Cheap nail polish! After one day started to peel. Wouldn't go back and definitely would not recommend.

I'm not big on nail tips and I prefer my natural nails. I originally had something that I didn't want and wanted it corrected. I went to Snow and she worked miracles with my nails. She is very personable, friendly and she takes the time to explain the condition of your nails to you. I had a nail dip and I am very very pleased with it. It seemed like a really nice place, until I was going to sit down for my pedi I needed to soak off my powder nails, then I was told the lady couldn't do my nails today after I asked her to put the eliminan foil for soak. So they were basically just going to do my pedi without informing me they couldn't do my nails until I asked. I'm from nyc so very unprofessional! And they had no clients at all. But it's fine I'll check another location, their money and tip loss not mine. read more

I was in need of a pedicure and my normal salon hasn't been answering their phones, I guess not yet open since pandemic... called Hollywood, they took me right in within 20 Minutes... had all the distancing and sanitizing precautions... we're very friendly and did a great job. The nail tech, Snow, gave a great foot massage and didn't make me wince or tickle when pumicing like other pedicures I've had. Very pleased!! read more

Sadly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I got a powder manicure and it was so bumpy and poorly done. The powder was even discolored. One of my nails broke a week later when it's supposed to last three weeks and when I called to get it fixed the lady was extremely rude. She told me she didn't have any time for me and seemed like she simply could not care less. I came back to get it fixed and the lady made me wait 40 minutes just to fix the powder on ONE nail after when I asked if I could come later and she made me rush over because she could only do it now. I was very optimistic at first but I will definitely never be returning. read more

first of all, this place is called deja vu nails not hollywood nails. it took over two hours for a basic pedicure($35) and basic manicure($15) with gel polish removal ($10). i had only gel nail polish on my finger nails when the woman tried to remove my gel nail polish as if i were wearing acrylic nails. she used a electric nail buffer to remove the gel polish and then put some dissolvent onto my nails. with the buffer, she buffed a lot of my natural nail off causing extreme sensitivity. then, they couldn't remove all of the gel nail polish bc they buffed it into my nails !!! she literally said- "if i pull this gel off it will rip your nail"- i've been getting my nails done with gel for over 10 years and this has never happened. i opted out of getting a gel manicure due to the extreme nail sensitivity on the one finger due to her over buffing and just got clear polish. I was left with a dusty manicure bc they did not clean my hands after buffing my nails and filing them, and no lotion/massage included in the manicure. i understand that gel can make your nails sensitive but prior to this manicure i let me nails "breathe" for 8 weeks in preparation for gel manicure and a week long beach vacation. the pedicure was the most basic form of a pedicure which is fine but she painted my nails with tacky old nail polish she had to remove and paint again with different polish due to chipping before it even dried and my cuticles being painted. ($35) i paid $66 (manicure 15, gel removal 10, pedicure 35 & tip) for a terrible manicure leaving my nails sensitive and below average pedicure. from what i observed, if you have acrylics then it would be fine to go here ONLY if you ask for the guy. he was the only one who looked like he knew what he was doing. but for anything else DONT GO! you will run the risk for potential injury if you let these women do your nails. read more

I had a basic pedicure and it looked fine, no complaints and she gave a great foot massage, but I was unhappy with how my nails turned out, the amount of time it took to get them done and the price; it had been less than a week and most of my nails had started to lift. I gave my experience three stars because I like my pedicure, if it wasn't for that, unfortunately I would've only given it one star. Everyone is really friendly, but probably just stick to something simple if you plan to get your nails done. read more

Went it for a simple fill-in which was supposed to be $17. After they completed my manicure, which was terrible because they cut me 3 times and I had bled into the polish, they told me my total was $35. I tried asking why they wouldn't honor the price on their board and they then told me I could only get that price if I was a "regular customer." I recently started working here in Carlisle and I had seen they had good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. Snow and Nancy are both so sweet, caring and very experienced. They took there time and even though I came in around 6ish and they closed they still took their time and they were not in any hurry at all. My nails were beautiful! And they lasted me soo long! It's owned and ran by 3 siblings and you can definitely feel the love and family dynamic between them!
