I asked for a spa pedicure, I got a regular and incomplete pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure seemed to be rushed, did nothing with my cuticles, did not clean under the nail as they usually do, he just seemed like he hasn't been properly trained. This is the second time I have had him for my pedicure and it was the same the first time. I won't be going back. read more

My nail lady leo was using the nail file way to hard it made 6 finger bleed, she also used the electric file to hard and it made my cuticles bleed. The nails look great but it was really painful. read more

They were great. The lady was really nice, very thankful for her tip, i didn't have to wait long. I was greeted and they allowed walk-ins. My nails took about an hour, but they turned out beautiful! I would definitely love to come here again! read more

Horrible place and horrible service. Should of gone by the reviews. The lady gave me a few cuts on 2 of my toes so when she put acetone it burned like crazy. I also received cuts on the bottom of my feet which makes it uncomfortable to walk. Never coming again! read more

This place should not even get a star. By far the worst nail place ever. First my sister and i went in with no appointment but they were fine with it. The lady who did my nails was so rude and was making comments to me. She cut my fingers in 3 different spots and did not do what i wanted. Honestly, so many complaints I would be here all day, so I'll give you a few. Definitely not going back. Only thing good about my full set is that they stayed on this time.other then that, she was rude, will yank your hand around, say something doesn't look right to her on your nails and argue with you. My teen daughter and 2 friends went in with an appointment to get their nails done at 4pm. While they were waiting, the techs accepted multiple clients that came in without appointments, while ignoring the girls. After a half hour, one of the girls stepped outside in order to call another nail salon and see if they could get in there. When she came back in and told the others they could go, one tech literally pushed her back into her chair and told her it was "fine". She then grabbed my daughter by her arm and repeated that it was fine. The girls are very non-confrontational and then waited to get their nails done (I know, I know). My daughters nails were awful. They were uneven and irregularly shaped. Needless to say, none of my family will be going there. read more

I went there because the one by target (Classy Nails) did an awful job with my last manicure. I had the best gel french manicure done, that when I went somewhere else because of convenience they couldn't get it off after 3 weeks. The gel manicure lasted so long and I am not easy on my nails. I am going back today to get another manicure because the other place's manicure only lasted me 6 days!!! Arg!!! I will keep you updated on if I have the same results next time. FYI - They are not super friendly, but the product they put out is unbelievable. I am not there to socialize like most people, I want a good product. read more

The absolute worst place ever! Went in for a pedicure she made two of my toes bleed badly and then put alcohol on the injured toes! I went in four days ago and my feet are still in severe pain! Worst service and very unprofessional staff! I will never return and I will tell everyone I know about how awful this place is. My sister in law and I went here for a pedicure while she was in town. They were packed! We went on the saturday after the 4th of July so may have had something to do with it. Not the cleanest or most organized salon I have been too. We wondered around the little mall and then came back. the pedicure chairs are very old so don't bother with the massage. My tech was efficient and did a nice job. Still on the hunt for a good spot though. think will try the new one over by the target before i went back here. read more

The salon is not clean. The tech was rough with me and continued to twist my fingers even after I told her I have Arthritis. She cut me with the file 2 times as well. I had to go go home and peel gel off my cuticles (not an easy task), they have plastic wrapped their nail dryers covering the vents so your hands are literally cooking in there. My nails look like crap and a full 5 days later are still sore. I had booked a pedi and declined after the manicure gave me a chance to note how really dirty the equipment was. The worst part of working away from home is needing a mani from a stranger. I don't like to give reviews that are all negative but I can't think of a positive on this one! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I called to ask if they did pink and white and was told yes. Then the girl wanted to use white shellac instead of powder. She was clumsy, kept hitting my fingers with her tool, I have dried powder around every finger. She obviously wasn't experienced to do a pink and white fill. My nails look terrible and I'm flying to a funeral tomorrow with no time to get them fixed. I will never go back. read more

The place is always busy and it doesn't look very clean, I'd rather spend the time driving down to mechanicsburg to a cleaner more upscale place than wait for service here. Also no credit card tips, you have to tip in cash read more

When first reading the reviews I thought "how bad can it be," but the 2.5 average star rating is very accurate. My lady rushed and cut me many times. My paint is very sloppy as well. She wouldn't even say a word to me. Though, if you do go you may get lucky and receive the more experienced older lady that took her time and did an amazing job on my mother. read more

I should have walked away as soon as I saw that there was no one in this place on a Friday afternoon. I got a full set of acrylics. She killed me. My cuticles were bleeding, and my Finger were sore for 2 days . My nails were All crooked, and I had to go somewhere else 8 days later because they were all Lifting. I have always felt they did a nice job with my pedicures, but I will not come back after waiting for a half an hour with an appointment. Two employees finished while I waited and no one even took me back to a chair. They did such a cute job on my daughters nails even painted a little flower on each toe with a Gem added. Older place but such nice group.

Best pedicure in town. I've been going for years and I enjoy the new massage chairs and the quiet. Get there early or you're going to have to wait. read more

Run as fast as you can away from this place. Not only was the place very shabby, but my gel manicure was awful. I thought I'd give it a try since the others places I've used were all booked. Perhaps, the lack of business should have been my first hint. An older women who didn't understand what I was asking filed my nails very badly and the shape was awful. Then to boot, the polish chipped the next day and lifted two days later. I should have gone back to show them the poor nail job, but I figured that would just be an exercise in futility. read more

i would give 0 stars if i could. i paid for a set of acrylics and she just grabbed my money and took it while i was drying my nails and kept all of the extra money i had with me. not to mention she was very distracted while drilling my nail and actually cut my skin and constantly went off the nail. then to make it worse the acrylics are disgusting and i ripped them off as soon as i got home. there were also many people leaving because they had an appointment and no one had helped them within 30 minutes it was also extremely messy af there was dried acrylic everywhere and the person doing my nails (the owner) was purposely throwing broken tips all over the ground. read more
