could accommodate my request. They said yes and took us. The nails and toes are okay. She could have cleaned up the mess around my nails after painting (see pics). I'll post pics of daughters when they are done. As of right now, they will not be done with her by the time we need to leave. It's unfortunate that they were not up front with us as I was with them. Do I recommend them? Sure...if you have the time and don't mind half-done job. We are not used to going to a nail salon without two people working on you. (When mani/pedi). Would I come back myself? Nope. But that's just me. Pics of daughter's nails. They didn't clean after polishing around the nails either.
