The polish has dark streaks through it and looks terrible. The staff was friendly and kind but the end result was disappointing.

Went for a mani/pedi based off reviews and will not go back. Paid for an upgraded pedicure which was ok. My main problem was the gel manicure. I have been getting gel manicures for many years and never were they that thick. So thick that I had difficulty getting my contacts out that night. I don't think they cured properly and they were almost sticky when I was in the shower. They also gave me two "free" nail designs and I am not an artist but I could have done better! My husband said it looked like I had a bug painted on my nails. I did pay and did tip because that's who I am. The owner asked if everything was fine and I said yes - first because I didn't have the time to get them fixed as I needed to go to work and second because I was frustrated and wanted to leave. The next day I went to a different place to have the gel taken off and reapplied. They kept asking "what type of gel is this" because it was so thick. When I explained I had them done the day before they said oh no because they looked like they had been grown out for a week. read more

I drove over from Harrisburg after reading excellent reviews online. I am traveling from California and did a little research before I came, I got acrylic nails in ombre with a glitter ombre tip. I couldn't be happier. Excellent conversation, great staff. As I'm writing this I'm receiving my pedicure and she's doing an incredible job. Comfortable massage chair and relaxing environment. Boy was this place booming today. I came in at a weird time (beginning of rush hour so maybe 3:30/4?) anyways the girls were booked and I was just a walk in so I didn't mind. Then 5 min later 2 ladies came in but they had an appointment. It would only be right that they went ahead of me. The nail tech made a phone call and within 15 min a few other techs came in. Extremely impressed by their ability to provide such graceful service when I thought it was just crazy busy. Definitely turned out fantastic!!! read more

Had an awful manicure at a different salon. Immediately came here, showed them my nails and asked them to clean me up and they saved my nails! Benjamin spent 20 minutes filing, reshaping, and repolishing. I lost some length on my natural nails but with should have no problem growing them out with how lovely he made them look. Lacks consistency. My first visit to Mani Pedi was wonderful. They were very busy but called another employee in. They made me feel welcome and gave me the best manicure/pedicure of my life. The eyebrow waxing was perfect as well. I left thinking I would be a regular. However, my next visit was a nightmare. Again they were busy and they called in an additional employee. But... This time the owner (I think) did my services. She was scattered and rushed. She clipped two of my cuticles too close - they bled and still have not healed. When she was scrubbing my feet she was looking around and was scraping my ankles instead of my heels - ouch. The polish on both my toes and fingers was very sloppy and thick - it was really nasty. I had asked several times to have my eyebrows waxed but they never got around to it. I paid, tipped, left, and want directly to another salon where they re-did my polish and waxed my brows. I used to like this place, until I started seeing issues that made me think they are making fun of people--that, coupled with the fact that gel manicures used to last three to four weeks and now last only two. It makes me wonder if they're trying to achieve a higher turnaround since business is lacking probably due to their new "trick," which is likely insulting to customers who have witnessed this. They compliment women on their skin and then ask what skin products they use. When the women act flattered, then they all laugh and talk amongst each other. I guess they must figure this is a big tip getter, who knows. I find it insulting since I've seen it done several times now. read more

This place is mediocre at best. I went here based on the rave reviews and was honestly completely underwhelmed. I paid (for what feels like an outrageous) $60 for a gel-runners pedi ($5 to remove my gel, $40 for the runner pedi, and then $15 for the gel reapplication). I have red marks on several toes where the lady went too deep. Kicking myself for even tipping. Maybe it was just this specific person, but I won't be going back. read more

This was not my first time here. I used to go and was pleased with my gel manicures. However, about a year ago had a really terrible gel manicure...kept having to return for them to repair (four times). No one seemed concerned or offered to give my money back. Thought I'd give them one more time for a regular manicure tonight...I asked that my nails not be filed, the manicurist kept asking...I relented, but then had to take the file and re-shape them myself...they were 'U' shaped. THEN THE WORST....all the staff are packed up and ready to go...my nails were not close to being dry. I should have sat there and made them wait. I got in my car at 7:05. Really??!! Why did you take me if ALL of you were going to give me the BUM'S RUSH?!! I'm done with this salon. read more

I have been coming here every three weeks for most of the year (2017). I have acrylic nails with French white/gel finish. I also get regular pedicures. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I have had various ladies do my nails and all do a fine job. You get a discount every 6 visits. I always tip 20% for personal services and that seems to help keep everyone happy (not just here). read more

A friend and I went together for mani pedis. This was our first time going to this salon. We will NOT be returning. We did not have any complaints about our pedicures, but our gel manicures left alot to be desired. Several times our hands were left for 5 or more min under the uv lights, this is NOT normal. When we inquired they ignored us and instead talked to each other. A few times they stopped giving us a manicure to answer their cell phones. My friend had to continutally point out mistakes that were made. For the price there are many many better nail salons that you can visit and get better service. read more
