I specifically asked for almond-shaped nails, but Ivy did not listen to what I was asking for. All of my nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and the polish application was messy, especially around the cuticles. There was noticeable lifting within just a few days. It got to the point where I felt embarrassed by how my nails looked and had to go to another salon to have them fixed, which is very frustrating after already paying for the service. My pedicure was also very disappointing. It felt rushed and was done in about 20 minutes, and the polish was uneven and already chipped shortly after. On top of that, I brought my niece with me, and she also received a pedicure and a gel manicure, so I spent a significant amount of money that day.
