I have been going to this salon routinely for about 4 years (manicure and Pedicure). Every time I go I specifically ask for Vicky. She is very meticulous about her work and she is great at what she does. When I get a pedicure she gives the best massage. I always leave there feeling relaxed and like I was pampered. I was really excited to get my nails done and bring my kids to join. As soon as I sat down they were trying to up-sell me on getting my two kids gelmpolish. When I declined the gel polished the entire service felt very rushed. I was rushed to pick a color and the entire pedicure and manicure was rush rush rush. I questioned if the lady was on some kind of stimulant because she was wired. The massage was very fast in speed and time- that is my favorite part of the service as it is a time to relax. I asked Vicki to slow down on the massage and she acted like she did not understand me. She speaks English very well when trying to upgrade my service. I asked her the cost to paint the kids fingers and she said that I should have done that at the beginning as it takes time to dry- she kept trying to talk me Out of the kids service and when I said that I was not deterred by the waiting time to allow drying she then said well- you will have to wait for all the walk ins to go first- we had an appointment! When I said something to the man at the front (boss man) he dismissed me over and over again then just flat out walked away. It was so rude. They charge to use a credit card and the service today was really bad. I will try a new place next time! read more

Took my mom and I for a pedicure. It was very nice and super relaxing. I asked for purple polish, but somehow ended up with blue, which is pretty but I guess it was my fault for not noticing under the lights. Recommended though because they did a great job. read more

Worst experience ever. Vibe was off from the moment I stepped in because I said I had a budget. After finding nails that fit my budget just right the guy I was speaking to just left me at the counter. Didn't get service for 30 minutes. Finally got service and I made sure they were in budget. I speak the same language as the lady I was working with and she was talking to a guy, he said to her "mess up her nails, she won't tip anyway." I told her multiple times she grabbed the wrong color and she insisted it was the right one (it wasn't!) the nails are square and not coffin like I requested. I was asking questions and she refused to answer some. Ended up paying 100 for nails that look nothing like my inspo photo. I've been coming here for years. Never again. read more

Pricey for the quality. I got the deluxe pedicure which included an orange scrub. It felt nice but the polish job was terrible once I got home and had a close look. That cost $51 plus a tip. And started chipping after a couple days because how terrible it was put on. Friend had just gotten gel nails there like 4 days before and already had 3 totally chipped. After a week without an answer, I messaged them again, and remarked that they must not need new customers, based upon the lack of a response. Rather than them sending me a message, which is what I expected, they blocked me on Facebook instead. For a small business to turn away potential customers this way is quite surprising, and very unprofessional. I certainly will advise my wife and mother-in-law to look elsewhere for their nail care needs, hopefully, with a company that cares about potential customers and customer service. My first time here and was not disappointed. My mom and I decided to get a manicure and paint on a Saturday afternoon about 1pm. We didnt have to wait. The lady who did mine, Ly Ly did a great job. Mom's did a good job as well. We were impressed that no electric tools were used! All done by hand filing and we think they look great! I was a bit upset that while painting she got out her phone and called someone and spoke for awhile. But other than that no complaints and we definitely would recommend them! read more

ok, this is another review for A&D from me. I had good experiences when Danny was the owner, but after that it went rapidly downhill. However, because of its convenient location, I went back, and have had much better experiences - with Vin, Amy. and I think Vicky. Vin is a perfectionist, very careful, and a Native English speaker, though the others' English is a thousand times better than my Vietnamese ! They all do well. I believe they have moved, and I need to figure out where. read more

I got my nails done on Monday 1021 and they were amazing I really like that they only do nails and that you can hear their TV from anywhere in the shop also they are only open until 7 PM not 8 PM they are having issues getting that changed. I have been going to A&D Nails since the salon opened in Dillsburg and have never had any problems or issues. Now that there is a new owner it has changed. Prices are going up for most services and the new owner is extremely rude to customers. I was there yesterday and the owner took a credit card payment from a customer while she was still having her nails done and her card declined....how do I know, because he yelled out from the front of the salon to the customer that was sitting at one of the back stations. Went yesterday to get my nails done. I didn't make an appointment and only had to wait (maybe) 5 minutes but picked my polish during that time. They have a great selection of gel polishes and one of the employees helped me pick my color and painted sections of his nails so I could see the color in person. Great customer service and great quality in their work. They prefer you pay with cash or check but do have a credit card machine if that is all they have. read more

For decades I have been going to various nail salons in the Harrisburg, Camp hill, Mechanicsburg, and Dillsburg areas. My nails have never been without an acrylic covering for most of my 50 years of marriage. For the first time, I can go for weeks without lifting or problems. I love the pink and white that will look like a French Manicure. The gel on top will have my nails looking beautiful for weeks. This says something for the top grade products used because I am very rough on my nails. I am thrilled that I have finally found this salon so close to home. What attracts me even more is the owner is so proud to be in America. He is thankful to have the opportunity to own and grow a business through hard work and faith. When you come from a country where a cast system determines the freedoms you have and your opportunities to be successful, living here.... is the American dream. Unfortunately, this enthusiasm is not appreciated by many youth today. It is a breath of fresh air to hear the owners words of love for our country. Made an appointment with a girlfriend to get our 3 year olds nails painted for Halloween. They were super excited about it. Staff was extremely friendly, nails came out cute and fair price. Then came the negatives. Yes our girls are 3 but we did not expect the Polish to come off within the same hour! This doesn't ever happen as quick when we paint them ourselves at home. I have been a customer for several years. I love the staff and the salon is always clean. Even before Covid, they wore masks! My hubby and I get pedicures together and love the massage chairs! We laugh because his feet are atrocious and we think they do rock/paper/scissors to decide who gets him! Only one time I was disappointed and came back the next day. They re-did my nails for free and informed me that the lady who did mine no longer worked there as she was not good enough. Wow! They listen to their customers. Kim, my nail artist, was evidently annoyed that I changed my mind on the polish color. I also thought it was a little unprofessional of her to leave and use the restroom in the middle of my pedicure. Don't get me wrong, she did a beautiful job, but the French mani/pedi cost me $40 and did not even last a day before seven fingers and one toe chipped. That's why I docked them two stars. Now, the reason why they have earned three is because when I called to complain about the poor quality of my nails, they agreed to fix them for me free of charge. The repair lasted a total of 30 seconds and it's not the greatest, but hey, it was free. Beggars can't be choosers. I've visited here several times as it isn't far from my home. Walk-ins are usually easy to do as they have several people working. I feel like it can be hard to relax while getting a mani or pedi. The space isn't attractive and feels chaotic with the nail technicians speaking another language to each other across the room. They use Kiara Sky gel polish. read more

Very dissappointed. Went for manicure, the girl doing it paid no attention to me, was talking to another employee in Chinese the whole time.
