chau makes me fall in love with getting my nails done more and more every time I go, I love it here. They do an amazing job.

Disappointed :( I really used to enjoy coming here as the staff were welcoming and spent quality time on the clients. This time, we Went for 3 pre-scheduled pedicures for my birthday. Even though we all started at the same time, One of us were done at least a half hour before the others... we were all getting the same type of pedicure and type of polish. Also, no communication from staff , minimal leg massages and the whole thing just felt rushed. In this economy, it's tough to set aside money for these extras so there is some expectation of good service. We tipped well (20%) but were prepared to tip more. Wish it was a better experience overall read more

So I have only recently moved into the area and tried this salon out a couple of times. Due to my last experience I will probably not be back. My experience over the phone is always questionable considering that if a tech answers the phone they always have to pass it off to someone else rather than being able to answer questions asked about service. My first time calling was on a Sunday, I was told it was too booked out for a walk in/ make any appointments & then had to seek service elsewhere. My first appointment I just had acrylic removed. My second appointment I asked for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. The vibes are always busy. No one really talks, but the techs between themselves which you can't even join in because it's in another language. When I have tried to have genuine conversations with the techs it's met with no replies. Which makes for a very awkward interaction. This last service when I called to make an appointment I was met with attitude when I simply asked what the appointment would need to be booked as considering I got overlay & hadn't done that before. The phone got passed around and then whoever I spoke to got really annoyed it seemed when I kept asking questions about service. I then come to my appointment(a few minutes late), but then just sat there waiting. My appointment was at 6:30& they didn't even bring me back for a pedicure until 7:15. They didn't ask me what kind of pedicure or even give me a price list. Then when the tech finally started on my nails it was 7:48 and they close at 8pm. So at this point I can tell she is rushing and she didn't even ask if I wanted my nails long or not. She just shaved down all the grown of my natural nails which honestly still has me very frustrated. She mentioned cutting some, but not COMPLETELY FILLING DOWN ALL MY NAIL. Then cut to when I go to pay they charged me $53 for a FILL. Yeah, read that again. A FILL which I was told should be cheaper. So I ended up walking out paying $110 and still included a tip. Luckily I pulled extra money out before the appointment. If i didn't I wouldn't have had enough. This was completely unprofessional & lack of communication makes for a very bad interaction. Currently you can see where the fill was because I wanted French, but my nails are literally 2 colors & then the French tip. My service was rushed, overpriced, and not even saved with a good interaction. If I was a regular I could partly understand the lack of questions, but again I have only been here a couple of times. Not enough for them to completely autopilot and not ask for what I want considering I am PAYING for a service. Considering all the great reviews from the place, this is very surprising & upsetting. read more

I go here to get my toenails and acrylics done every week. This is by far the most quality service place i've been to in the area. My acrylics are thin and beautifully shaped and painted every time no matter who does them. Henry is my favorite on the pedicures. HIGHLY recommend. read more

I've had several pedicures here--always prompt and quality service! The prices are reasonable as well.

Several days before Valentine's Day 2025, I made a 4:00pm appointment for a pedicure and brow wax. After my on-time arrival, I waited at the pedicure station for 25 minutes while workers walked back and forth and attended to their clients. The manager had passed by a couple times without a word about the hold u. When I stopped her to ask, she didn't acknowledge my long wait. She only said they were very busy, and that the tech would be right with me. After another few minutes, the tech came from the back of the salon, gave a dry "Hello," and started my pedicure which was just mediocre. Her brow wax began without a single question about my desired shape. Her work altogether was rushed. She rounded rather than arched my brows, and plucked away skin just below my brow, leaving a scar. I told her the shape (basically, Bozo the Clown) wasn't what I was wearing when I arrived, and she stomped off without a word. Next, the manager came in, asked what was wrong, and, finally, what I wanted, then fixed my brows. Neither the manager nor the tech offered an apology or discount for their lateness or for the poor experience. read more

I have been going here FOREVER! These ladies are so beyond kind and talented. They atmosphere is very relaxing and kind! My nails are always perfect, their pedicures are also amazing. I have had my brow done there too. If you are looking for a good all around nail place this is for you! read more

As a self proclaimed nail connoisseur lol, let me tell you TNC Nails is where you want to get your nails done. I've seen all of the techs do some good work. But my tech Chau who is also the owner is the truth. She is up on the latest trends in the industry and delivers every time. I just show her a picture of what I want and she replicates the picture exactly. There were a few times where they may have been a certain color she didn't have and would be honest up front like hey it's not going to look exactly like that. I would say okay do your thing and would still be happy with the end result. Some tips if you do decide to check out TNC nails: they do take walk ins but I strongly suggest you call first and make an appointment. If you decide to become a regular they have a point system where if you pay in cash you earn points towards your next visit. You're assigned a client ID and you simply just check-in on the tablet every time you're there for an appointment. The points add up rather quickly and you can easily save $15-$20 on a visit after about 3-4 visits. I like to let my points rack up and then cash out when I want to get my nails done but funds are low. It's like my little nail bank. They speak very good English so there are no language barriers so if you have questions or concerns just talk to them. Also they are like one of the only shops I know that provides personal nail files, buffers and drill bits to customers. But you have to be a regular for that level of service. A pedicure and a fill in for my tips runs me about $75 per visit plus tip. I keep my nails very long and I'd imagine shorter nails or no tips at all would cost even less. The salon is clean , the bathroom is clean and Chau is no nonsense which I like. read more

Absolutely do not go to TNC Nails & Spa!! first of all, when we went they made our appointment like right before they closed & had attitudes cause they had to do our nails. They said we couldn't get a spa pedicure because of how late it was mind you I made the appointment the day before and THEY chose the time!! Secondly, the quality of work is not great. They are good at designs and stuff I'll give them that but my gel nail polish started chipping not even two days after getting them done. My sistee got dip powder and the next day the pinky broke & she went got it fixed and two days later the same pinky broke and she didn't even hit it. She called to tell them and they were very defensive & saying it's her fault & it's something she must be doing. read more

The lady's and gentlemen here always do a fantastic job. Today I had an appointment for an acrylic fill and gel pedicure, the prep work on the nail was perfect no cuts and very precise, they used clean files opened right in-front of you for the pedicure and even lined the foot tub with a bag for extra measure. I will say they do run behind schedule so always call ahead to see if they have availability and expect it to take a little for them to do your nails. It's so worth it and this has been my only nail salon for 5 years now. read more

I had my nails done yesterday & as always they did an excellent job. I was also impressed by the fact that they are following guidelines related to COVID. I have seen other salons with waiting areas full of people some not wearing masks....no guidelines in place. Thanks for the great & service. read more

I recently moved and tried this place out. I'm very pleased. Place is clean, service was great, and clientele are reoccurring. The prices are reasonable as well. Plus if your gel polish chips in the first week, they will do touch ups to it. I'll definitely be back again. read more

The owner is very rude & has zero customer service skills. I think she has forgotten that without customers, she wouldn't have a shop. I've been going here for a little over a year & I liked the way they did my nails for the most part but recently, my nails have been breaking off because of Tina1 filing my nails too thin with that filer. At the 5th day of having my nails done (gel manicure), one broke off completely & another cracked. I go back to have them fixed & immediately Chow jumps up blaming me for breaking my nail, complaining & choosing who I go to to have my nails done, taking no accountability what so ever. There was a little misunderstanding but sheesh learn how to speak to your customers with kindness & empathy. We spend money in your shop & each time I go I pay more than $50 including a tip. Here's a tip for you: you are nothing without you customers. Please take a class on customer service & come down off your high horse. Talk to people how you would like to be spoken to. I've been in the salon & heard her talking reckless to other customers before. I'm sure this is a daily thing for her & her sister. You don't ever have to worry about me stepping foot in there again but I'm sure it doesn't matter to you because you have your other customers. Here's a thought, What would you do without them? Humble yourself! read more

They consistently do a great job and if you schedule an appt they are prompt. I pass at least 10 nail salons and drive 20 min to go to this one cause they beat the others hands down. read more

I came in today with no appointment and was seen promptly. I was satisfied with my nails (except for shape. I asked for square and the tech gave me tapered square.) The tech made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. When she answered any questions she was short with me. She was on her phone (normally this doesn't bother me) but, I was annoyed that a few minutes prior she disappeared for a bit. This is why I deducted a star. All the other techs seemed more professional/friendly. I plan on going back and requesting a different tech. read more

I am a repeat customer. I am happy every time they do my nails. Beautiful job. Their shop is very clean and they take their time with you.

I got my first set of acrylics here for $38 and they weren't done correctly. The nail tech didn't communicate with me at all except to ask if I liked my set at the end and what color I wanted. She was rough with my nails as well and burnt me a couple times w the file. I asked what the difference between tips and no tips was and she said it didn't matter. Although my nails looked fine from a distance, I could tell they weren't done correctly because the structure wasn't right. I watch a lot of nail techs on YouTube, so I know the whole process. I wish I knew the name of this nail tech so I could save some people $$$ if they read this, but I'd just avoid this nail salon if I were you. read more

My favorite place to be on any given day. I've been a patron since opening years ago. They keep abreast of current trends, are often ahead of the newest technologies. They did a adequate job on my pedicure, but I've certainly come out of pedicures with my much smoother feet. They made very pretty designs on my 11 year old's toes and fingers, however, these women body shamed my daughter by laughing at and making comments about her 'very hairy arms' and 'huge feet'. They literally laughed at her asking me what size shoe she wears (a size 6). Absolutely appalling! read more
